flat is clean , beds are comfortable ,pool is nice

no shampoo nor soap although there are dispensers , there is kettle but no tea , coffee nor sugar

Poor management, no check-in infos, had to call several time and wait for someone to bring the keys. The apartment is not well maintained, stained walls, dirty kitchen, old or broken cooking ustensils, no basics equipment (dishwashing liquid and sponges for ex..), mold in showers and sink seams, shower drains clogged, stains and cigarette burns on all sofa and chairs… They solely rely on the standing of the residence complex to fix the price, they should do an effort as it’s easy to find much better apartments in the same complex.
