מיקום לא מאוד יפה אבל מרכזי, דירה שקטה מאוד, מרפסת חמודה לשבת לאוויר צח.

המצעים לא היו נקיים והוחלפו לבקשה שלנו. מקום מאוד בסיסי, אין מתאים ליד המיטה, תחזוקה בסיסית, מגירות שבורות באמבטיה, נדרשנו לנקות אחרינו ושהניקוי של הדירה הוא מהר ואורך רק חצי שעה. יקר ביחס למצב הדירה. תמונות בבוקינג לא משקפות נכון. הוראות כניסה חדירה לא מאוד ברורות.

Selkeä ja tilava, kätevästi säädettävä viilennys/ lämmitys

Automaattiviestit hieman huonolla suomenkielellä käännetty ja puhelinnumero niissä väärin( suuntanumerosta puuttuu 8). Sohvan selkänoja kova ja laatikkoon valunut jotain. Tahraiset verhot niin sisällä kuin parvekkeellakin, pyykinpesukone likainen ja kovaääninen, vedenkeitin likainen ja tiskikonekin kaipaisi puhdistusta. Perus kahvinkeitin, olisi voinut olla esim kapselikeitin. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet hieman jo kulahtaneet. Liesituuletin likainen ja ei toimi kunnolla tai ei osattu käyttää(?) ja tiskikoneen yläkorin kanssa sai hieman käyttää aikaa että asettuu oikein, jotta luukun saa suljettua. Parveke pikkusen repsahtanut. Saunan ovi repsottaa. Luxus= perus kerrostalo huone

Lisää pyyheliinat kahdelle päivälle suosittelen.

Hyvä viestintä ja yhteydenpito. Hyvä sijainti, siisti asunto.

Huonekalut hieman käytössä kuluneita, mm.pöytä heiluvainen.

Modern och säker lägenhet i centralt läge. Enkelt att hitta parkeringsplats i närheten av bostaden. Bastun funkade bra och kom upp i värme med hjälp av ”löyly”. Lägenheten hade det mesta man kan behöva som hårfön, strykjärn och fullutrustat kök.

Tilava asunto, mahduimme hyvin 2 aikuisen ja 4 lapsen kanssa.

Pinnasänky oli todella huonossa kunnossa, oli hutera! Sai pelätä että sänky hajoaa. sinne ei voinut vauvaa laittaa nukkumaan. Onneksi oli rattaat mukana, jonne sai vauvan nukkumaan.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment. Easy to walk to the centre of Tampere, with supermarkets nearby and of course the train station. The sauna and balcony is a big plus

It was not so clean. Dust everywhere, Cooking equipment had to be washed again (sticky leftovers on some accessories), the balcony, and the washing machine had mould.

Sijainti hyvä ja todella hieno uuden oloinen ja viihtyisä kerrostalo.viihtyisä parveke ja kivasti sisustettu.

Parkkipaikan löytäminen hieman vaikeaa.

convenient location but some basics furnishings were missing

couldn't work the heating, way too hot had to open the window overnight. i choose because i was traveling with a friend and needed two beds in different rooms and the second bed had no sheets and bedding on it had to be creative to fix situation. also for check out was asked to take garbage out yet no instructions on where to put it.

Majoittaja vinkkasi aamiaispaikasta+pienestä alennuksesta. Saatiin mahat täyteen. Sijainti hyvä, vielä kun saavat katu/ratatyöt valmiiksi niin pääsee suoraan käppäilemään. Ja jos olet menossa Tavara-asemalle iltaa viettämään niin asunnon sijainti todella hyvä, ihan naapurissa.

Huonejärjestys ei kovin toimiva kimppakämpäksi. Parisänky olohuoneessa oli liian kapea kaveruksille.. Paperitoukat outoja noin uudessa talossa. Ummehtuneen hajuiset pyyhkeet.

Kuvauksessa luki että on 2 makuuhuonetta. Todellisuudessa toinen sänky sijaitsi olohuoneessa ja vessaan piti mennä makuuhuoneen kautta. Liukuovea oli vaikea liikuttaa.

Sijanti hyvä, lähellä rautatieasemaa. Rautiovaunu pysäkki lähellä. Hyvä sauna ja mukavat puitteet muutaman yön yöpymiseen. Hiljainen ja uusi huoneisto. Ilmastointi +.

Avaimen haku oli helppo. Lasitettu parveke oli kiva lisä asuntoon.

The apartment is located right next to the train station in a modern residential complex. Tampere university, the Moomin Museum, supermarkets (very close!), Nokia Arena and the shoppingcenters Koskikeskus and Ratina are just a short walk (~ 10 min) away. The check-in instructions were easy to understand and everything went well and the communication with the hosts went easy as well. Bus and tram stops are also close by. The apartment is well equipped and clean.

Very clean & spacious apartment

No spare shower towels which only provided 2 pcs for 4 nights. furthermore no hand or face towel. No washing machine in the apartment

The sauna was amazing. Also the rest of the apartment…it was really amazing.

The matrix’s bed from the living room was not so confortable, too much deformed for one side.

A very peaceful and private location with an excellent sauna and a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for a comfortable stay.

Right beside the train station and close to the center of the city. The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and there was a lot of mattresses available for larger groups. The staff was responsive for all the instances we needed them!

I don't think it's absolutely necessary but it might be useful to offer as optional, at least two set of keys. I forgot the key inside one time and only remembered it late at night. It was worrying but it was good that the staff was responsive!

Close to gig venue Tullikamari

Very nice sauna and comfortable bed, a great location.

The location was great, being right next to the train station. There are several small grocery stores nearby (S-Mart and K-Mart both). It is quiet, I don't think I heard another person in the complex without being outside of the apartment or with the windows open.

There's not really much to not like, apart from maybe the weather which isn't the hosts fault. It was hotter in Tampere than it was back home in the UK and we didn't do well with the heat! Perhaps the aircon could use a small guide for non-Finnish speaking guests? Luckily we had a native Finn travelling with us who helped us figure it out.

Excellent localization. Sauna working vety well. New and clean rooos.

modern flat, spacious, clean, quiet

Great apartment! Clean, perfect location close to the train station. Everything worked well: fridge, sink, dishwasher. WiFi was fast and efficient, great views from the windows. There was also great place on the balcony, however it ws too cold to use it. But most of all: sauna in the bathroom. The key was easy to find, felt just like a kid solving puzzles :-)

I was thinking over and over again and it was so difficult to find anything. Maybe strange smell in the bathroom, but there is air freshener. And if someone rent the apartment for longer period of time, there's no washing machine. But who cares! :-D
