الشقة بجانب مول العرب مشي على الأقدام مكان الشقة في كمباوند والأمن موجود ٢٤ ساعة الشقة فيها غرفة نوم وحمام وصالة وبوفية متوفر فيها غسالة ملابس و مكواه الجو عامة في الشقة جميل جدا ومريح .. و الأهم تصلح للعائلة.

Located in a gated area, ie safe. in walking distance to a large shopping mall with plenty of gastronomy, open till 21:00, also on weekends. Hoeever, not located in AEON Towers (next door) which seems to be more modern and better infrastructure and hosts also rented apartments as well as an indoor swimming pool. Owner is polite and very responsive to guests' request.

A bit cheap furniture and bathroom equipment that falls apart for example when you put a towel on the rail. Looking to the street side while the nicer side of the building overlooks a nice walking promenade with green areas.

It was so comfortable and secured and clean and basem was so helpful and kindness

The apartment location was excellent. The apartment was very nice and clean, room service was available throughout our stay. And special thanks to Mr. Walid who made us feel at home and was available for all our enquiries. I would also like to thank the housekeeping Nadia she was friendly and always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will visit again 10/10 highly recommended.

The Location was amazing , check in and check out were super smooth The place was Super clean and everything was amazing , Mr Walid made sure i didn't need anything , Definitely won't be my last visit

The facility and furniture of the apartment was good The compound and the neighborhood was perfect the Arabia mall was just next to it and you get there directly from one of the compound doors There was a swimming pool and a nice walking area in the compound

the apt wasn't that clean, there was mold in the dishwasher and our laundry got stuck in the washing machine till the next day

The host was great supporter all the time and checking on us every sometime .. he is really great host 👍🚀

The apartment wasn’t clean. The bed sheets were too smelly and not washed. The carpets are so dirty. Smoking smell 😫 The floor was full of dirty staff and my son white sucks has turned to black. The bathroom smells and the shower ground is dirty and slippery. The reviews are not genuine. All those problems have been fixed and the host sent cleaning team but they don’t clean as per the expectations.

Everything was as pictured, the place was nice and clean, Whalids hospitality is amazing he covered all our needs and we definitely plan on returning.

Nothing that Luxory Stay had control of, but the complex still has some construction going on , so we had to walk around the complex (15 min)to get to the Mall instead of through the walk way (3 min)
