Perfect location, very central yet quiet. Our room was tiny but we only stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. It is clean, bed was comfy and we were able to drop our bags before check in.

The apartment had perfect location (couple minutes away from the city center). The staff was very friendly, helpful. There were all the necessary amenities and i they even had great lockers for leaving our bags after checkout. Thank you for great experience! One thing I would recommend is adding shampoos in the room, everything else was great!

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko sklep restauracje do plaży kilka minut do promenady tez. Z okna widać wzgórze sw. Barbary. Wszystko na wyposażeniu Bardzo polecam 🥰

Expectations vs. reality are two completely different things. The view from the window was disappointing — ruins and stairs with people constantly walking past. The noise was also a big issue, especially at night. “Standard Room”, while the description and photos make it sound breathtaking — you would think so! Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Que no se comunicaran conmigo hasta 30 min antes de entrar en la habitación para poder hacer el registro y darnos las instrucciones para entrar. Las fotos en la página muestran una gran terraza, pero la habitación solo disponía de un pequeño balcón.

La ubicación, es un barrio muy castizo

Quedé con el arrendador en llamar cuando llegara para dejar las maletas y me costó más de 1 hora y media localizarle. Por las fotos parece que tiene terraza y una cocina completa, pero solo tiene microondas para cocinar. La habitación muy pequeña y había hormigas.

Équipements modernes ; climatisation neuve, salle de bain très propre et très bien équipée. Lit très confortable, nous avons vraiment très bien dormi. Emplacement vielle ville très charmant. Instructions pour rentrer dans l’immeuble et prendre la clef, très claires. Petit appartement parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits !

La vue, malheureusement il n’y en avait pas.

AC and refrigerator works properly. Enough amount of plate, glass, cup, spoon, knife, etc.

The room is very narrow. Draining in the bathroom is terrible, water after shower comes in the middle of the bedroom even though there was towel on the ground to prevent water to go away from the bathroom. There are some uninvited guest in the rom, they are actually harmless and cute but they are not supposed to be in the rom, sometimes they visits you in the bed as well. This little creatures are ants. Besides of the rom which actually does affect pleasure at some point, communication was ‘terrible’. I have sendt message via both booking and WhatsApp app ‘which they recommend to send via WhatsApp for better, faster respond’, I have never had a respond after check in. I only meet a kind middle-aged man who asks if anything is ok with the rom. Other than that there was no communication with the owner(responsible people). We weren’t asked any new badsheet during our four days accommodation, since there was no communication with the hotel, we had to use same sheet everyday. Given that it is a holiday place, there was some strain and sand bites on the bedsheets after we had been at sea.

La ubicación estaba bien si te gusta estar en la zona más turística. Además tenía aire acondicionado y un baño amplio.

Las fotos del alojamiento llevan a engaño. Cogimos el apartamento porque necesitábamos pasar tiempo allí y nos venía mejor un formato apartamento. En algunas fotos salían cocina y en los servicios listados había pequeños electrodomésticos. Nuestra sorpresa fue que que la tostadora, hervidor o cafetera (que no funcionaba) estaban en un armario metidos. Solo había una mesa pequeña así que para usarlo todo no había sitio. Además de que había platos, tazas y cubertería, pero no había fregadero, así que nos tuvimos que apañar con el mismo lavabo del baño… Además el apartamento que nos tocó era enano, ni muchísimo menos funcional para dos personas, así que cuidado con eso. Y luego lo que más miedo nos dio estando allí fue que la llave del portal servía para la puerta del apartamento, así que imaginamos que sería maestra de todos los apartamentos. En definitiva, más allá del último tema que generaba inseguridad, no es un buen sitio para quedarte si vas a hacer algo más allá de dormir y ducharte allí.

Muy buena ubicación! Estás cerca de todo. El espacio estuvo correcto y muy cómodo.

Quizás un ligero olor a humedad que con el aire acondicionado se lograba mejorar. A nuestra habitación incluimos una segunda persona, el pago extra teníamos que darlo en efectivo pero como no llegó la persona, me escribieron a mi numero personal para pedir el Bizum del restante, eso nos generó desconfianza al no ser una cuenta misma del hotel y que no se debe pedir dinero fuera de la aplicación.

Assez bruyant la nuit car certaines personnes rentrent tard et ne respectent pas vraiment le sommeil des autres.

We really enjoyed our stay. The standout feature is the fantastic location, right in the heart of Alicante’s Old Town. Everything is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, bars, shops, the marina and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, easy to find and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was an ideal base for exploring the city, and we’d happily stay here again.

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked. The apartment met our expectations and was ideal for a short stay.

A szállás jó helyen van.

A szállás sajnos óriási csalódás volt. A szobában lévő légkondicionáló belseje fekete penésszel volt tele, emellett kellemetlen, dohos szagot árasztott, ezért egészségügyi okokból nem mertük használni. A nagy melegben ez elfogadhatatlan volt, így kénytelenek voltunk a helyszínen lemondani a foglalást és elhagyni a szállást. Az első napunk gyakorlatilag teljes egészében azzal telt, hogy új szállást keressünk. A szállásadó nem tudott másik szobát biztosítani, és a kommunikáció is rendkívül csalódást keltő volt. Az alapvető kommunikáció sem működött megfelelően: az üzeneteimre egyáltalán nem reagált, csak akkor kaptam választ, amikor a helyzet már elkerülhetetlenné vált (a penészes jelzésre egyből tudott reagálni). Hozzáteszem, hogy a problémát követően ugyan lehetővé tették a foglalás „ingyenes” lemondását, várjuk, mikor kapjuk vissza a befizetett összeget. Ez egy rendkívül rossz tapasztalat volt. Egy penészes, kellemetlen szagú légkondicionáló elfogadhatatlan, különösen egy olyan szálláson, ahol a légkondicionálás alapvető szolgáltatás. A hozzáállás és a kommunikáció csak tovább rontotta az összképet. Sajnos ezt a szállást semmilyen körülmények között nem tudom ajánlani.

Gentili e disponibili a tutte le richieste. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e comodo,e davvero carino. Centralissimo e vicino a tutto.

gli appartamenti sono molto carini, arredati moderni e funzionali. Può essere un pò strano che tutto è fatto on line e quindi non abbiamo visto nessuno. Comunque funziona tutto e la posizione è centralissima

occorre organizzarsi per la prima colazione, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono diversi supermercati, però quando uno arriva bisogna scendere ed andare a fare la spesa. Comunque tutto molto fattibile.

It was newly renovated, very clean, cute details like stencils on the walls, curtains were very beautiful. It was quiet and there was an elevator to upper floors.

I have mobility issues, and was unaware the neighborhood was pedestrian only! My cab driver dropped me off on the Main Street below, and I had to push a heavy suitcase UPHILL! It I have to say the neighborhood is delightful, part of the old city built approx 800 years ago.

Location is great (very central) and facilities are lovely. We were only there for a day and it couldn’t have been better. Online check in is quick and easy. The instructions for accessing the apartment were easy to follow. Although we never met a member of staff, our regular updates online were always helpful and friendly. Bathroom is massive! Which is something I love and look for on a holiday. The apartment reminds me more of a student accommodation but sizes are clearly stated online and in photos. Overall the apartment is clean and well worth a visit

Shower pressure took us by surprise. The head will fly away if you are not careful with it and the drain takes a second

Dairenin konumu çok güzel, Santan Cruz bölgesinde her yere kolayca yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Banyosu oldukça geniş bu rahat hissettiriyor.

Bebekle konaklayacaklar için girişte merdiven var ve başka alternatifi yok. Her seferinde indir kaldır bebek arabasını oldukça eziyetli. Otel giriş talimatlarını tam saat 3te gönderiyorlar, eğer internetiniz yoksa o an kapıda kalırsınız. İnternetimin olmayacağını söylememe rağmen önceden göndermediler, ilgisizlerdi.

El alojamiento está en un sitio muy céntrico y perfecto para la zona de copas, estaba muy limpio y ordenado todo, la verdad es que repetiría para volver

Lipsa conexiunii TV, locatia este centrala dar este situata lângă un club în aer liber. Fiind duminica a fost muzica și gălăgie toată noaptea pana dimineata la ora 5.

Die Lage ist ideal. Am Rande der Fussgängerzone (Altstadt) etwas erhöht. Die engen Gasse mit den vielen Strassenrestaurants sind in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Studio ist sehr einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt war es nachts sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen.

Das Check in und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, alles virtuell. Man muss die ID scannen usw. Aber es hat alles bestens geklappt. Im Appartment selbst gibt es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten aber es hat sehr viele Kaffees und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Připlatili jsme si za pokoj s balkonem, balkon je ale tak malinký, že se tam sotva vejde jedna židle.

The location and the cleanliness of the room.

We booked a studio for 2 nights and on arrival realised it was on the ground floor. It had 2 windows with frosted glass and exterior bars. We got the impression that we were in prison. We couldn't open the windows as passers-by could see into the room. The fridge took up too much space and sitting at the very small table was just not possible. It felt claustrophobic and we wondered how would we escape if ever there was a fire in the building. Very poor sound insulation. Check where your apartment is situated in the building before confirming.

Great location in city center, 8minutes away from the beach , Marina and Esplanada. Very clean, the studio has everything required for a short stay.

Sewage is a bit slow. The water got out of the shower while washing my hair.

Отличное местонахождение, на кухне все необходимое с посуды и других кухонных принадлежностей, чисто , просторно, за хорошая звукоизоляция .

За день раньше отправляли запрос на заседание раньше, ответ так и не был получен.. учитывая что вход в апартаменты отправляют через сообщение и без него нет возможности зайти в здание или подождать до заселения как в обычных отелях, неплохо было бы отвечать на сообщения и информировать людей, о возможности или нет. Другие люди тоже стояли и ждали под сданием без паролей. Мы бронируем данные апартаменты второй раз поэтому знали этот нюанс и дождались смс и только потом направились к двери.

La foto de publicación miente. Tienen distintos formatos de apartamento. En la foto figuraba una habitación amplia con balcón, sin embargo la que nos dieron era lateral y mucho más chica. No estaba mal pero me sentí un poco engañada.

Si, mucho. La ubicación, perfecta, con una terraza que nos hubiera gustado disfrutar más, pero no había tiempo para todo. El personal super atento. Calidad/precio: un 10 comparado con la oferta de alojamientos de Alicante. Super recomendable

Dette var et lite ,trangt rom med ELENDIG UTSIKT RETT INN I NOEN GAMLE RUINER både fra rommet og badet. Det var beskrevet med balkong ????, og den var ikke til å stå på engang,ville IKKE kalt den balkong. Det var så trangt at man ikke kunne passere hverandre ved senga. De kjøkkenredskapene som var oppgitt sto i et skap, ingen benk til å lage mat på , kun et lite terrassebord og 2 stoler. Ingen benkeplate. Måtte vaske opp i vasken på badet. Så i naborommet som hadde en lite kjøkken i forhold og stor plass og mye større balkong. Dette rommet var SKUFFENDE. I prospektet vises muligens terasse med bord/stoler osv, tenkte det var en takterasse, men det fant vi ikke. Det var heller ikke noen form for renhold eller skifte av håndklær-

Brilliant location and plenty of supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby - the beach is also very close. The accommodation was very clean, the paintings in the hallway were really nice and the air conditioning was really useful. The bed was also relatively comfy and not too hard.

Although not necessary for a very short stay, it would have been ideal to have more cooking facilities (rather than just a microwave) and a kitchen sink is needed as we could only wash up dishes in the bathroom sink.

Ground floor room could do with better ventilation, air-conditioning worked a treat but could do with fresh air. Couldn't open windows due to security risk.

Muy mala comunicación del anfitrión, llegamos 19 hs al alojamiento y recién nos enviaron los códigos de acceso para el auto check in a las 12 de la noche, sino fuera porque se me ocurrió tocar la puerta y saliera un hombre a recibirnos casi dormíamos afuera, tener en cuenta eso

Nagyon jó helyen van, kellemes sétával minden fontos hely könnyen megközelíthető. Kényelmesek az ágyak és hangulatos enteriőr fogad belépéskor.

Penészes volt a nappali/háló mennyezete. A fürdőszobában a szekrény fiókjai sajnos koszosak voltak és szét voltak ázva. Furcsa szag árad a fürdőből.

We arrived and were pleased to see that the apartment was beautifully clean and matched our high expectations. The location was terrific and the views were spectacular.

Condiții slabe față de pozele prezentate pe booking - camera mică, ușa de la baie nu se închidea, curățenie acceptabilă. Pozele de prezentare nu erau conforme.
