Reviewed Aug 24, 2026El desayuno incluido, es muy completo y adecuado. Me gustan las habitaciones amplias, que cuenten con frigorífico es muy adecuado. En la zona hay diversas atracciones, plaza comercial, cerca del mar, malecón, restaurantes, acceso a transporte público y privado.
Como vamos por evento triatlón, que se pudiera ampliar un poco el tiempo del servicio del desayuno, porque los competidores deben esperar abrir zona de transición para recoger su bicicleta por ejemplo y esto hace que se llegue justo al tiempo límite del término del desayuno.

En toda mi estancia no pude usar la alberca por qué la estaban limpiando, siempre me ponían una toalla aún y cuando éramos dos personas, la llave eléctrica se desprogramaba a cada rato.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Me encanta este hotel porque es petfriendly, siempre son amables y nos hacen sentir realmente bienvenidos. Reservamos la suite estudio la cual es muy cómoda y amplia. Además el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de las playas y de centros comerciales.
Solo recomendaría actualizar la pantalla ya que no tiene conexión a Internet ni a las aplicaciones de video que ya son muy comunes y que esperaría poder utilizar, como Netflix. El frigobar no enfríaba demasiado, por el espacio tan amplio creo que vendría bien tener un refrigerador.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Con pena me di cuenta de cabellos en la almohada y sabanas, 2 veces tuvieron que cambiar la caja fuerte pues no servia, tuvieron que reprogramar la television y tambien el aire acondicionado. El personal amable.

Reviewed Sep 26, 2025Plenty of things to do. Centrally located to Boca del Rio and the Malicon. Really enjoyed breakfast. Everything was super clean and the pool was great. Can’t think of anything we were not happy with during our stay. Would rebook in the future.
