Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Viihtyisä ja siisti asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Autopaikka erillisellä varauksella hyvä lisä. Asunto on keskeisellä sijainnilla, ja moni nähtävyys on lyhyen kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava, sekä sänky oli hyvä. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö.
Kadun toisella puolella oleva ravintola tiettyinä kesäiltoina hivenen äänekäs, ja voi häiritä herkkäunisempia.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Asunto oli kompakti, viihtyisä ja siisti. Oli mukava että kaapista löytyi kahvia. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu oli plussaa, ja oli myös kiva että pesuaineet oli käytettävissä. Hyvä sijainti ja palvelut lähellä.
Sälekaihtimet olisi kiva parvekkeen lasioviin. Lisäksi olisin kaivannut extratyynyliinan toiselle tyynylle. Myös pyyhkeitä oli aika niukasti, yksi iso ja yksi pikkupyyhe. Olisi ollut kiva laittaa suihkun jälkeen myös lattiapyyhe, kun nyt pikkupyyhe oli käsipyyhkeenä. Alaoven ovikoodi oli valitettavasti rikki vierailuni ajan.

Meluisa kesäterassi kadun toisella puolella. Kesäkuumalla haluttiin raikasta ilmaa parvekkeen ovesta mutta terassin meteli jatkui myöhään yöhön

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Прекрасная комната, уютная обстановка, наличие стиральной и сушильной машин, кухня полностью укомплектована, очень удобная кровать, тепло, есть балкон, наличие электронных замков, чай, кофе, глинтвейн, все замечательно. Место расположение - идеальное! Рядом все: вокзалы, магазины, центр города. Цена полностью удовлетворяет. Рекомендуем и если ещё приедем, обязательно воспользуемся вашим гостеприимством. Ещё хочу отметить хозяина: своевременные и четкие рекомендации, пароли, коды. Даже не пришлось лишний раз беспокоить. Спасибо Вам огромное!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Wonderful location, spacious apartment, nice kitchen and shower. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. I didn’t hear any of the neighbours and really enjoyed my stay. I recommend this apartment and will come back in the future.
The building’s central air ventilation was a bit too loud for me, but when wearing ear plugs it was no problem to fall asleep. I would suggest to offer a kitchen towel, hand towel and soap in the kitchen area. And an extra towel for a longer stay (I stayed four days / nights and was provided 1 towel).
