Reviewed Jan 16, 2026We loved the location so close to the slopes, hotels and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and they owners were very easy to deal with.
Extra fee for bedding and towels but this seems to be fairly standard practise in this area.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Huoneisto ylitti odotukset tilavuuden, siisteyden ja varustelun suhteen, joista erityisesti olohuoneen avaruus yllätti vaikka kohteesta olikin hyvät kuvat. Lisäksi 5 hlö matkatavaroiden osalta oli aivan mahtavaa että huoneisto sijaitsi aivan hissin vieressä, joten paljon näppärämmin tavaroita ei enää olisi voinut siirtää jolle iso arvostus pitkän ajomatkan jälkeen... Keittiön varustelu oli myös erittäin iso plussa ja kaikki tarvikkeet ensiluokkaisia pannuista, kattiloista ja tarjouiluastioista alkaen. Alkuperäissuunnitelmista poiketen tuli lopulta valmistettua ihan täysi jouluateria, kun kerran mahdollisuus oli ja perinteisillä mökkivarusteilla ei tähän olisi kyllä tullut ryhdyttyä. Varustelu oli muutenkin mietitty ns. loppuun asti ja vaikka se että keittiöstä löytyy uusi käyttämätön digitaalinen paistomittari ei vielä yllättäisikään jotakuta, niin se että siihen löytyy paristot alkaakin jo yllättämään, kuten myös varalamput ikkunoiden joulukynttilöihin ja useampi muu pieni yksityiskohta keittiön tarvikkeissa. Lisäksi oli hienoa että kaapeissa olisi ollut valmiina varaliinavaatteita/pyyhkeitä, kun aika usein niitä jää joltakulta kotiin ja myös kulutustarvikkeita (WC- ja talouspaperi + käsisaippua ja käsipyyhkeet) oli tarjolla reippaasti kun joku niistäkin yleensä pakkaa unohtumaan ensimmäiseltä kauppareissulta. Laskettelu- ja hiihtomatkan kannalta alakerran häkkikellari varusteille ja suksien huoltotila olivat juuri sitä mitä odotin ja toivoin, jotka ovat selkeää plussaa perinteiseen mökkimajoitukseen verrattuna. Lisäksi mahdollista kesämatkailua varten näytti vielä olevan hyvät säilytystilat maasto- ja läskipyörille, jonka lisäksi niiden perushuollot saa kivasti tehtyä sisällä. ...

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025This is our 2nd time staying in Chalet 8208 and we are already planning to comeback in 2026. Everything clean, kitchen very well equipped and great location. The staff who answered the messages our very nice and fast to answer.
We don’t have anything we didn’t like, maybe about the sheet and towels rental, because we never had to rent somewhere else, but it’s ok, we brought our own.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Loistava sijainti lähellä Ylläsjärven palveluita. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä, ja sieltä oli hieno näkymä Yllästunturille. Päätyhuoneisto ja ikkunoista näki kahteen suuntaan. Viihdyimme oikein hyvin.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024Apartment was very nice, cozy, warm, well equiped and close to Yllas sport activities. It was perfect for our family. In real life apartment looked better then in pictures. Kitchen had everything what could imagine and Playstation provided extra entertainmen tor kids. Hope to come back other day.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2024It was spacious, clean, cozy, and bright. It had a fully equipped kitchen, and the building also had a ski room and a place to wax equipment. The location was perfect, short walking distance from the slopes, restaurants, and tour centre.
We had to pay a lot extra per person for sheets and towels. Absolutely disagree with this and it should simply be included in the price.
