Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El personal en el lobby al hacer el check in muy diligente y el dueño del apto muy educado y comunicativo
El conjunto Sotogrande donde se encuentra el apto está muy deteriorado, estructuras oxidadas, escombros en areas comunes, y basura por todos lados, el ascensor no funcionaba y lamentablemente el Sargazo acumulado en la orilla de la playa desprende un olor muy desagradable. El apto tiene buen equipamiento en la cocina, lencería de baño completa y la cama es muy cómoda, sin embargo el resto del mobiliario y los espacios en general necesitan actualización ya que están muy deteriorados y resultan muy incómodos en su uso y de mal aspecto a la vista.

Wer einen ruhigen Ort sucht, lange Bahnen im Pool ziehen und garantiert Platz haben mag am Strand, findet das hier. Die Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer und dem Service vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Rin wohltuender Ort! Empfehlenswert! Wild
Der Preis für die Ruhe: Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wir wussten es im Vorfeld, deshalb keinen Abzug dafür! Es bietet sich also an schon während der Anreise einen Zwischenstopp im Supermarkt zu machen und auch andere Fahrten damit zu verbinden.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025The location was great, the pool, beach, and the facilities were all as described. our stay was very quiet and un-eventful, most of the time we were the only people at the pool, and we talked with one couple only during our stay. It's perfect for Honeymooners that are there on their own and not interested in social interactions and meet group of people.
very little to complain about in this property, however I believe the deck can be redone, and the situation of the elevator can be fixed out of 7 days only 1 day it was working, we had to carry our luggage leaving down 3 stories. Also, there is no restaurant, gym or other amenities at the facility, that's fine if you are willing to go and explore other places than staying in one place all the time.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2023beautiful balcony living room and bedroom. as for the grounds, they were kept pretty nice and neat every single day of my stay at this place.  every morning Staff cleans the pool at 7 AM Wednesday through Saturday the grounds are always swept. The beaches are always clean beautiful property would love to come again.
being that the property is right on the beach many storms that hit the property and ruined the roofs and some interior including an elevator . I would hope for their sake reparations would made to bring the place back to life.
