Lämpötila oli hieman liian korkea omaan makuun, muuta tämä on tietysti vain minua koskeva

Perfekter Aufenthalt 😊👍🏼 Sehr netter Kontakt, alles wie beschrieben 🙂 Vielen Dank Minna 😊🤍 Sehr sauber, ruhig und hochwertige Ausstattung, finnisches Design (Marimekko). Gewürze, Papier, Shampoo Showergel usw. vorhanden Lage sehr schön für einen naturnahen Aufenthalt 😍 Sehr gute Sauna. Supermarkt in der Nähe, ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann dort auch Fahrräder mieten und auf sehr guten Fahrradwegen in die Stadt fahren. Eine Busverbindung in die Stadt gibt es auch.

Tutto perfetto. Casa spaziosa con camera, cucina, bagno, veranda esterna e sauna. Tutto curato nel minimo dettaglio, accessori per bagno e cucina firmati Marimekko, un tocco finlandese in più che noi abbiamo apprezzato.

Todella kauniisti sisustettu, erittäin siisti ja upealla paikalla sijaitseva asunto.

Rauhallinen sijainti, kaikki tarvittava löytyi

Meren lähellä, kivat ulkoilu mahdollisuudet. Kauppa kävelymatkan päässä. Rauhallinen talo. Kaunis kylpyhuone ja astiasto. Pidin oleskelustani oikein paljon.

Tosi siisti ja mukava.

Beautiful location close to sea and cozy apartment.

I was travelling because of work so only minus was that I did not have time to really explore beautiful outskirts.

Rauhallinen, viihtyisä, siisti ja laadukas paikka, jossa kodinomainen tunnelma.

Ainoa miinus suihkun huonosta vedenpaineesta - pitkän tukan peseminen ei meinaa onnistua.

Olen ennenkin yöpynyt useasti kyseisessä paikassa. Kaikki on erinomaisesti ja sujuu!

Ich hatte mir die Unterkunft ausgesucht, nachdem ich vorher eine unglückliche Wahl für eine andere Unterkunft getroffen hatte, die ich dann auch vorzeitig verlassen habe. Bestimmte Dinge waren mir daher extrem wichtig und alle sowieso schon hohen Erwartungen wurden hier noch übertroffen. In kurz: Ich fand es dort so toll, ich wäre gerne direkt dort eingezogen. All die kleinen Designelemente, ob Lampen, Waschbecken, Inneneinrichtung - das Apartment hat eine fantastische Ausstattung. Und es roch so gut. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl ich zunächst befürchtet hatte, dass mir die Matratze etwas zu weich ist. Ich würde dort gerne nochmal im Sommer ein paar Nächte verbringen, wo man auch die Terrasse besser nutzen und die Gegend ohne Winterkleidung erkunden kann. Ich hatte zudem den Lieferdienst von New York Pizza&Burger ausprobiert und kann das Lokal ebenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, obwohl ich gar nicht wusste, ob das Apartment überhaupt eine Türklingel hat ;-) Für alle, die sich dasselbe fragen: Ja, hat es.

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Es war alles außergewöhnlich.

Ein liebevolles Eingerichtetes Und sehr gepflegtes Appartment in einer super Lage! Hier gibt es nichts zu Meckern oder zu Beanstanden. Der Kontakt mit Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und mit direkten Antworten zu evtl. aufkommenden Fragen. Sehr Hilfsbereit! Die Lage sehr Ruhig aber kurzer Fußmarsch zum Strand. Ich hoffe das weitere Mieter dieses Appartement mit Respekt und Anstand behandeln werden. Denn die Einrichtung ist von hohem Wert. Gerne kommen wir auf diese Appartment zurück. Unser Aufenthalt betrug 8 Tage.

Ihana moderni sisustus, hyvä sänky, siisteys huippu, loistava sijainti rauhallisella alueella.

Todella kiva asunto. Terassi, sauna ja autokatospaikka iso plussa.

Internet yhteys oli kyllä tosi huono. Elokuvaa katsoessa pätki tosi paljon. Hajusteita oli aivan liikaa. Tuoksuton huuhteluaine edes pois ja saippuat miedomman tuoksuisiksi niin sitten olisi erittäin hyvä. Suihkun veden paine saisi olla parempi ja tyynyt alkaa olla vaihtokunnossa.

Huoneisto oli turhan lämmin

Wunderschöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der Nähe vom Meer. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Liebevoller Empfang mit Kerzenschein und Lichtern. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Sauna. Umfangreiche Küchen und Bad Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage direkt am Kanal und Bushaltestelle in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Geräusche der Lüftungsanlage vorallem nachts beim Schlafen hörbar. Bett relativ schmal und die Matratze etwas durchgelegen. Ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle wären wünschenswert.

The apartment was in a high end neighborhood, and was very clean and had high end furnishings. We used several of the kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, etc) and the washing machine. There was no dryer, but there was a drying rack (the heat close to the radiators and sauna dried the clothes in a few hours). The sauna was a very nice surprise. We reached the apartment from Oulu airport using the bus service (cheap option and can pay on bus with credit card tap...note need a separate credit card for each passenger): #9 bus from Lentoasema (airport) to Kaupungintalo stop; then #15 bus from Kaupungintalo to Toppilansaarentie stop; and then a < 10 minute walk to the apartment. Key collection quite easy. 10 minute walk to Nallikari beach via paved and lit walkway through woods.

Residential area so access to shops/groceries/food places either a 15+ minute walk or via bus.

Todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Kaikin puolin kiva yöpymispaikka, ykkösluokkaa.

Loistava sijainti. Erittäin ystävällinen vuokraaja. Hyvin siisti asunto kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Hiljainen. Ilmalämpöpumppu. Useasti olen jo majoittunut ja aion tulla uudelleen vieraillessani Oulussa.

Ohjeistus oli hyvä, majoitus ylellinen, sijainti erinomainen. Tänne majoitun uudestaan kun Ouluun taas tulen.

Questa casa è da sogno, meravigliosa! Accogliente e ben arredata: bagno provvisto di tutto, lavatrice con comandi in inglese, sauna molto bella dotata di asciugamano e cuscino. Cucina moderna, funzionale e davvero fornita di tutto, elettrodomestici moderni e ben tenuti, servizi di piatti e bicchieri bellissimi, c’erano i condimenti essenziali ed il caffè. Letto comodissimo e Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante. Veranda esterna che non non abbiamo usato ma carina per rilassarsi nelle belle giornate. Parcheggio residenziale esterno ma al coperto gratuito, ottimo. Supermercato e locali di prima necessità vicini.

Anche volendo non riusciamo a trovare un difetto

Asunto oli moderni ja siisti. Hienot liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Täydellinen varustelu keittiössä. Sauna oli hyvä ja oma terassi oli suuri plussa. Viestiminen vuokraajan kanssa sujuvaa ja selkeää. Sijainti loistava. Tullaan varmasti uudelleen 🌺❣️

Lägenheten var tipp top. Inrett med bra smak. Fint porslin, sänglinnen handdukar. Rent och snyggt. Hög kvalité. Balkongen/uteplatsen helt suverän Där satt vi efter bastun på kvällen och så åt vi även frukosten på uteplatsen. Fantastiskt fint. Läget perfekt för oss som ville ha närheten till havet. Vi hade cyklar med oss så cyklade vi till centrum och överallt. Tack och kommer gärna tillbaka vid tillfälle.

Sijainti oli meidän aktiviteetteihin nähden hyvä. Saimme myös erinomaiset ohjeet saapumiseen ja kohteen luovutukseen.

TV in strange place making it difficult to watch it from bed. There was no air condition just fan

Very stylish apartment, beautifully furnished and with original lighting solutions. A pleasure for the eye. One of the best stays I've experienced during my Northern Europe trip. It is a true design gem.

I didn't find an electric kettle and a microwave oven :(.

Stylish apartment with extra everything. Fabulous location. Minna is a real super host.

The room was really cosy, very clean and modern, location is awesome. It was easy to communicate with the host. Instructions were very clear how to locate the key box / car park.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, nothing is missing. Very nice, well-equipped kitchen, pleasant bathroom with sauna. The location by the water, beautiful nature, with supermarket and good restaurants nearby is very comfortable.

Not all the lights worked, it was a bit dark. Also a bed was a bit small for 2 people.

Really clean and comfortable Apartment, also the Sauna. Good Wi-Fi connection. Enough space for two persons and a nice winter garden. Central point for exploring the city.

It was food in the fridge and it looks like that someone is living in the Apartment at some times. I think for the most people is this no problem but personally, i don't like this so much.

The apartment was cool, newly renovated. Has everything you need to stay for some days. Also, the neighborhood was really great, calm but near to the center walking through the islands

The sofa/bed was uncomfortable. It should be changed. Also, the water boiler of the apartment, located in the bathroom was noisy, all day non stop, even at night
