Luxurious Sea view 2 BR & private Garden to the pool at Mangroovy

Great location, ground-floor apartment with direct access to the swimming pool.

Beautiful, comfortable and well-located apartment, very close to the beach and directly by the pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small private garden, which is very enjoyable and gives a relaxing atmosphere to the place. The apartment is spacious, pleasant to stay in and ideal for families wanting to enjoy El Gouna quietly. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth throughout the stay. We had a very nice time there and would gladly come back.

The location of the property is great it’s on the ground floor yet it’s away from the parking spaces and the noise. It is right next to the pool area and very close to the beach (walking distance) the rooms are spacious with its own bathroom. The host was very kind and accommodated our every need and answered all our questions. The kids would wake up and jump into the pool right after breakfast.

Заляпанные стены, отсутствие чайника, воды. Персонал не пришел на выселение, не помог заказать такси. Решили вопрос сами. Компаунд закрытый, из Хургады такси или доставку заказать невозможно без специального разрешения на въезд от хозяина. Как передвигаться внутри компаунда мы также не знали. Территория огромная, пешком все не обойдешь. Компания тук тук не отвечала. Может быть за неделю мы бы и разобрались с этим. Но, учитывая, что мы были один день и это был день рождения, отсутствие помощи со стороны управляющего апартаментами очень сильно испортило впечатление и настроение.

The ONLY thing we liked was the location of the property.

The apartment is in a very bad condition in terms of general maintenance and cleanliness. There is dust everywhere and stains on all the furniture. The kettle is rusty from the inside. I had to boil water for my coffee in a cooking pot. The bedsheets are torn. And dirty and there were bugs on the beds.

Minor: the parking isn’t directly under the apartment so if you have some luggage/baby etc it’s a 5 minute walk

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, Service vom 6nd z6m Flughafen super und pünktlich. Umgebung sauber und ruhig, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Heel goed verzorgd appartementencomplex direct aan het strand. Communicatie met de accomodatie is uitstekend. Ze reageren direct en maken het meteen in orde bij vragen.

Ground floor apartment right next to multiple pools. Also in touching distance of the beach with a few very nice beach restaurants. El Gouna also very safe and clean. And truly perfect for kite surfing. Communication was also impeccable.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seinen Verantwortlichen vor Ort ist ausgezeichnet! Bereits eine Woche vorher wurde ich kontaktiert und alles für die Anreise vorbereitet. Die Betreuung ist wirklich hervorragend! Über den kleinen Vorgarten ist mann direkt am Pool oder kann gleich zum Strand. Am Eingang zur Anlage ist ein kleiner Laden wo Lebensmittel gekauft werden können. Der Vermieter hat im Kühlschrank auch ein par Flaschen mit Wasser deponiert worüber wir sehr froh waren, da wir spät angereist sind. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

Das Appartment war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt bei der Ankunft (Badezimmer). Nach dem Melden beim Vermieter hat er aber sofort und ohne Nachfragen angeboten gleich das Housekeeping zu senden. Hervorragend reagiert und daher ist es fast die volle mögliche Punktzahl. Vielen Dank

The property was in a perfect position, close to the beach and pool. It had everything we needed and more so will definitely be booking here again.

Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr hilfsbereit, jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet (alles läuft über Whatsapp). Vielen Dank, Medhat und Micheal! Das Apt. ist einfach perfekt, gemütlich, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet. Riesenpool vor der Veranda mit eigener Liege und Sonnenschirm. 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Nach Downtown kommt man in El Gouna schnell und unkompliziert per Tuk-Tuk (1EUR bzw. 50 EGP). Der Transfer vom Airport bis zur Unterkunft war gratis.

Die Abflussiebe in den Duschen und in der Waschmaschine waren reinigungsbedürftig. Das WLAN war zu schwach. (Für Internet kann man sich auch gleich am Flughafen eine lokale SIM kaufen).

Alles war super!!

The place was spotlessly clean and very close to the beach. Wonderful view over the pool and close enough to most services by foot. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Medhat, for such a welcoming attitude. Thanks also to the property manager Mr. Michael for providing such a wonderful service and being super helpful with alot of requests from us. Definitely a highly recommended destination. We had so much fun, and will book again in any future visits to El Gouna!

Excellent stay at this place. The owner was so helpful and facilitated our stay carefully. The private garden with pool and sea view was just magical. The appart is spacious and well furnished. The residence is so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it for couples or families.

I love Egypt, but truly, I've never seen such a high standard furnished apartment for rent! Every single thing was excellent: cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, the views of the swimming pool, sea , and at the top, the care, patience, and generosity of Mr. Medhat, who was kind enough to be with us in every step even to help us with the arrangements of our pickup and dropping to and from the residence, which was an excellent choice, it's cleanliness vibes, positive energy, the beautiful lovely and lively beach, the huge clean swimming pools, the beach club where we enjoyed the music and the food, also the proximity of the location to all attractions, the marina and the activities, regardless to mention the high security and very sweet polite staff, we enjoyed literally every thing! Big thank you for Misho and Dina, and we will come back soon in shaa Allah!

The property doesn't provide breakfast. However all facilities were there .very nice and clean place. Host is very responsive and respectful. Would love to go again. to a great extent pictures were accurate and matching.
