Posizione ottima. Proprietario gentilissimo che addirittura è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto e ci ha riaccompagnato. Alloggio meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio e in un posto strategico per visitare la zona.

It’s really close to ski slopes and a short drive to other attractions. It’s a quiet area and provides for whatever needs one has.

This was our third stay in Taljatie Apartments, always perfect!

La ubicación, que era amplio y estaba muy completo. Tenía sauna.

La Sauna, la cucina attrezzata, la veranda posteriore alla casa, la luminosità della casa. Inoltre il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha concesso un late check out avendo la struttura libera per il giorno dopo, cosi che abbiamo potuto aspettare il volo comodamente a casa senza lasciare l'appartamento.

I letti non sono stati fatti, e i materassi e cuscini sottilissimi.

Lovely apartment and perfect for what we wanted. Very cosy place, has a sauna. Great location at the bottom of the mountain / ski resort. Not a busy area, nice and quiet. The kids loved being able to walk to the ski resort (2 minutes away) and go sledging every day. Perfect location to stay if you plan to ski. Within short walking distance (15 minutes) from large supermarkets for buying in food and drink. The host Anatolii was great. A few sledges left at the property for us to use. Very friendly chap and does good priced taxi journeys around the area for days out etc. Was really happy and helpful to advise on the local area. Also messaged us to tell us when the northern lights were out so we could go out and see them.

Could maybe do with a few extra cooking utensils, but apart from that, nothing.

Purtroppo abbiamo dormito in questo appartamento una sola notte, il giorno dopo dovevamo spostarci verso nord. La case è molto bella, abbastanza centrale. Noi volevamo dormire un pò distanti dal centro di Rovaniemi perchè ci piaceva stare più tranquilli. Avevamo l'auto quindi non era un problema spostarci.

Unica piccola cosa ci hanno lasciato le lenzuola e ci siamo fatti noi i letti, nulla di così complicato ma viaggiavamo da un giorno dovevamo ancora cenare e avrei preferito evitarmelo

A beautiful cottage, equipped with everything you need. Behind is a great hill, cross-country ski trails and slopes. And the owner 🥇is very kind and helpful, with excellent communication. I recommend it! 🥰💯

Great property and such a lovely host. The location was perfect for us and the unit was a large size and really well appointed.

We loved the cabin/apartment. So warm and cosy. Much bigger than expected too! The host was amazing. So kind and helpful! There were even sledges for the kids to play with too!The cabin is located well for short journeys to SCV, Kotatieva, Santa Park etc. Close by to Supermarket too! If we ever came back to Lapland we would 100% book to stay again. Thank you!

What an amazing stay! If we come back to Lapland, we will definitely stay here again. The location was spot on, less than a 10-minute drive from Santa Claus Village, and close to Lidl as well as both local and larger shops. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to bathrooms. Parking was right in front of the property, there were two spacious balconies, and a cozy sauna that made the stay even better. Most importantly, the host was superb! He even told us exactly where to drive and personally guided us to see the Northern Lights. An unforgettable experience!

Amazing stay here over the past few days. House is so spacious, clean warm and cozy. The owner was so helpful and was very responsive to messages any time we had a question. He alerted us one evening when northern lights were outside and also helped us with transportation if we needed it. Also had sleds for the kids.

We had a lovely stay at the cozy cottages! Though it was simply decorated, the cottages were clean & comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare a good Christmas Day feast for 14 pax! We love the big space at the dinner area! We even had an Aurora view one day!

The lady was amazing one in a million she was brilliant in every way. The cabin was perfect, spacious and warm, it was super clean and a ten minute drive from everywhere. The lady also does taxi services and tours and trips much cheaper than everywhere else. Lapland and the beautiful cabin captured our hearts 💕 can not thank you enough xx

It was a magic time. Living room decorated with Xmas tree :) A lot of snow outside. Aurora. Close to the slope children could slide on sled. Close to supermarket you could do some shopping. Very good communication with our host.

Very spacious - Very Warm - Very attentive host - Great sledging with loads of equipment scattered around the cabins - Well equipped cabins

We loved absolutely everything from the service we received from when we was picked up from the airport, to the salmon we had bought for us for dinner. We was even allowed to stay a little later after checkout which helped massively with our bags. Nothing was too much cannot fault at all.

The cabin was fantastic. Extremely spacious and is fully equipped for self catering. The location is beautiful, right beside the ski slope and feels like it's secluded but close to everything and there are lots of sledges around for guests to play with loo. The owner Anatolli is wonderful, and couldn't be more helpful. He alerted us when we could see the Aurora from outside the cabin and offers a transport service for a fraction of the cost of taxi's and is a safe and experienced driver.

Great location, felt very safe, kids loved playing in the snow outside and the short walk to the ski slopes! Fantastic host who was always available to answer any questions.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, lovely and warm, exceptionally clean. Host Anatolii was fantastic and helped us with transfers and local tips, especially with where to get food and view the northern lights. Sleds also available for the kids at the house.

in camera mica care se afla in linie cu usa de la intrarea in casa, este cam friguroasa. sauna nu era functionabila.

Casa acogedora, familiar ,en una ubicación excelente y entorno muy bonito,con todas las comodidades. El dueño muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Magico! La casa è bellissima, pulita, dotata di ogni confort ed in una posizione ottima per visitare tutte le attrazioni. A rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza, è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Anatolii, il proprietario. Ha risposto ad ogni nostra necessità con cortesia, ci ha mostrato le cose più belle di Rovaniemi, ci ha fatto provare dei piatti tipici e ci ha portati a “caccia dell’aurora boreale”. Non dimenticheremo mai la sua sincera gioia quando, finalmente, ce l’ha mostrata in tutto il suo splendore. Infine, il giorno del mio compleanno, ci ha portato una torta fatta in casa con dei lamponi eccezionali. Che dire, prenotate senza riserve. Un grande abbraccio, torneremo. Наше путешествие в Рованьеми стало настоящей сказкой, во многом благодаря уютному коттеджу по адресу Taljatie 7. Это место сочетает в себе комфорт, уединение с природой и удобное расположение. Коттедж просторный, современный, очень чистый, тёплый, стилизован под скандинавский уют Локация — одно из самых больших преимуществ. Коттедж находится в спокойном, живописном районе, вдали от шумных туристических маршрутов, но при этом всего в 10–15 минутах езды от центра Рованьеми и деревни Санта-Клауса. Это значит, что мы могли легко добираться до всех важных мест — аэропорта, магазинов, кафе и экскурсий, — и при этом возвращаться в тишину и покой. Хозяин жилища очень дружелюбный,дал нам отличные рекомендации по маршрутам и локациям . Мы смогли увидеть северное сияние не один раз благодаря его советам . Этот коттедж на Taljatie 7 — идеальное место для тех, кто хочет ощутить магию зимней Лапландии: красоту природы, комфорт и покой. Мы уехали с массой впечатлений и планами вернуться снова. Рекомендуем всем, кто мечтает о настоящей зимней сказке!

Great location with all mordern facilities. A lot of sleeping spaces. Perfect for Small and big groups as well. The Host was very cooperative and always ready to help. Highly recommend.

Il proprietario super gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche fornito informazioni su come muoverci.L'appartamento pulitissimo,nuovo e molto caldo. Si trova in un punto tratteggio (a pochi minuti da tutto: aereoporto, village Santa Claus e centro di Rovaniemi. Alle spalle c'è una pista sciistica dove andavamo a piedi. L'appartamento e proprio come in foto. La sauna all'interno é eccellente con temperature elevate.

La casa es muy acogedora y no le falta de nada.Se encuentra en lugar tranquilo. Mientras paseas, por los caminos de la montaña, puedes ver renos en libertad.

The apartment was best value for money with very high cleanliness and excellent host who was flexible. It was very peaceful, looked much bigger than 85sq.m, isolated from other neighbors

The accommodation was the cosiest little cottages but very big the rooms were spacious and very modern and the sauna was a perfect addition. It's about a 5 minute walk to the ounasvaara ski slopes, which are a great day out. The host was very kind and friendly cannot fault this accommodation at all definitely recommend to anybody staying in rovaniemi 😊 and a huge bonus we got late check out which is amazing with 3 kids and a late night flight. Thank you!!

Nothing this is perfect.. only if you didn't have transport it was a little out but its only a short taxi into the village and you are provided with taxi numbers

The location was good and quiet with a ski resort nearby but the nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk unless you have a vehicle.

The apartment is very close to the Ounasvaara ski resort - within 5 minute walk up the hill. It's a perfect location if you want to do a bit of skiing. You can always take a taxi to Rovaniemi town or Santa village, however Santa village is on the other side of the town. The host was very nice, he collected us from the airport and showed us the best spot to watch northern lights. The apartment was big but very cosy and warm. It was clean and well equipped. It was great to be able to use sauna at the end of the day. Great place to stay and safe for children to play outside.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and perfect for our group of 8 warm and spacious. Kids loved the sledding and skiing location We were within walking distance to ounasvaara ski resort and a short drive to Santa Claus village we had a rental car. Would highly recommend and will definitely return on our next visit.

Good sized accommodation for 5 people and good location. Safe area for kids to play in snow, close to ski slopes. Liked being out of town as we had a hire car - close to shops. Host was very responsive and even provided areas to drive to in order to see Northern Lights.

Super easy contactless access to the house and parking at the front of the house. House was clean and absolutely everything that we needed was in it. Bedding, cutlery, pans, pots, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and so on. Loved the location, huge ski and sledding hill next to the house. Host was absolutely amazing! Provided us with beautiful aurora pictures before we even came and when we stayed at the house he sent us locations to go see auroras. Super quick responses and very helpful host <3

The location was great for SCV and Santa Park and also for a safe sledging area for the kids. The cabin was warm and cosy with a very well equipped kitchen and the sauna was a fantastic addition. It was a perfect base for our trip and we are so grateful to Anatolii for being such a great host.

Near to Ounasvaara skiing tracks and slope for sledding/ tobogganing. Warm, comfortable house with sauna. It was large enough for 2 families (8 people altogether). Walking distance to a supermarket and bus stop to Santa's village (bus 8).

No drying cupboard for wet gloves, shoes and socks after skiing or sledding.

Nice place with all the facilities for a nice stay very friendly staff they transfer us for free to train station and keep our luggage for some hours

A bit overpriced. I know is high season during the christmas but the price is too much for my opinion
