The location was great close to groceries stores and pharmacies. Very close to the beach. Walking distance and near places to exchange currency. The pool area was clean and not crowded. Parking was available with my stay.

Nothing negative to say especially with the price for the length of my stay.

Close to supermarket, and restaurants minutes to beack,

Shower needs to be fixed, no hot water

I loved the swimming pool. The staff, especially Alexandria was very charming and spoke English and the host was very accommodating. He also speaks English

Music a little loud from the bar across the street but I managed to sleep 😴

A.c in every room , balcony, and close to restaurant s

Nothing to dislike

I arrived at the hotel at night and they told me they wouldn't honor my reservation because it was only for one night, so I was left without a hotel at that hour despite having a confirmed reservation with them.

I liked everything. The host went above and beyond to make accommodate my stay.

Great location, host is very helpful and friendly

Fantastic property in very good location. Short walk to the beach and supermarket. With access to the swimming pool.

Clean and very nice staff

Nothing

Walking distance to whatever you needed. Beach three blocks away, Ole 2 1/2 blocks away. Food options numerous.

Boca de Mar Residence Ter 1 was perfect for the time spent. Absolutely perfect location. Easy access for food shopping and beach just minutes down the block. Bodega and restaurants across the street is a vibe!!! Apartment looks exactly like the pictures on site. Inside and out very clean & comfortable. Kitchen provided everything we needed which is A+ would highly recommend booking. ***Alfred my host is the best. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He always answered his phone or via text when we had a questions. He went over beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very flexible with check in & check out time. Would definitely recommend and satisfied we'll be back!!!!

Communication and availability of a host is key to me. Alfred exceeded my expectations. He greeted me with his family and made me feel like I was at home. A HUGE plus in my book. The extra expense he took for security measures sold me also. The location to me is excellent. Close to the supermarket, plenty of food options and the beach is a short walk away. Everything you need in give or take 5 mins. What more can I say.... I'll be back!
