Reviewed May 30, 2026had a very good experience at the hotel overall. The facilities, cleanliness, and atmosphere were excellent. I would especially like to thank Marwan for his outstanding effort, professionalism, and hospitality throughout my stay. He was always helpful and made my experience much more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of one staff member named Mohammad, who was quite rude during my interaction with him. I believe customer service should be consistently respectful and professional. I would also suggest that the hotel place clearer signs on the main street to help guests find the property more easily, as it can be difficult to locate without proper signage. Thank you to the team for the overall great experience, and special thanks again to Marwan for his excellent service.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026The staff were super friendly and helpful, with 24/7 front desk support. Cleanliness: the surfaces and kitchenware were spotless Comfortable bed Air conditioning New building Much less noise Property pictures in Booking.com are accurate Walking distance to AUC, plus a good nearby shopping mall with many diverse restaurants, a grocery store open past midnight, and other convenient shops. A note about location: it really depends on your plans. If your visit is centered around AUC or nearby areas, the location is ideal; however, it is not convenient for visiting Old Cairo, which typically takes over 40 minutes to reach (check the map). I would definitely stay there again if I am around.
- A few older carpet stains from previous guests were still visible; replacing the carpet would make a noticeable difference. - The surroundings of the building were a bit messy, with unpaved sidewalks and some street dogs (although they were friendly) - The shower may need a slightly stronger water heater for winter use, as hot water is more consistent at lower water pressure. - It would be even better if the bedsheets were of slightly higher quality (the ones used were not cheap though)

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. At the same time, it’s conveniently close to large shopping malls and a wide variety of food options—from fine dining restaurants to fast food and cozy cafés. This made it very easy to find something to suit any mood or time of day. I also felt very safe in the area, even when going out late at night, which added a lot of comfort and peace of mind during my stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure everything was comfortable. Their hospitality really made a difference. The room itself was clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the overall cleanliness. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026The location is great in a really safe place in New Cairo in the luxurious part of the city ,in the Middle of everything. Really clean and aestheticaly really nice and it is also have a lot of space considering the room we rented was only for three people the space was more than enough. Amazing experience the staff was also very kind and was always there for us for any of our needs. Truly Great.
The only negative despite all its great was that there is a church next to the hotel and its really loud in the middle of the night but its also due to the fact that I visited in the Middle of the Ramadan i don't think it is a regular thing.
