I killed at least 5 cockroaches in my 6 day of stay. The place has cockroach infestation and they know it. Another guest already made a similar complaint.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026One of the best location in Cairo (Giza), walking distance to Mall of Arabia, the towers are ultra modern with outstanding security measures. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped with all requirements and clean. Special thanks to Ms. Nadya for being extremely supportive and responsive.

I’m giving a bad review because of the staff. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff came across as unprofessional. Any time I needed help, it felt like I was completely ignored it took forever for anyone to respond or even acknowledge me. The lack of basic customer service made the whole visit incredibly frustrating.
