Kaffeemaschine sollte mal erneuert werden, ist unrein und nicht mehr benutzbar. Auf der Couch sind viele große Flecken, die eklig sind, sollte man erneuern, da sie auch nicht so ganz stabil ist.

The property was carefully prepared for us on the day of arrival, including cookies in the jar and lights on the (very nice) balcony. The sauna with all things needed for sauna experience made an impression of a special treatment of the guests. The kitchen had even more equipment than we needed, including certain more sophisticated kitchen tools. The property was perfect from the perspective of the objectives of my stay. It is well-located in a quiet area.

The Pindora mechanism to check-in is very easy to use. However, I became a victim of a system error, and did not receive a PIN code by the time of check-in. As soon as I realized this, I tried to contact the property. The phone number did not answer (well, it was Easter Monday), but when I wrote a message on booking.com, I have received a due assictance from the owner within 3 minutes. Except for this error and little stress, everything was good.

Inadapté pour quatre personnes Canapé lit inconfortable, très bancal et bruyant. Seulement quatre chaises dont une impraticable car le dossier inutilisable. Hôte prévenu dès le premier jour sur ces deux points qui n’a nullement résolu le problème malgré ses promesses. Grosse déception !

El alojamiento está fabuloso, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado.

Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu viihtyisä asunto, palveli tarpeitamme erinomaisesti! Yllätyimme positiivisesti esim. hygieniatuotteiden laadusta sekä käytössä olevista tarvikkeista (hiustenkuivaajaa ja suodatinpusseja myöten kaikki tarvittava oli jo siellä). Levitettävä sohva olohuoneessa on hieman pienehkö kahdelle aikuiselle nukuttavaksi, lapsille olisi varmasti oikein hyvä. Sängyt makuuhuoneessa hyvät ja mukavat. :)

Couldn't figure out how to use sauna.

Our stay in the Attic Penthouse Suite in Rovaniemi, Lapland, was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and excited to begin our Lapland adventure. The suite itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and full of natural light, with that warm, cozy atmosphere you hope for on a winter holiday. It was the perfect place for our family to unwind after busy days exploring the town and visiting the magical Christmas attractions. One of the biggest highlights for us was the incredible location. We were pleasantly surprised by how close everything was: 5–10 minute walk to the main town centre, where we enjoyed restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the general festive atmosphere. Just 2 minutes away from Angry Birds Park, which the kids absolutely adored—it became a daily stop! A very convenient 4-minute walk to the local supermarket, making it easy to pick up groceries and snacks whenever we needed. Only a 10-minute taxi ride to Santa Park and Santa Claus Village, which made visiting both attractions easy, stress-free, and perfectly manageable with children. The location struck the ideal balance between peaceful privacy and easy access to all the main points of interest in Rovaniemi. The host was exceptional—warm, friendly, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their quick and helpful responses made the entire stay run smoothly, and we truly felt cared for throughout our visit. It’s clear they take pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. Inside the suite, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The beds were comfortable, the living area was inviting, and the space was extremely clean and well-maintained. We loved having a cozy spot to relax together in the evenings, especially after a day out in the snow. The attention to detail really made the stay feel special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our Lapland holiday.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est mignon, chaleureux, propre et confortable. Les instructions pour trouver et ouvrir le logement sont claires et simples.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le contact avec mon interlocuteur par message qui ne me repondait plus une fois que j'etais installée dans le logement alofs que j'avais des questions sur l'utilisation de certaines installations de l'appartement. Je n'ai pas apprécié egalement qu'à 11h00 pile quelqu'un tape à la porte pour que nous sortions. Je pense qu'on n'est pas non plus à 5 minutes près le jour d'un départ. En tout cas, se sentir mis dehors a la minute prêt est désagreable. Le grille pain est inutilisable car completement rouillé.

The apartment was super well equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable as well and we could make the room dark, which is important to us. Plus, the apartment was very well located and we walked to the city center and the Arktikum, so no need to take public transport or a cab. We could use the Sauna, which is always a plus in Finland in winter!

The apartment was a tad cold, and no matter what we did, we could not get the temperature up. Could be that it was vacant for a while, and since we were only there for a day, it didn't have time to properly warm up

Good location; new apartment; good handing of the keys; good communication from the staff on how to reach the place and the building entrance.

Some of the furniture were worn or semi-broken: a chair had a crack on it; the bathroom cabinet was a bit worn (by moisture, i guess); the kiuas could have had a few more rocks. Finally, the plastic sledge for the kids was also not usable as slightly damaged.

Everything was ready when we arrived. Everything worked. The flat was as described. There was detailed instruction on how to reach the apartment, how to open the door with the APP. Everything was well explained. The built in sauna is definitely a highlight.

The 1600 check in time means that we needed to find a place to hang out after landing at the airport. There wasn't anything around and the temperature made the experience a bit harder.

Since we had booked an apartment, it was necessary to have an accurate direction and instructions to get in. This was very accurate and easy. Plus location was good, cleanliness was very good.

Maria is such an amazing host. She was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions for our trip. The location of the property is close to the market and close to station as well.

Good central location in the city. Helps not to have to walk too much in the bitter cold for meals and the supermarket. Sauna in the apartment was a lovely bonus.

Parking is a bit away from the entrance. So just a small inconvenience in transferring luggage to the apartment

Good communication all the way up to our stay, by which we were able to check in earlier (pretty convenient seen as we had big luggages). Nice and cosy penthouse with everything you need. Would definitely book again if we'd come back one day.

Great apartment, it felt like home. Getting the door was interesting.

Our experience at the Rovaniemi apartment was quite positive. We were especially satisfied with cleanliness, convenience, and central location of the apartment. It was also very well equipped with everything needed. However, it's worth noting a slight inconvenience as we were unable to leave our bags before check-in (which is quite a problem for those arriving in Rovaniemi earlier, for most of the central baggage storage locations in Rovaniemi were closed), and the late checkout incurred additional fees. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall quality of the accommodation left us content with our brief stay!

Beautiful big and modern very clean apartment in new apartment block very near city centre. Very comfortable bed and sofa , everything we needed and more ( even some food , oil etc ) in the kitchen. Lovely big bathroom with sauna. Although it was freezing outside, apartment is well insulated with double windows, double doors and it was warm and cozy inside. Excellent communication with lovely owner , she even let us check in an hour earlier as we were tired and cold. Beautiful big balcony too. We loved our stay there and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable high quality accommodation in Rovanienmi. And oh , chocolates on bed to welcome us and yummy biscuits were such nice surprise , thank you so much :)

This property was amazing. Check in process was super easy and it’s centrally located in Rovaniemi. It was so comfortable and I loved having a private sauna. There was a washing machine which was particularly great to get some washing done. I would highly recommend this place!

Not being able to check in early or store my bags was a bit annoying as I landed at about 7am and check in was super late at 4pm.

The location of the apartment is great. Close to center, park, hike shop and grocery stores. Nice lay out of the apartment. Nice sized bathroom. It's really nice to have washing machine. The sauna is there but I didn't get to try it. Lots of windows and nice to have the terrace. Nice kitchen appliances toaster coffee machine and kettle. I rented a bike and easy to park outside apartment . It was very easy and convenient to stay here. I really enjoyed it.

No blackout curtains but those didn't seem. To be common anywhere in Finland

Quality, price and location were perfect.

The care and thought that the owners have for their guests is immediately obvious when entering the apartment. Everything is spotless, all alliances work, good quality towels and linen and cupboards filled with everything you need. Great views, lovely balcony and luxurious sauna. Really exceptional.

The location was really good, Staff was supportive and gave detailed instructions in advance, which helped us. Property was cosy and clean with all necessary facilities.

The heater/radiator didn't work at all, we felt extremely chilled at night. We text the owner but she claimed it works well. However, we didn't manage to have the warmth even until we check out. Sauna doesn't work very well also as it gets long time to heat up as per given instruction.

The apartment was very cosy and airy. I'd especially mention the sauna, location and the owner's hospitality - even in high season, the owner was kind enough to manage an early check-in for us as we arrived quite early and had a heavy luggage. I really appreciate the gesture. We would be very happy to come back here, felt like home.

The only thing we missed was a kettle to boil water for tea, but we managed without it just fine.

The apartment was very nice and clean and in very good location only few mins from city centre. The self checkin was easy and convenient.

It was a bit chilly in the apartment despite having the heating on.

We stayed for 2 nights in Rovaniemi, it was a great experience, but what happened next changed everything. On the day of the check out we had to leave the apartment at noon, but our return train was only at 11pm. So we had a nice walk. I'm allergic to cold, so I have never taken my phone or something else when I'm outside and it's so cold. Only upon entering the train I immediately realized that I had forgotten my earphones under my pillow in the apartment. I'm 99% sure I forgot them there, of course the first thing I did, I wrote to the owners. The answer was: "we didn't find anything, sorry." Seen from the application that at 15 pm the earphones were still in the apartment, I would say I would never go back, where people tell me lie.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was even more beautiful than on the pictures, really clean with everything you might need (like a fully equipped kitchen, cozy balcony and a sauna :)) Somehow the beds in Lapland seem to be the most comfortable ones ;) Very quiet, It was just a short walk down the road to the city center and waterfront. Unfortunately I only got to meet the host Maria on the last day, but she was really nice. Would recommend this place 100%! KIITOS
