Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Realmente una experiencia muy desagradable cuando de camino al hospedaje nos enteramos que la reserva estaba declinada porque el apartamento no estaba disponible, sin embargo en la página de booking estaba como confirmada. De hecho actualmente la reserva esta como completada, o sea que todavía no presenta ningún problema. Le escribí a servicio al cliente, y jamás me respondieron. Viendo los comentarios veo que no es la primera vez que ocurre. Así que recomiendo no confiar en la renta de esta propiedad. Tuvimos que optar por una reservación de ultimo minuto en un hotel y retornar a la ciudad al otro día.
