Ylellinen, laadukas. Taidetta tarjolla. Saunassa hyvät löylyt.

Astiavarasto onneton, astiat laadukkaat mutta esimerkiksi 1 juomalasi. Matalat ruokalautaset- eivät mahdu mikroon. Syvät ruokalautaset- ei ollut. Haarukat: ei ollut lainkaan. Parvekkeen ovi kahva rikki, ilmoitimme asiasta. Viestiin ei ikinä vastattu. Muutenkaan ei tullut esimerkiksi lähtiessä ohjeistusta.

Hyvä sijainti, hieno asunto ja sauna.

Vähän pölyä oli ilmastintointilaitteissa ja katossa.

Hyvä sijainti, sauna ja tilava kylpyhuone. Kahvikone.

Kuvauksen mukaan vuodesohvia on kolme. Yksi oli. Päämakuuhuoneeseen oltaisiin kaivattu edes liukuovet tai väliverho olohuoneeseen päin.

Erittäin tyylikäs sisustus

Viikennyslaite piti todella suurta ääntä yöllä, eikä sitä saanut säädettyä.

Hyvissä ajoin varattu, maksettu ja vahvistettu sekä viikko ennen matkaa uudelleen vahvistettu varaus peruuntui 3pv ennen matkaa päällekkäisen varauksen (!!!!) johdosta epämääräisellä, ei-uskottavalla viestillä. Tilannetta ei voinut uskoa todeksi ja asiaan vahvistusta haettaessa majoittajaa ei saanut millään kiinni, varmistus piti kaivaa booking aspan kautta. Kannattaisi ehkä googlata kriisiviestinnän periaatteita... Jos tilanne on majoittajalle hankala, matkailijan matkasuunnitelmille kaikkine muine varauksineen se voi olla katastrofi. Epätietoisuus ja "radiohiljisuus" vain pahentaa tilannetta.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä vaikka olikin tyylikäs ja avara. Sijainti on erinomainen eikä liikenteen melu kuulu 6. Kerrokseen.

Asunnon pohja oli erinomainen, parveke kesäaikaan hyvä lisä, kauniita ja laadukkaita huonekaluja ja astioita, maalaus oli kaunis. Sauna Särkänniemi päivän jälkeen oli todella paikallaan! Vaatehuoneesta minimakuuhuoneen tekeminen erinomainen idea, lapsi sai oman, rauhallisen sopen johon vetäytyä ja hän nukkui hyvin, vaikka katsoimme TV:tä illalla.

Hieman pölyä nousi ilmaan illalla nukkumaan mennessä, pölyallergisen vakiovaiva miltei joka paikassa.

Päästiin majoitukseen pyydettäesä aiemmin. Asunto siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti hyvä! Sauna ja parveke pludsaa!!!

This was my second time staying in this apartment, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Beautiful and clean place, great location, easy self service check-in and friendly staff. Good for both short term or a longer stay.

The apartment has one extra bedroom which I believe is originally planned as a walk-in closet. We didn't need to use that one now as the bedroom and sofa bed were enough, and I would not like to sleep in there.

Hieno huoneisto.

Kun makuuhuoneessa ei ollut ovia, emme saaneet lasta nukkumaan rauhalliseen tilaan. Myöskin pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli piti itse kasata ja ne olivat aivan likaiset/pölyiset kun kaivoin ne kaapin perältä käyttöön.

Uudehko asunto ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy, sauna kiva extra.

Kävimme aamiaisella viereisessä Scandic-hotellissa ( erinomainen ).

Loistava huoneisto

Sijainti. Tilat ja yleis ilme, valoisa.

Huoneisto oli siivoamatta edellisten asiakkaiden jäljiltä!!!. Lakanat vaihtamatta , likaiset pyyhkeet lattialla, tiskit tiskaamatta, lattiat likaiset. Astiat puutteelliset. Juomalaseja muutama, ei viinilaseja, yksi kahvikuppi vuoti, ei kauhaa jne.

Siisti, rauhallinen ympäristö. Lähellä kaikki palvelut.

Locagion is excellent. Good size for three person. Very good coffee maker. Beds and other furniture good and in good condition. Sauna for 3 persons, washroom/toilet good size and in good condition. Kitchen and kitchen utilities good and clean.

All was good.

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja asuntoon pääsi helposti ohjeiden avulla. Näkymät asunnosta oli hienot. Astiat oli laadukkaita ja niitä oli riittävästi. Rauhallinen sisustus, toimiva pohja.

Huoneiston siisteys ei vastannut odotuksiamme. Valaisimet oli pölyn peitossa ja ilmastoinnin ritilät samoin. Makkarin matto oli täynnä muruja. Kylppäristä puuttui lattiankuivain. Sohvalla oli tahra.

Nada, no pudimos alojarnos.

El día de entrada, teníamos el check-in a las 16:00, así que una hora y media antes, aproximadamente, escribí al anfitrión porque no habíamos recibido las instrucciones de entrada. No recibimos noticias, así que fuimos a la estación porque en la información de booking sobre el alojamiento ponía que las llaves se recogían allí. Como no daba señales de vida, llamamos a Booking e informamos de la incidencia. Ellos intentaron ponerse en contacto por varias vías y tampoco localizaron al anfitrión. Así que tuvimos finalmente que buscar otro alojamiento y cambiar. Menos mal que Booking nos gestionó todo a la perfección.

Large and clean rooms. The sauna was also very comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy it.

The entrance to the apartment is a little tricky, but I was able to get in without any problems by following the instructions in the message.

Siisteys sekä sisäänkirjautuminen oli haastavaa

Siisti pääosin.

Sopii kahdelle aikuiselle ja ehkä lapsille. Makuuhuoneessa ei omaa rauhaa. Sohvasänkyyn piti laittaa ylimääräinen patja, joka liian kapea. Tilat kaikuivat. Mm. WC käynti haastavaa.

Kohteen sijainti. Moderni talo. Erittäin hieno kohde.

Lapsi säkissä -taideteos oli häiritsevä.

The flat is new and stylish with design furniture. There's excellent planning. Opening the front door to the apartment for the first time is a high-tech experience. Never been so positively impressed. There're a great sauna and a balcony. Five stars for this accomodation and a promise to return there.

There's nothing negative to mention.

Apartamento bien ubicado decorado con buen gusto Lamentablemente es muy sucio pero sucio demasiado, lo peor de todo es que te hacen esperar hasta las 4 de la tarde supuestamente por que el personal debe limpiar, vaya limpieza tan desagradable, toallas sábanas amarillas y muchas más cosas

Vesipannu on aika pahasti ruostunut sisältä. Vessan ja saunan kalusteet tarvitsevat pintaremonttia kohta. Suihkussa olisi hyvä olla lasta.

Really nice, well-equipped apartment. Works well for both short and long stays.

Due to construction work at the station, it took a while to find our way to the apartment. Without the construction area, it’s literally a 2-min walk from the station.

Todella siisti ja hieno majoitus, kaikki oli niin kuin ilmoituksessa. Tykättiin kovasti!

Tavallista kahvinkeitintä ei löytynyt vaan hienompi keitin, johon tarvittiin kahvipapuja. Tähän ei osattu varautua eikä asunnosta löytynyt kahvipapuja, joten jäätiin ilman kahvia.

Good things were the convenient location and easy check-in. It was nice to have an extra sleeping nook by the entrance and enough blankets and pillows.

The place was quite dirty and definitely needs a deep cleaning. There were stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom showed signs of a “water damage.” The “statue” in the living room was downright creepy, it almost ruined my sleep.

Was niet zo schoon. Tweede slaapkamer is klein.

Slaapkamers konden niet afgesloten worden met een deur. Er was geen kastruimte. Er was wel een grote kast, maar die stond vol met beddengoed, matras en andere onduidelijke spullen. Geen parkeerplaats op die plek kan echt niet.

Die Lamellen vor den Fenstern lassen zu viel Licht hinein zum ausschlafen.

Hinta-laatusuhde todella hyvä. Loistava sijainti ja kunnollinen ilmastointi..

Location was good. Nice to have sauna.

Second bedroom was like a big cupboard. No doors to bedrooms so not really a two bedroom. Not enough glasses in the kitchen.

Tea kettle was not possible to use as it was in really bad shape in the inside. The coffee machine was good but it needed maintenance (not clean/descaled), there were not floor towels for the shower. Some of the coach pillows had stains

Location was very good, it was clean, tastefully decorated (except for one odd statue) and all quite new. Plenty of extra covers for the night if we needed more warmth. Sauna was nice too!

The creepy statue, also water kettle needs replacing quite urgently (rusty)

Clean tidy and nice apartment for family travel.

Staff informed of some automatic decibel meter after entering apartment that would set an alarm if exceedes. It would be nice to know these beforehand. I have never heard of such thing and sounds a bit excessive. One bedroom really small (made from vaatehuone?) Oven dirty.

Excellent central location with walking distance to city attractions. Very stylish interior design and qood quality kitchen equipment. Friendly host. Beautiful views over city. New, modern building. Loved the huge painting and design furniture. Lovely balcony with a lot of sun.

Even though the apartment was on overall level clean there was dust in the lamps and some dirty spots in the kitchen cabinets. In the living room there was this interesting piece of art, statue made look like small human figure shut inside of a bag. Even though it was, like said, a very fine piece of art, it can also be very scary for some people.

TV is in the bedroom. Would have been more confortable in the living room

TV would be nice in the living room, not only in the bedroom.

Great location, balcony, sauna, stylish bedroom. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. Good A/C. Traveled with a baby, the apartment was great for that. Would come back.

There’s a creepy statue of a depressed looking bagged up person in the living room. The bedroom didn’t have blackout curtains.
