地理位置很好，旁边就是雪道，可以滑进滑出，房子干净，东西齐全，最棒的是有两张雪卡

Location (next to slopes) and staff were great

I booked the place for four people, but there were only three blankets.

Really good location, and it's a huge benefit that the ski pass is included. This should stay like this. The apartment contains everything you need. We also had an issue with the sound of a door outside of the building, which woke us up at 5.30 in the morning. It made loud squeeky noises. We informed the maintenance service people, but they didn't fix it. Once we let the owners of the apartment know, it was quickly fixed. We loved that they quickly helped getting it fixed so we could sleep well the rest of the week.

A locker for the skis + snowboard would give us a better peace of mind. We already have experience of a snowboard getting stolen from our group in Austria which was locked. But perhaps in Finland they don't do this. There are lockers downstairs ( for other people?) But there's no key for it. There's not really a lot of space in the kitchen to actually cook, the counter is small.

pick up location on maps wrong, short but clear key pickup instruction would be helpful. Pickup is 5 min. from the apartment in the busy street in front of the Gondola.

We had the most amazing stay at Polar Charm, it was around 10 minute walk to the bottom on Ylläs resort, and a 3-5 minute walk to the Lapland Hotel, where we spent most of our evenings. The hosts had organised some decorations for me as we were staying on my 25th birthday, and it was so lovely! The apartment was beautiful inside and had everything we needed, including a drying cupboard, washing machine, coffee machine and a really nice shower. the TV is also a SMART TV which we enjoyed in the late evenings. One of the red slope runs also finishes right next to the apartment so you can quite literally ski back when you are finished for the day.
