Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment. Top Ausstattung. Die Lage am Hafen war für uns ein Volltreffer, durch die Nähe zu zwei U-Bahn Stationen ist aber auch alles andere schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Nachts ist es ruhig genug, um gut schlafen zu können. 👍🏼☺️

Reviewed May 17, 2026zentrale Lage, großes und sauberes Appartement. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war dank der unkomplizierten Übermittlung eines Codes sehr einfach. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass es durch feiernde Nachbarn zeitweise etwas laut war.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Sehr funktional, schlicht möbliert, weder bunt noch plüschig, (dafür vielen Dank 😅) sauber, viele Ablageflächen, einfach gut durchdacht! Außerdem ein nettes kleines Panorama Fenster in der Küche auf alte Bäume und dahinter liegende Häuser! Der Check In verlief super der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, sobald wir wieder nach Dortmund gehen💙👍
Das Sofa war leider etwas durch und zum schlafen ungeeignet. Es wurde uns aber schon mitgeteilt, dass es ersetzt wird!

Wenn man ein bisschen genauer in eine Ecke geschaut hat dann war es ekelig dreckig. Verkrusteter Seifenspender, Staub von mehreren Wochen auf den Türrahmen und Fliesenkanten usw. Der Fußboden und die Fußleisten waren schlecht gemacht.

So, highly recommended and I will definitly stay in here again on my Dortmund trips..

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Die frühzeitige Übermittlung der Türcodes vor der Anreise, das Anbiente und die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Nr. 6) mit allen grundlegend notwendigen Dingen (je 2 Handtücher, Seife, Duschzeug, Fön, (völlig ausreichende, zwekcmäßige) Küchenausstattung, bequeme Betten (zumindest das Doppelbett - Person 3 bzw. 4 schlafen auf einer Schlafcorch oder KLappbett in der Küche - weniger komfortabel, aber ausreichend zweckmäßig), schöne & moderne, suabere (!!!) helle Wohnung, Fußbodenheizung, Nespresso-Maschine (Kapseln selbst mitbringen, falls man mehrfach Kaffee trinken möchte), ... Kiosks und Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereinen, S-Bahn-Station in Laufnähe .. Wir waren absolut zufrieden
eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Kombi-Mikrowelle wäre super - hätten wir auf Nachfrage aber bestimmt bekommen :)

Die Gegend in der das Appartment liegt ist stark migrantisch geprägt und sehr dreckig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend, allerdings an vielen Stellen nicht in Stand gehalten (Möbelfurnier abgeplatzt, Folie wirft Blasen, etc.). Außerdem war es in der Wohnung relativ dreckig, unsere Socken waren stark verschmutzt nach mehreren Stunden in der Wohnung

Er was maar één dubbelbed en een slaapbank, niet twee bedden en slaapbank, zoals het profiel hier zegt. Twee minuscule handdoekjes, geen overtrekken voor het tweede bed, de WiFi werkte niet. De buurt zelf is ook eerder vuil, rustig maar onverzorgd. Hier logeer je niet voor de gezelligheid, sfeer of romantiek.

The location is quite scary at night. The last day we didn't get any parking spot. Finally we parked our car near the park there. Many drunk people there so it was a scary moment for us. The apartment doesn't have a lift as well so we need to bring our luggage via stairs.

It would be nice if there were hooks in the bathroom for hanging a towel, also for a wooden table in the kitchen... buy coasters... in order to easily put heated food on the table.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2023The apartment was very clean (including the dishes), both bed and sofa bed very comfy, quiet around, no problem with hot water for 4 people showering one after one. Not only enough coffee capsules, but also mineral water and chocolate were left for us, it was very nice! We would definitely stay again.
It required several tries to open the building door using the code, but finally we got in. The host informed in advance that door may stuck and what the guest should do in this case, so it wasn't unexpected.

There was a saucepan full of chicken pieces and flies in one of the kitchen cupboards. Obviously from a previous renter. It should have been spotted by the cleaner but it wasnt. So perhaps a more thorough cleaning is necessary.

Check In from 5pm On the check out date we were asked to give our bed sheets before leaving. Around 9am someone came to collect the sheets and blankets We arrived in Dortmund at 6am and usually we can leave the luggage and enjoy the city, well! The early we could do it was 12 noon. We wasted half day carrying the bags
