Estudio 54 Centro

Molto accogliente e personale disponibile!

Rien

Location is great, has everything that you need. Host is really kind and helpful.

We liked that the owmer was very helpful he helped as from the apartment to the outside of Alicante. 👏 Very good person.

Nothing we liked everything

Host gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione comoda a tutto, centro, bus, tram, stazione, supermarcati, appartamento dotato di ogni necessità.

Nulla

Very good location, only 15min walk to the Esplanada and 5min to tram station where you can go anywhere. Shops and places to eat all around. Apartment very clean and cozy and host extremely helpful.

I can be quite noisy outside as it is very close to an important road.

We were met in person by the owner who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. Good value for money and well situated, and there was everything that we needed in the apartment.

That we had to leave a €100 deposit, which we weren't told about when we booked. Cleanliness was okay, although there was a bit of drainy smell in the bathroom. It is next to a busy road and there was some noise from that. On leaving the premises the owner asked us not to leave a review less than a score of 9, which seems a bit misleading for future visitors.

Great location close to Central Market, bus stop to airport and between two fortresses

I stay here for the second time. Everything is also great. The owner of the apartment is a sensitive and responsive person. The apartment is very conveniently located and equipped with everything necessary for living.

Lovely spacious apartment and very well equipped! Good kitchen with everything we needed, also with washing machine and iron, plus things we didn't expect to need like umbrellas. Location was great, short walk to everything and supermarket close by without the noise of the city centre and great value for money! The host was also really friendly and made us feel welcome. Worth noting there's a cash deposit on arrival which we got back hassle-free on checkout.

Central location- host very helpful

Having to leave

Great location, very helpful host, tidy and comfortable.

Nothing

Very convenient location of the apartment. Public transport stops and the central market are within walking distance. A short 15-20 minute walk and you are already on the beach. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything necessary for living. The owner of the apartment is a kind and very responsive person. I will stay here again without further ado.

Immaculately clean large studio. Well equipped kitchen and large modern bathroom with lots of towels and hot water. Short walk to centre and tram station. The owner is friendly and keen to help. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike except, in an ideal world, the flat could do with a more comfortable sofa and a smart TV so you could connect devices.

We enjoyed our stay in Estudio 54 Centro. Juan welcomed us and was very generous with explanations and advices to make our stay smooth. The studio has everything needed and beyond. It is neat and very well located.

There is nothing we particularily disliked. But future guests should know about the 100 euros deposit that you get back easily when leaving if all is good. And there is a lock on the outside door of the studio for extra security. But this was no problem for us. We thank Juan for the nice stay.

it was clean and localisation is perfect. it had everything needed and even more - for example olive oil.

sometimes there was unpleasant smell from the sewage. owner said it was from outside but that for sure was not the case, we checked it

The property was a perfect place to stay We had a fantastic time It had everything you needed Iwe will Ethan very soon

Nothing

Great equipment, super clean, host was great.

Bed wasn't super comfortable and it was a bit noisy but it was OK, didn't cause us sleepless nights.

the host was very considerate and helpful. The apartment is located right in the center and near the beach. the apartment is clean and has everything you need, as well as air conditioning. I highly recommend. ☺️

Everything you need

Nothing

Since we did our own breakfast, it was exactly what we wanted

The bed was a little uncomfortable. We slept well, but maybe used to softer beds.
