⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Proprietarul a fost amabil și m-a preluat de la aeroport contra cost, lucru pe care l-am apreciat. De asemenea, singurul avantaj real al proprietății este locația foarte bună, plaja fiind la aproximativ un minut de mers pe jos. Din păcate, apartamentul a fost o mare dezamăgire și nu a îndeplinit standardele minime de curățenie și confort pe care le consider normale pentru o proprietate oferită turiștilor. Am ajuns în jurul orei 21:30, după un drum lung, și nu am găsit nici măcar o sticlă de apă în apartament. Abia după ce am insistat, proprietarul mi-a adus două sticle de apă. Nu exista săpun, nu exista hârtie igienică și nu am găsit niciun minim gest de bun venit. Prosoapele și lenjeria de pat erau foarte vechi și uzate. În baie persista un miros puternic de canalizare, toaleta curgea continuu, iar scurgerea era parțial înfundată. Frigiderul nu a funcționat aproximativ o zi și jumătate, lucru extrem de neplăcut în condițiile temperaturilor ridicate din Egipt. La un moment dat s-a întrerupt alimentarea cu apă, iar pentru rezolvarea situației a trebuit să merg în locul proprietarul pentru plata facturii de apă, astfel încât să putem beneficia din nou de apă în apartament. Consider că un turist nu ar trebui să fie pus într-o asemenea situație. Curățenia a fost, din păcate, inacceptabilă. Vasele și blaturile din bucătărie erau unsuroase, geamurile foarte murdare, exista praf peste tot, iar covoarele păreau îmbâcsite și insuficient întreținute. Chiar și după ce am încercat să dezinfectez anumite suprafețe, nu m-am simțit confortabil să folosesc bucătăria. Aș dori să clarific și aspectul legat de accesul la plajă, prezentat ca o reducere semnificativă. Tariful standard este de 650 lire egiptene. Pentru a beneficia de tariful redus, trebuie însă plătită în prealabil o taxă suplimentară de 650 lire egiptene pentru instalarea aplicației necesare. Ulterior, accesul costă 375 lire egiptene în timpul săptămânii și 450 lire egiptene în weekend.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Het is een mooi appartement. Ruim zat. Supermarkt om de hoek en verschillende restaurants. De rode zee op 1 minuut lopen .de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles bij elkaar een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Постель была не пригодна для ночёвки, простынь была в каких то пятнах, и наволочки для одеяла совсем не было. Душ так и не починили, судя по отзывам оно уже давно подтекает, а слив работает очень медленно, придется стоять в воде когда моешься. Кухня вся в жире которая уже никак не отмоется, как и утварь которая есть. Мы сообщили что не будем тут жить и уезжаем в другое место, но возврата за проживание было не предусмотрено и владелец не пошел к нам на встречу, поэтому решил пусть будет отзыв за эту оплату ни за что. Повелся на отзывы других пользователей, но уже в квартире не совсем то что на фотографиях. В целом было наверное неправильно что то другое ожидать за такую цену, была бы хотя бы постель в нормальном состоянии, на остальное можно было бы закрыть глаза. В целом Хургада оставила не очень хорошие впечатления...

The appartment is on the back of the complex, facing a construction. We did not have problems, but for someone, may be with children that sleep at noon, it may noisy.
