She went **above and beyond** to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. كانت إقامتنا في الشقة جيدة بشكل عام. أكثر ما ميّزها أنها تقع في منطقة حيوية وجميع الخدمات من مطاعم كافيهات وسوبر ماركت متوفرة أسفل المبنى أو على مسافة قريبة جدًا مما جعل التنقل مريحًا. كما أن الإطلالة على مسبح القرية كانت جميلة ومريحة. الأستاذة هويدا كانت في قمة الذوق والتعاون وكانت متجاوبة معنا طوال فترة الإقامة وساعدتنا في تسهيل حجوزات مراسي وحضور إحدى الحفلات وهذا يعكس احترافيتها وحرصها على راحة الضيوف. السعر كان مناسب للموسم والأسِرّة كانت مريحة.

أما الملاحظات فهي أن الأثاث يحتاج إلى بعض التجديد كما أن التلفزيون لم يكن يعمل أثناء إقامتنا.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, with an amazing marina view and a relaxing atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to the marina, beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto Marina. We look forward to coming back!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location on the tourist promenade. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys a lively atmosphere, with many restaurants, cafés, Carrefour, and 55 Mart supermarket just a short walk away. Eng. Huida was an exceptional host—very kind, responsive, and extremely cooperative throughout our stay. She provided Marina beach access and also guided us on other beach access options (with an additional fee). The swimming pool is right in front of the apartment, and the Aqua Park is only about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, only the kids’ Aqua Park was operating, but the lagoon was beautiful and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another five nights. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, including beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. 1-الموقع جميل ويوجد ألعاب مائية ومسابح ومطاعم وكافيهات وسوبر ماركت وصرافات لكن وقت اقامتنا كان الموسم قد انتهى

1- الشقه غير نظيفة 2-ازعاج وصوت الأغاني عالي جداً في المطاعم والكافيهات تحت الشقة مباشرة طوال الليل حتى الفجر 3-الأجهزة الكهربائية في المطبخ الفرن والغسالة فيها ألتماس كهربائي وعندما اخبرتها بذلك طلبت منا احضار من يصلحها 4-تعامل صاحبة الشقة سيء جداً مع أننا عائلة مع أطفال طلبت منا 1000 جنيه بسبب تأخر دخولنا للشقه عن موعد تسجيل الوصول بساعه مع علمها بتأخر اقلاع رحلتنا وابلغتنا انها ستلغي الحجز وحجزنا غير مسترد. ايضاً عند المغادرة كان موعد خروجنا بالصباح الباكر لأن رحلتنا 11 صباحاً من مطار القاهرة اخبرتنا انها تأتي من مكان اقامتها وستظطر إلى استئجار سائق بحجة انها لاتستطيع القيادة ليلاً وطلبت منا دفع تكاليف السائق 2200 جنيه مصري مما اضطررنا إلى الخروج قبلها بيوم والغاء حجز يوم كامل بدون استرداد

نظيفه، مريحه، ممتعة، نشاطات كتيرة وممشي وموقع مميز مسلي جدآ م هويدا محترمة، لم تتأخر في توفير كل ما نحتاجه في أسرع وقت، شكرآ جزيلاً لها. تجربة تستحق التكرار

عدم توفير شاطئ مجاني من قبل إدارة جولف بورتو مارينا للمستأجرين.

موقع المكان مميز ، سهولة بعملية الدخول للمنتجع ، الشقة روحها جميلة كاملة المرافق ، السيدة هويدا مالكة الشقة سيدة راقية ذوق في التعامل لها الشكر الجزيل ،،

The walker was nice

Very honest review. I’m new to the north coast and I have no idea that porto golf has no access to the beach, so the owner needs to mention that in the description. Over rated for the pictures in the website. In the checkout the owner came half an hour early to check her property when we were inside, she used the bathroom, and she was sitting on the couch watching TV. The property is not clean enough, a lot of flies. So cheap, the soap bar in the bathrooms were used. Furniture is so old, the window screen was broken so the flies comes in easily inside the property

So far from the beach and nothing interesting and it’s expensive foul smell from the sewers The furniture is not good . There is no blankets for the extra bed . The music out side to loud no hot water in the shower they started from 6:00pm to 6:00am (no sleep until the morning) The rules for complex its to complicated and The landlord is bad at dealing and stresses the issue of security deposit (150$) ( too much )and if want leave early (check out) then you have to pay 60$ for landlord Finally i booked two days and I stayed just one day its not confutable

No wifi - you need to pay extra for it. It was noisy at night because of other people partying.

The apartment includes all needed facilities and was clean. The owner, Mrs Howayda, was so welcoming and helpful.

Cleaning was amazing,easy access and good location. Very comfortable beds.
