Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The property itself is lovely, I have stayed before band was super happy. Sadly management must have changed in the past year and it has become very run down ! The only staff member that truly was helpful and knowledgeable is Omar and I thank him for all his help and making my stay okay.
The rooms are very run down, as I do appreciate their “upgrade” it was not really one as the tidiness and cleanliness was not good at all. Floors were dirty ( walked barefoot and had no joke black feet like I walked on the street), bathroom has multiple issues from water not draining, Urin stains behind the toilet… kitchenette had bare minimum and all furniture was very used and worn down. It’s not as it was and not as shown on pictures! Also not true to Travelholic stays. Regardless of the location Mokathem it should be what you pay for correct?

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026لا شي أبدا عدم النظافه وانسداد بلوعات الحمام للأسف دون حل من مسئولين الفندق عدم نظافه المكان وجود قمل علي الصوفه وتم إبلاغ مقدمين الخدمه يفتقد المكان لنظافه الداخليه للأثاث والمرافق والخارجيه لعدم نظافه المكان الخارجي وتكويم الزبايل وانقطاع الكهرباء لفترات طويله وعدم وجود دعم موالد كهرباء احطياتي لخدمه زوار الفندق تجرّبه سيئه ولكن تتكرر مره أخرى انصح بعدم الزرياره لنها خابت توقعاتي

I stayed in 3 different rooms and they all have leakage, this needs to be fixed. They also need to check the rooms before they give them out because i've had a couple of issues (minor and can be fixed in minutes) where i had to call them a couple of times to send someone to fix.

للأسف كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال. الشقة التي تم تسليمها كانت تحتوي على صراصير، وبعض الأبواب كانت مخلوعة أو متضررة، كما واجهنا مشاكل في الحمامات وضعفاً واضحاً في خدمة الغرف والاستجابة للشكاوى. اضطررنا إلى دفع مبلغ إضافي للترقية فقط للحصول على مكان مناسب للنوم، ومع ذلك لم تكن الترقية بالمستوى المتوقع. كما تم إبلاغنا بإمكانية استرداد جزء من المبلغ ثم تم التراجع عن ذلك لاحقاً، مما زاد من سوء التجربة وعدم الرضا عن التعامل

There was some leaking in the bathroom in both the rooms i stayed in. No shampoo or body wash was provided, only hand soap, so you’ll need to bring or buy your own toiletries.

Meuble très vétuste, tous est abîmé inconfortable. C’est bien les meubles mais il y a au moins 10 ans. Ps: petit dej très médiocre dommage. On à payer le petit dej sans jamais en manger car il propose service dans votre chambre oeuf et fève a prendre ou à laisser. En bref juste pour passer une nuit oui pas plus

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026لما وصلت ، الغرفة بتاعتي الكنبة وسخانة كانت ، والسرير كمان . ولما طلبت أغيرها حصل حوار جدآ مش حلو معاهم ، وفي الأخير نزلوني لغرفة وصالة بس برضو مش أنضف حاجة. والنت قطع بالليل ، ولما طلبت يرجعوا النت ، الريسبشن قاللي هو حيكلم المالك ، والمالك بيقول انه مشغول والنت مش حيرجع قبل الصبح كان عتدي شغل ضروري فعملت check out ، ووكلتي أمري لله. قضيت معاهم ليلة مش ألطف حاجة وما كملت الليلة معاهم.

As attached in the pics, the sofa bed was in a bad shape and quality, the exhaust fan was not working and was unsafe due to the exposed electrical wires in bathroom! , Housekeeping was not done most of the time in staff like tissue, towel and bed changes, there were no seatings in the balcony so I didn’t use it

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The place is very affordable, extremely clean, and the staff are consistently kind, professional, and helpful. One person who absolutely deserves special recognition is Husaam — his welcoming nature, friendliness, and hospitality made a big difference and made me feel at home. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay again
