ULEABO New 37m2 Studio

Siisti asunto, hyvät sängyt ja hyvä sijainti.

Nojatuoli olisi hyvä lisä

Sijainti keskeisellä paikalla.

Ulko-oven koodilukko rikki. Tyynyt epämukavat.

Sijanti huippu hyvä, lyhyt matka mihin tahansa kaupungin ytimessä.

Ovilukkosysteemistä. Ulko-oven avainkoodi oli rikki jne.

Nice apartment a little tricky to find and get into but the owner was quick to answer his phone 😊

Sauberkeit, Stil der Einrichtung

Todella siisti ja hyvällä paikalla oleva asunto.

Tyynyt oli vähän epämukavat. Muuten kaikki oli hyvin.

Good location

Getting into the property wasn’t easy, the address was “19” but the buildings were 19, 19A and 19B. That said the Host was instantaneous with his replies when we were struggling so in the end is wasn’t a big issue

The location is very convenient 5 minutes to walk to train station. Just Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurant. The room is very quiet . The apartment is new and the room is clean. Have everything you need washing machine and dryer, kitchen equipment etc. Have Smart TV.

The downside is pillow is so small and thin ans soft. One movement of your head you out to the pillow already. I had neck pain because the pillow is to low. Hope can have an extra pillows. And hope could be better pillows for comfortable sleep. But overall the apartment and location is great.

Siisti, sijainti hyvä, sopivan kokoinen.

Pidimme kaikesta.

Hyvin varusteltu, siisti, hiljainen ja keskeisellä paikalla sijaitseva uudehko yksiö.

Great location, easy check-in and checkout process, spacious apartment, very clean upon arrival, all the listed amenities were available, support staff were always available as and when needed

Vielen Dank.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja tilava!

Herkkäuniselle liian meluisa sijainniltaan, ikkunoista tuli herkästi kadun äänet läpi.

Siisti ja hyvä sijainti. Erinomainen ennakkoinfo saapumisesta ja mm. käyttöohjeista. Hyvä sänky.

Ikkuna kaipaisi tiivistyksen korjausta. Nyt äänet ulkoa tulivat liian selvästi sisälle.

Siisti asunto. Hyvä sijainti , kaikki tarvittava kävely matkan päässä.

Convenient for bus and train stations (we arrived by bus from Haparanda, left by train to Helsinki) and a great place to stay after a week of travelling, thanks to washing machine, clothes rack etc. A beautifully decorated flat, a pleasure to be in. Good bed. Shops nearby and the city is easily walkable from here.

There are a lot of cupboards but not much spare space for own clothes, food stuffs etc. I wanted to maintain the lovely minimalist look without our baggage spread about!

Great location and a comfortable bed. Instructions were clear. The bar in the street was not too loud while we were accommodated.

The soap (mentioned in other reviews) was still missing.

Nice, clean studio, great location, walkable everywhere we wanted to go, comfy bed, and parking was easy to book and pay for.

It would have been nice to have a key to access the garage from the inside and not just from the street, carrying a lot of things that way was a bit inconvenient. The "balcony" is really tiny, I wouldn’t really call it a balcony. The bathroom cupboard only had those small, almost empty hotel style shampoo and soap bottles, and the dishwasher was unloaded when we arrived, probably from previous guests.

Location room size and facilities

5pm check in is ridiculous with a 12pm checkout. Would think most people are out by 10am? A bar outside was open into the early hours which was unfortunate. Wish there was blockout blinds.

It was quiet and fresch and everything you need is in the apartment. Allso walkingdistance to lots in the city.

We were two couples and the sofas was not nice to sleep in for two adults, maybe for smaller kids.

The apartment is perfect, the location is perfect, everything is new and of good quality, the kitchen is the most complete I've seen on my travels, it has everything! Very good bathroom and excellent value for money. Naturally, when I return to the city, I will stay in this apartment if available.

The apartment has a huge closet that you can't use. There's nowhere to put your clothes and your suitcases will end up in the middle of the apartment. Everything is perfect, but there's no vacuum cleaner. Maybe it wouldn't be very viable for a long stay. I think the administrator should think about this because it's very necessary. I sent a message via booking asking where the trash cans were because I thought they were in the building, but I didn't get any response.

Location is best you can wish in the center of Oulu. Host was really helpful and solved our problem just in seconds.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, clean, nicely decorated and at a very convenient location to visit Oulu. You could wash your clothes, as there is washing machine and a dish washer as well. The apartment was warm at all times and directions were clear. They helped us settle in the first day of arrival. Thank you for a nice stay in Oulu

We would like to have an extra set of clean set of towels in between the 5 days. We definitely needed a hair and body shower gel put in the ready-made bottle in the shower. That was empty. Plus the pillows were a bit high for us so maybe you could have a choice of pillows, as pillow is a very private thing. There are three cupboards in the apartment and we were not be able to use either one of them, as the one was locked and the other two were filled with cleaning equipment and ironing gear. We had to hung our clothes in the entrance rail. Finally check in at 5 is too late. I never had to check in at that time or even be asked for a €25 extra fee for chain game at 3 pm. These are some suggestions for you to think about.

nice appartment in the city center

East check in and communication. Modern, comfortable - with good kitchen and bed - exactly what I wanted!

No complaints

Lovely space, good location for us. Kitchen was well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Lots of room.

Very clean. Relatively comfortable bed (for rental apartment scale), bearable pillows (rare for rentals). Curtains thick enough for nordic summer nights. Well equipped.

I chose this apartment because of air-conditioning listed, which appeared to be a lie. Nothing close to air conditioning, just a loud but useless ventilation. I had to open a balcony door to get some fresh air at night, however a noisy bar downstairs added challenges to a proper sleeping. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Great great location. Close to the station, walking distance to city center. Very clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. All the household items were in perfect condition. Clear communication from the hosts on all aspects. Absolutely loved the place.

Maybe the bed was a little too soft for our liking. But it was quite comfortable, nevertheless.

Clean, nice apartment.
