Gasthouse Oulu

Clean and everything was available

Location hard to find. Did not receive any instructions. Waited 2 hr in front of property until some came to help.

Very clean and comfortable

Very quiet location, spacious apartment, huge balcony. Very close to bus links.

Nothing really

Hiljainen. Tulemme uudelleen, mikäli yöpymistarvetta Oulun seudulla on.

Fajne i duże mieszkanie. Do centrum miasta blisko, nawet spacerkiem.

To chyba jedyny mały minus.

Majoitus kuten ilmoituksessa luvataan. Tilava ja siisti kohde.

Siisti, hyvä sijainti

Mukava asunto, tilava ja selkeästi sisustettu. Rauhallinen, hyvien etäisyyksien päässä. Kaikki tarvittavat löytyi yöpymiseen.

Autokatos, parveke, huoneisto kodinomainen ja tilava. Kaikenpuolin siisti. Sauna hyvä. Pesuaineet sekä kahvi talon puolesta.Tervetulijaiset ihana ele. Hissillinen talo. Hiljainen sijainti. Kauppa lähellä.

Sängyssä oli "kuopat". Siitä huolimatta uni maittoi.

Pidimme.kyllä tuttu ja siisti paikka. Yhteyden saa hyvin isäntään. Huomioi suorat palautteet välittömästi. Tulemme uudesti,on todettu hyväksi.

Ehkä voisi näin kesäaikaan keventtää peittoja. Koska ovat liian paksut ja kuumat. Vaikuttaa nukkumiseen. Muuten hyvä.

Siistikuntoinen huoneisto ja bonusta autohallipaikasta!!

Perfect, everything worked.

The apartment was fine for a short stay. It was Clean and all the amenities were provided. The beds were comfortable and Kitchen had everything required. There was a Sauna inside but it was not very warm. The Max temperature went up to 50 Degree Celsius.

The location is close to industrial area with some sulphide industries nearby. You need to call the owner to open the parking door and then you can find the keys in a box. Without calling the owner, it is not possible to get the keys. So consider this if you are reaching at odd hours. The insulation of the windows is poor and you can feel the cold coming through. I think there is some leak, because if someone smokes in the balcony, the smell even comes in the living room.

Cleanness

Value

The apartment was bigger than it shown in the picture. It's a nice , clean and tidy house for comfortable living with family. The Oulu beach and other facilities are few min drive from apartment.

Everything went well, the apartment is nice and clean. There is a sauna in the apartment, but we didn't use it because the outside almost became one:) The key placement is a bit complicated to find, but the host's instructions are clear and precise, so it's not an issue.

The owner was there when we could not figure out the parking door and helped us in the apartment as we were with small kids. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. My kids were very comfortable. Another good part was that there were English language channels on the tv.

Apartment had everything we needed, sauna was a perfect thing for this Finnish winter! Only hairdryer would make the perfect packaging!

Couldn't understand how to get in the parking, but once we called owner, he opened gates for us.

The apartment is very comfortable and with a sauna that we use every evening. It was wonderful. Parking for a car in the yard was also very important to us. I would like to especially note the perfect set of kitchen utensils, and we cooked a lot. The abundance of delicious mushrooms left us no choice, we had to cook the gifts of the forest every day. The kitchen and the apartment as a whole had everything you need to feel completely at home during this wonderful week spent in Finland. We would love to come back here on vacation. Which is what we intend to do in the near future.

It is very difficult, almost impossible, to find any nuances to which one could find fault. At least we didn't succeed. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Taking keys was easy as it was left in the parking lots key locker। But you needed key to enter parking lots, the host open for us as he lived nearby।

Don't know if they have other locker outside the building it wouldbe better, but it was fine for us as host was around।

Great size apartment with very nice sauna and well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine was useful. Private parking is a plus.

WiFi connection was a bit weak on the day. Would be nice to have hdmi cables for TVs to allow connection from laptops.

The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary stuff, nice balcony, and comfortable beds. Also, the neighbors are sometimes quite noisy since they have kids, but overall, the neighborhood is quiet at night.

When we arrived, we noticed lots of dust on door knobs, tables, and shelves. Clearly, the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned for a while before our arrival.

Very big, clean and cozy place at the top flour of a peaceful neighborhood. Everything for a relaxing stay was there.

I lieks that it had dīgst and other necessities. The free WiFi was good.

It was hard to find, even tho we knew where to go on the map. The sauna didn’t work sadly, my dad was disappointed.
