The property is located in a very nice and central neighbourhood of Rovaniemi. The apartment is very nice and we found it exceptionally clean. The kitchen has all the facilities one would need for long or short stays. There is a very nice small balcony, which we used even in cold weather. I was very impressed by how good the check-in instructions were, and also how responsive the owner is. Very professional, but also friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay again.

Everything,it was 10/10,couldn't fault it in anyway,the host was very helpful and obliging and was always on the other side of phone if needed. Also let us have early check-in on arrival as was so helpful with 2 small kids. Even had two snow sleighs in apartment for them. Very very thoughtful of her,saved us buying them and kept us entertained for hours. ❤️❤️🤗🤗 Also the extra special thing was the sauna,it was used every evening.

Car park is located in basement floor and connect directly to building. It avoids from being covered from snow.

Location is a bit far away from city centre. Not easy to find the exact building by car.

Parfait! Super bien aménagé. Aucun bruit extérieur. Calme et pratique. Le sauna est vraiment un plus 😍

La cocina está completamente equipada, se puede ir andando a supermercados, centros comerciales y restaurantes.

Sijainti, pysäköintimahdollisuus talon alla, huoneiston koko oletettua tilavampi. Vanhemmille oma huone, lapsille (2kpl)omat tilat ( huone ja maakuupaikka vuodesohvalla). Varustelu todella kattava. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja tavoitettavissa, reagoi palautteeseemme asianmukaisesti ja ammattitaitoisesti.

Huoneiston lämpötila. Booking Ilmoituksessa erikseen mainittu ilmastoinnista/ilmastoidusta huoneistosta. Todellisuudessa asunnossa oli vain normaali koneellinen ilmanvaihto ja lisänä pöytätuuletin. Katutasossa ikkunoiden yöllä aukipitäminen oli hieman arveluttavaa, koska porraskäytävän sisäänkäynti juuri ikkunan vieressä.

Location, plenty of utensils and things you might need, modern

Unfortunately the apartment was dirty in several places, the oven hadn't been cleaned at all, the toaster was dirty, dust on light shades, marks on kitchen cabinets, fridge hadn't been cleaned properly, we found two hairs on the bed.. a long list which unfortunately spoilt our one night stay. We did get a reaction from the staff via message only but it was not satisfactory from our point of view. I would not recommend this apartment on the basis of the above. All of the other places we stayed during our trip were too a far higher standard.

Property was perfect for us, really clean and spacious. Easy to get in to and easy to get in touch with the host! Couldn’t rate this place enough, was amazing.

This is by far the best apartment booking i made. we were family of 4 with two small childrens so we cant do much tours and spent most time in the apartement while enjoying roveniami. the unit has everything needed for short and longer vacation. kitchen was huge and utensils were provided. it was only a few minute walk to city centre which very very convenient. there were plenty grocery places around the area including a small halal asian shop if you were with special dietry. A huge plus for those with childrens that the unit was a two block away from angry bird park.apartment come with sauna which we didnt try but highly recommend this place for those coming to roveniami with kids or small family. It super worth it.

We came to Rovaniemi to see Santa Claus. We came with a car, so the place was not important. We have to drive. The host have sent very detailed instructions how to check-in. We had parking place in the garage, it was safe and convenient, there were of course different entrances for the car and people, different streets, so you have to read the instructions, it took a little bit of time :-). It was big apartment, cosy, with kitchen and possibility to cook food. We could even use the sauna. It was nice. The apartment was comfortable.

The stay was great - the flat was very well equipped and in a great location.

The check-in was a little complicated and we didn't find the house straight away due to the labelling and access...

The person when we leave the apartment was not educate.

This was really an incredibly pleasant stay! The apartment was wonderful and the contact was always helpful! If we return to Rovaniemi one day, we will definitely consider staying here for a longer time! Thanks again!

It’s close to city centre. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has complete amenities. Nice and comfortable to stay in with sauna inside.

It’s quite expensive compared to the accommodation we stayed around Finland and Norway.

Cosy awesome apartment. Comfy beds, blackout curtains, dishwasher tablets, and everything for your comfortable stay. Easy to check in. It was nice that there were tee, salt, rice, oil, and even some cookies) Thank you, our stay here was great.

The location is great and the interior is nice and looks pretty new and stylish. We loved having the sauna in the apartment, you wouldn't get this in a hotel. Also we loved that the whole apartment was very warm despite the chilly weather. Overall the apartment was fantastic value for the money and it was easy to communicate with the host via the app. Definitely would consider Arctic Apartments again next time we visit Rovaniemi!

The master bedroom is situated next to the main door of the building so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. However, the study and the livingroom were very quiet at night and we couldn't hear any outside noices. We got instructions for the sauna which was great but the switch itself was in a poor location which made it feel like you might hurt yourself (if you have big hands) when switching the sauna off because the panels around the switch can get very hot.

Apartment is very nice, clean and located in the center of the Rovaniemi

Sleeping beds are very poor quality. One double bed was poor quality. Extensible sofa in other sleeping room is below any acceptable standards, with very hard matrices. Franky speaking, bad sleeping has ruined our experience in Rovaniemi. Sleeping rooms were very small, without proper night stands beside beds.

No response from host, waited outside apartment for over an hour. Don’t even think about it if you have a late flight or suspect a flight delay (which is the norm in 2023). If you run into problem entering the apartment, no one will respond. You will either have to sleep in a car or find another place in the middle of the night. Apparently, this is a reoccurring issue we found out from other people.

We couldn’t get in. The passcode didn’t work and no one responded even after various texts/calls/emails. Travelled from Canada after various delayed connections only to find out that host doesn’t respond after a certain time. Why host guests if you are not available in case of an emergency. Extremely disappointing.

Large appartment.

Sofa is small and not confortable. The bedroom with the large bed is too small: not enough space between walls and bed.

very cute upon arrival. beds all made up and pretty comfortable. well equipped kitchen. great location in terms of walking to restaurants. They provide shampoo and conditioner. thank you! Also a lot of basics here for cooking, like oil, s&p, coffee. excellent instructions and communication with staff. quick response time.

A bit over-complicated to get in and out of apartment and parking. staff sent 3-4 long texts about finding building and retrieving key, getting into garage etc. one ends up needing all this information, but it was a bit confusing due to receiving so many long texts with overlapping material. apartment is very small and not much space for a young family of 5, so glad we are only overnighting here.

Main bedroom was beside front door which could be heard banging every time the door was closed which vibrated the partition wall in the room.

The property was very spacious and right next to the city centre. It was very conveniently located. the amenities provided were of very good quality. The apartment was very clean. We totally loved our stay.

The only pain-point is that the checkin is at 4-5pm, which is quite late, to enjoy the beautiful stay at the property.

Great apartment, very modern and very clean. Well equipped. We would have happily stayed here longer if it had been available for our entire stay in Rovaniemi. Maria was the point of contact and she was so helpful. We had mistakenly left some of our luggage behind after check out and Maria was so helpful she arranged to drop it to us in our second accommodation. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is really nice, modern and well furnished. You have everything you might think you need and more. Close to the city center and walking distance to the train station. The host was very nice and helpful.

Superb, nice modern apartment. Stayed only for few hours, had an early morning flight at 5 o’clock so can really say so much.

Saw only afterwards that it was a pet friendly apartment and I’m allergic to cats and dogs. Missed some mood lighting in the living/kitchen room area.
