Royal Inn Residence New Cairo

We only stayed for two nights, but we had a very pleasant stay. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s a great option if you’re looking for somewhere nice to stay on a budget and good value for money

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great, but what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. A special thanks to Kasm for the excellent service and kind attitude. He was always attentive and helpful, and really made my stay even better. The only small suggestion would be to start breakfast a little earlier, which would be more convenient for guests who need to leave early in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again. كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة ومريحة جدًا. كل شيء كان جيدًا، وأكثر ما أعجبني هو تعامل الموظفين. الجميع كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين وجعلوني أشعر بالترحيب. وشكر خاص لـ Kasm على حسن تعامله وخدمته الممتازة. كان دائمًا متعاونًا وبشوشًا، وساهم بشكل كبير في جعل إقامتي أفضل. الملاحظة الوحيدة البسيطة هي أنني أتمنى لو يبدأ وقت الإفطار أبكر قليلًا، لأن ذلك سيكون أكثر راحة للنزلاء الذين لديهم مواعيد أو مغادرة مبكرة في الصباح. بشكل عام كانت تجربة رائعة، وسأسعد بالإقامة هنا مرة أخرى.

The location is excellent and very convenient. It’s close to everything, which makes getting around very easy.

Unfortunately, there were ants walking on the floor, which was very unpleasant. We were also given a studio very close to the reception area, so it was not quiet at all. There was a lot of noise and loud voices, and unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep properly.

Our recent family stay was fantastic, largely thanks to this hotel and its wonderful staff. The location in New Cairo is excellent and perfectly suited our needs. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service, specifically from "Hossam" and "Salsabeil" at the front desk. They were incredibly polite and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They kindly accommodated our family by providing a studio with a sofa for our two infants, completely free of extra charge. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is what appears to be a villa from the outside. Great staff and service. Room was small, but manageable for 1 person. Location was great as it’s close to airport

The only thing I would advice is checking the bedsheets before applying , they were very clean , but had some unusual spots coloured on it which might make some visitors not comfortable But it was EXTREMELY CLEAN

Easy location, ample parking space and nice area. House keeping staff are dedicated and always ready to help with smile. Entire place is well maintained and cleanliness is commendable. Reception team (Day/Night) are Warm & Pleasing, will happily assist you. Good place to stay!

Its a bit noisy if windows are open during day time due to their location being on the main road but it is negligible. Nothing else.

The hotel is literally a hidden gem. Every detail is perfectly tailored to meet the needs of both tourists exploring Cairo and professionals on a business mission. The pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of service and facilities. I was particularly impressed by the reception team's proactive approach; they contacted me a day before my arrival to ensure all my requirements were met. Special thanks to Abdelrahman, Karim, and Hossam for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to this place again and again!

حجزت عندهم يوم فقط وتمنيت لو اكثر بصراحة تعامل الموظفين راقي جداً ورائع واحترافي ، اهتمام قبل ان أصل وبعد ان وصلت تم التعامل برقي وتوفير جميع ما اطلب مشكورين جداً على هذا التعامل الراقي جداً.

Non c'era nulla nelle vicinanze e la camera rumorosissima, si sentivano le migliaia di macchine che passavano sulla strada principale a qualsiasi ora. Non vi consiglio di pagare di più per la colazione, inizia tardi per le 8:30. Noi abbiamo pagato due colazioni per due giorni, la prima non l abbiamo potuta fare avendo prenotato un tour alle 8 e per la seconda abbiamo chiesto se ci potevano preparare un pacchettino, risultato due uova a testa e del pane con delle marmellate. Nemmeno 1 bottiglia d acqua in camera, una volta richiesta ci hanno chiesto di pagarla. Solo dopo aver sottolineato di aver pagato due colazioni per due giorni, ho richiesto l acqua e l hanno inclusa. Assurdo

I had a comfortable stay at Royal Inn. FrontOffice staff both shifts are friendly and helpful. The property is new and clean

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the bed sheets should be changed before handing the room over to the guest. Additionally, the shower box in the bathroom was narrow, making it difficult to get in and out, especially because of its small size. Overall, the hotel is tidy and good, but these were the main observations.

The room was clean.

• The room was advertised as non-smoking, however there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke at night. I reported this in the morning and was told that workers had been smoking, but the smell returned again the following morning. • The toilet light causes a very loud noise that continues until the light is switched off. • There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the air conditioning did not work. • When booking, a shuttle bus was clearly advertised. However, when I contacted the property, I was informed that no shuttle service was available and that I should use Uber instead.

Location, facilities and staff. Overall, I liked it very much and I hope to recommend it to my friends. And definitely, I intend to use this facility on my next trip to Cairo.

Information not shared properly. For example, I didn't know 1) room cleaning is not done unless it is requested to the front desk. 2) dial number to call to the front desk 3) hot water stops after a certain time in the shower I would recommend to place a note of information in each room about this information. This will help the guests a lot.

Amazing residence and the manager and staff are so kind. I enjoyed every moment with them. The room is so clean. Best value for money. Thank you for everything!

Good room and nice staff, the location is very good too.

No privacy as the room has shared door, you can hear and get heared easily, uncomfortable feeling, the curtains are not blocking the sunlight from early morning you will suffer to continue sleeping, parking lot is very very small may accommodate 4-5 cars max and was already full on arrival.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful both before my trip when I had some questions regarding transportation and during my stay when I needed their assistance with some issues I was facing. In general it felt very safe for a solo female traveler and the neighbourhood seemed very safe and it was also a few minutes uber ride to New Cairo Festival City.
