When we arrived it smelled of smoking. I had to complain about pots and pans. It was old and burned all the food. The fridge did not have all the racks in for storing food. There were no cloths and washing liquid in kitchen. I had to buy my own. The kitchen for cooking was not up to standard. No warm water in the kitchen. No mattress covers. Only thin fitted sheet. The bathroom vanity's drawers couldn't close because of water damage. No daily supply of towels and toilet paper. You have to pay extra for cleaning services. Our apartment was situated right next to a mosque. So if you don't have a problem with waking up at 5 am...then it is all well. Only after I complained about above mentioned problems, did they fix it. Location is fairly good. Near a supermarket and mall. But if you have to buy groceries and don't want to walk 15min to apartment, you have to get an Uber. You can't stay there without uber services. It is definitely in need of " refreshment". Apartment looks a bit tacky.

لم يكن واضحا في الحجز ولا التواصل على الإيميل من إين سأستلم المفتاح ولا يوجد لوحة للعمارة التي سكنت فيها تبين وجود شقة فندقية ولا لوحة صغيرة لبرايم عند الباب تبين مكان الاستقبال او رقم الاتصال، وأضطررت للسؤال في المنطقة حتى وصلت للإستقبال في الشارع الخلفي للعمارة. كثرة الكلاب في المنطقة، ولكن هذا الوضع منتشر في كل القاهرة. السوفا بيد غير مريحة لمن يحتاجها.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the AUC campus and close to major shopping malls, grocery stores, and a great selection of restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I’d like to especially thank Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Mohamed Sayed, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were always helpful, considerate, and truly professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in New Cairo. I would definitely stay here again!
The only issue we had was an old mattress on one of the beds that was not level. It'd be great if it gets replaced. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Not clean, extremely tired and seemed run down.. furniture is very dirty and parts are even broken. We were placed in the building behind the main building, the lobby and entrance looked like they've never been cleaned before and extremely dirty and dusty. No kitchen utensils, no hair dryer.

They are asking a 100 USD deposit which they shouldn’t because its not mentioned during the booking process. I specifically asked them to give my new banknot back and they said we promise.! I gave them a new 100UsD just to comply and got back 5 old 20USDs. I hope they are not fake.!!! And i won’t get in to any trouble.!

Apartment wasn't cleaned well at all ,there was hair on the pillows and couch was dirty with stains on it and the kitchen had a super bad smell which was extended to the apartment hallway. Under the bed and closet was very dusty as if it was never cleaned.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2023The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a great stay. The staff was so friendly especially Mohamed Jamal. The neighborhood is quiet and in a very good location. I would definitely recommend this place. There is a mall within a walking distance from the apartment that has shops and restaurants.
The iron wasn't good it actually burned a shirt so it needs to be replaced. The building was empty so it might feel lonely but the area is safe (this is more of FYI rather than a negative thing).
