Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The place was new and contemporary. The grounds very very well maintained and they had security. The place had control access with security. Mildred was very accommodating and took care of a emergency situation I developed. She is a great manager. It's about a 3 minute drive to the ocean and walking distance. There are many restaurants near by and 5 minutes to the supermarket Ole. I could call this my home and will look into buy.
I liked everything but would like to see bathroom safety and stair rails. It was first class and affordable.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2024The development was clearly well-run, with 24 hour gated security, dedicated parking and well-maintained landscaping. Self check-in was easy with the digital door lock. The apartment is a 2 story unit with a patio on the ground floor and a separate balcony on the 2nd floor bedroom. Everything was clean, modern and functioning as expected. All of the units surrounded the large pool, which provided lots of space for all the residents, and included plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Did not include a microwave, digital safe or portable electric fan.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024Very few places in DR are exactly as on pictures, and this one is. New and modern house with everything you need. Communication was also amazing and very helpful.
The only thing would be if you don't have a car, you would have to walk long distances but we were absolutely fine.
