Конечно ❤️ Я бы написала тепло и естественно, чтобы отзыв не выглядел слишком официальным: Отличное расположение и прекрасный персонал! ❤️ Отдельно хочу отметить девушку на рецепции с чёрными волосами — к сожалению, не запомнила её имя, но она оставила очень приятное впечатление! Сразу после нашего приезда всё подробно рассказала и показала: где находятся хорошие заведения, пляж, где можно выпить вкусный кофе и куда стоит сходить. Было очень приятно получить такую заботу и полезные рекомендации 🥰 Номер был чистый, уборку проводили хорошо и регулярно. Сам отель находится в отличном месте: рядом пляж, супермаркеты, кафе и всё необходимое. До Старого города и порта можно дойти пешком примерно за 20 минут.

Существенных минусов не нашли. В целом проживание оставило очень приятное впечатление.

За невелику ціну комфортний номер майже на березі моря. Поряд є кав'ярня, в якій готують смачну каву, ресторани та магазини А дівчина адміністратор дуже привітна, і гарна. В усьому допомогла нам. Розмовляє англійською та українською мовами (що дуже нам сподобалось)😊

Everything was great! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was nice and quiet. Special thanks to the staff the manager was very nice and helpful!!

At first I thought the room was very basic but as the days went by I realized I had everything I needed. No frills but no frills needed If I went back to Rhodes I would book here again It was 25 minutes into the town centre - two ways to go, both interesting.

My only problem was the noise of the fridge as I sleep very lightly. No problem, I unplugged it at night and it was on durning the day whilst we were out. There was no hairdryer but one was provided on asking, again no problem.

Lovely hotel. Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Great communication from staff. Staff arranged airport transfer. WiFi and AC were very good. Bed was comfortable. Two minute walk to a lovely beach. Restaurants and shops close by. Nice quiet area. 20 minute walk to the old town or €7 for a taxi. It was close to pick up areas for tours. I would recommend staying here

Unfortunately , our experience was disappointing. The accommodation was not as clean as we expected, and the bathroom in particular did not feel hygienic. We were also disappointed that the actual property did not match the photos shown in the listing. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Very close to the beach, it is very nice to have when you have children. Rooms are clean, staff is very much friendly and always willing to help you. Great price for location. There are many shops, restaurants and markets in walking distance. Mostly locals live around so grocery or foods prices are not extreme. AC was old but functioning well. Hot water was always available. Street car parking is free and most of the time available. Nearby beach is not the best but very good for children. The Sea was very very clean.

Furnitures need to be renewed, kitchen stuff is not enough.

This place might work for very undemanding guests who don’t have high expectations, have nothing to compare it with, and don’t really care where they stay. For us, the experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the service was pleasant and polite. Staff responded to requests (we were given a knife when we asked). Housekeeping came every two days with fresh towels, and the place was clean.

The room with the kitchen felt unsettling – our child was actually scared to stay in it. The bed was so low it felt like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom mirror was dirty, and overall the apartment looked like an unfinished renovation: too empty and not cozy at all. The location has pros and cons: the nearby beach is good and the port is close, but it’s quite far from the center. Everything was great! I recommend booking the apartment instead of the studio because it’s much bigger. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and the apartment has everything you need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable—I slept very well during all five nights of my stay. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with any questions. There’s a shop about a 5-minute walk away. You can also borrow an umbrella from the cafeteria and take it to the beach, so there’s no need to buy one.

🇬🇧 English What we liked most about Iskas was the location and the friendly staff. The hotel is in a very convenient area, close to the beach, with bakeries, cafés and supermarkets nearby. The staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant.

Unfortunately, there are also some things that could be improved. The furniture in the room is quite old, and the biggest issue for us was the noise, especially from chairs being dragged across the floor. The shower cabin also doesn’t fully function properly — the shower head cannot be fixed in place, so you have to hold it in your hand while showering.

Lokalizacja była wyjątkowa. Dosłownie kilka minut do plaży. Można rano na spokojnie wyjść, w okolicznym punkcie kupić kawę i podziwiać wschód słońca nad morzem. Kuchnia nie była w pełni wyposażona (jeden garnek i jedna patelnia), ale to są pokoje i mieszkania do wynajęcia w hotelu, więc ogólnie był w porządku. Natomiast lokalizacja rekompensuje wszystko.

Obiekt wymaga kapitalnego remontu poczynając od windy /strach nią jechać/ po drzwi wejściowe oraz drzwi w apartamencie. Jest obskurny, meble kuchenne lodówka, uchwyty w łazienkach połamane nawet okno w łazience było pięknie. Ponadto w pokoju były karaluchy. Wyposażenie aneksu dramatyczne.

A képekhez képest, azért kevésbé új a berendezés. Elsőre kissé csalódottak voltunk, de végülis nekünk megfelelt, amennyi időt a szobában töltöttünk.

Ho trascorso 6 giorni davvero meravigliosi e non posso che lasciare una recensione super positiva! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ La pulizia è stata impeccabile, gli ambienti sempre curati e ordinati, e lo staff si è dimostrato gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale in ogni momento. Una menzione speciale va alla proprietaria, una persona eccezionale che si vede chiaramente quanto metta passione, impegno e cuore in quello che fa. È sempre attenta a ogni dettaglio e fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole e perfetto possibile. Sono quei piccoli dettagli e quella cura autentica che fanno davvero la differenza. La posizione, a circa 10 minuti di macchina dalla città vecchia e 30 minuti a piedi. Ci sono molti minimarket nelle vicinanze e anche supermercati raggiungibili comodamente in macchina o con una passeggiata. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge, consiglio di spostarsi sempre per vedere le più belle. Quelle che si trovano nei paraggi, ovvero le spiagge di Rodi Città (es: Zefyros) a nostro parere non sono spettacolari, in quanto molto ventose e con mare molto mosso e non limpido come è invece in altre spiagge più a sud. Possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all'albergo lungo la strada, il posto si trova sempre. La stanza, grande e luminosa, provvista di due terrazzini. Aria condizionata presente e funzionante.

Lo stabile e l'area reception, un po' lasciate andare (c'è una macchinetta per l'acqua all'ingresso perennemente vuota). Inoltre, le ragazze della reception, seppur molto gentili, difficilmente sono presenti alla loro postazione. Aggiungerei degli utensili da cucina; è presente soltanto una grande pentola e una grande padella per cucinare. Non ci sono padelle più piccole, né forbici o cavatappi. Non è presente lo scottex. Non viene fornito nulla nemmeno in bagno. Sono presenti solo il sapone per le mani e due piccolissime confezioni di shampoo. Aggiungerei qualche asciugamano in più, 4 asciugamani totali per due persone sono veramente pochi (considerando che uno deve essere utilizzato per la cucina, in quanto non ci sono strofinacci). Pulizia un po' carente. I cassetti del congelatore erano veramente sporchi. Inoltre, quando ci è stata pulita la camera abbiamo notato sulle lenzuola una macchia viola, probabilmente smalto o rossetto. Due giorni dopo, quando ci è stata ripulita la camera, il letto era stato rifatto ma la macchia era sempre lì, quindi le lenzuola non erano state cambiate.

Das Hotel ist super! Das Zimmer ist wie ein kleines Apartment mit einer eigenen Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank) im Eingangsbereich, einem separaten Bad und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Außerdem ist der Balkon ziemlich groß und mit einem Wäscheständer ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Obwohl ich einige Sachen im Bad stehen hatte, wurden Duschgel und Shampoo immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, klimatisiert aber das gesamte Apartment. Dadurch ist es im Schlafzimmer angenehm kühl. Die Temperatur kann man natürlich selbst einstellen. Einen Haartrockner erhält man beim Check-in an der Rezeption. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich nett und herzlich. Vor dem Check-in bzw. nach dem Check-out durfte ich meinen Koffer in einem Schrank gegenüber der Rezeption aufbewahren. Die blonde Dame (ich vermute, sie ist die Besitzerin) hat mir auch angeboten ein Taxi für mich zu bestellen für den letzten Tag (einige Stunden nach dem Check out). Außerdem hat sie mir bei der Ankunft erklärt, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann und wo sich was befindet. Als ich ankam (früher als angekündigt), war niemand an der Rezeption. Dort war jedoch eine Handynummer hinterlegt. Ich habe angerufen und die blonde Dame war sehr freundlich und meinte, dass sie in etwa 20 Minuten da sein würde. Die Lage ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und das Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Es gibt einen Sandstrand und keine Steine im Wasser. Das Meer wird nur langsam tiefer und außerdem ist es dort deutlich weniger windig als auf der anderen Seite von Rhodos-Stadt. Es ist auch nicht überlaufen – stattdessen trifft man viele Einheimische, was für mich immer ein gutes Zeichen ist. Man kann Liegen mieten, aber es gibt auch genügend Platz für alle, die keine benötigen. Außerdem läuft niemand herum und versucht lautstark, einem etwas zu verkaufen.

la struttura è moderna e ben tenuta, il personale al check-in è molto accogliente, il bagno è pulito ed efficente, migliore di altri posti visitati Nel caso in cui prenotaste qui hanno degli ombrelloni. Potete chiederli alla reception

la cucina non è una vera cucina: stretta e con pochi utensili. Non ci si può fare nulla al di là dello stretto indispensabile. La struttura dista una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro. La struttura non ha un parcheggio, quindi la macchina deve essere posteggiata sulla strada (noi siamo comunque riusciti a trovare sempre parcheggio)

The accommodation was spacious and was staying at a quiet apartment located on the first floor.

No supplies regarding bin bags and the essentials for an example cleaning cloths and a tea towel. The provided bed in the kitchen/dining area which was a temporary fold-up bed was uncomfortable to sleep on during our stay however, this was resolved by them placing a secondary mattress on top of the base mattress. Further, we suggest a TV would had been helpful!

It’s close to Rhodes Yaht Marina and the beach which is useful for those, planning a yacht trip. Everything is nearby. Host is amazing ❤️

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent - a 15 to 25 min walk to get into the old town and to the boat trip ports, right next to a wee beach, and in the vicinity of some lovely restaurants. The wee apartment was spacious and the fridge freezer was excellent to have in the heat of the summer.

The bedroom got quite warm at night as the air conditioning unit was in the living area.

Temizlik gayet iyiydi iki günde bir temizleniyordu. Biz girişteki odalarda kaldık tabi biraz karanlık ve daha eskiydi ama üst katlar belki daha ferahtır. Kullanabileceğimiz mutfak alanı ve buzdolabı olması güzeldi. 2-3 dk mesafede kumsalı var ve denizi tertemiz. Kumsalda genelde kendi halkından insanlar vardı ve öğlen saatlerinde sakin akşamüstü biraz daha yoğun oluyor. Kumsalda işletme mevcut değil sadece denizden sonra duş alabileceğiniz çeşme var. Yakında market mevcut.

Konum olarak 30 dk old town yürümesi. Biz daha yakın olduğunu düşünerek tutmuştuk bu durum çok zorladı. Çevrede doğru düzgün yemek yenecek yer yok olanlarda aşırı pahalı yani mecburen market alışverişi ya da old town gitmek gerek. Otelde araç kiralama imkanı sunuyorlar fakat fiyatları diğer yerlerden daha pahalı tavsiye etmem. Otelde alabileceğimiz su bile yoktu tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı dışardan karşılamak zorundasınız. Sadece uyumak için önerilir onun dışında pek bi imkan beklemeyin.

Хороший та затишний готель з усім необхідним. У номері дуже чисто, прибирають та міняють постіль через день. Великим плюсом є наявність кухні та великого холодильника. Персонал дуже привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Готель розташований за 2 хвилини від гарного пляжу з піском та чистою водою та в 20 хвилинах ходьби від старого міста.

Отличный апартамент отель в хорошем месте. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Пляж очень рядом, не самый живописный , но вполне себе приемлемый . Мы брали авто на прокат на всю неделю прям из аэропорта и поэтому посетили много пляжей. Родос очень чудесный остров и много чего можно посмотреть

Buona la posizione della struttura, la possibilità di trovare facilmente parcheggio lungo strada e l’accoglienza dello staff. Letti comodi, il cucinino anche se molto piccolo ma aveva lo stretto necessario.

Camera un po’ datata e molto spartana. Nella prenotazione risultava “camera con terrazza” ma in realtà era un piccolo e stretto balconcino. Se non si hanno molte pretese é ok.

РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ: в 5и минутах ходьбы от пляжа, и в получасе ходьбы от порта. В 5 минутах ходьбы также отличный супермаркет. НОМЕР: Холодильник, жидкое мыло, балкон, небольшая кухня, чайник в наличии. Фен можно попросить при заезде. Уборка раз в 2 дня, для нас было норма. WiFi отлично работал. Матрац очень удобный! Да, ремонт в номере не современный, как и мебель, но всё было чисто и опрятно. ПЕРСОНАЛ: Очень приветливый, заранее вызвали такси для ночного аэропорта. Спасибо персоналу за заботу!

Clean, spacious room with a balcony. The apartment has two fridges, an electric stove, a sink, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always replying quickly to messages. They also helped me book a taxi to the airport, which I really appreciated.

The shower cabin is quite small, and the shower curtain is too short, so water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor. Fortunately, there is a floor drain, but the floor can still become slippery. It was also quite noisy at night because a machine on the other side of the street was operating, so I ended up using earplugs every night.

Great place, close to several tavernas, Pane di Capo, old town and the beach, we have also visited Tsambika beach and Lindos several times during the week - also great , very nice host and all the team/staff

Pokoje bardzo blisko plaży, wygodne, klimatyzacja ratowała nas w te upalne dni, bardzo czysto, własny balkon, bez zarzutów. Natomiast najbardziej urzekła nas obsługa - przesympatyczna recepcjonistka, która odrazu rozpisała nam na karteczkach co warto zobaczyć, gdzie zjeść, gdzie pójść, za każdym razem szeroko uśmiechnięta!

Нам підвищили категорію номеру і це були апартаменти з шикарним свіжим ремонтом, чистий і затишний пляж в 2 хвилинах, поруч є ресторани і кафе де смачна їжа . Дуже задоволена поселенням і перебуванням в цьому готелі.

In apropiere este Pane e Vino, un loc bun pt servire de mic dejun cu sandvisuri, dulciuri, patiserie greceasca, inghetata etc. Hotelul are lift, foarte apreciat. Bucataria are un resou electric, nu ai ce gatit la el, maxim un ou fiert. Frigier mare si inca unul mic, dar nu are cuptor. Aerul conditionat este montat numai in bucatarie. Balcon foarte mare cu rack pt uscat rufele, carlige. S-a facut curat la 2 zile, ne-au schimbat prosoapele si paturile la 2 zile.

A alege calatoria cu transportul in comun este dificil. Statia Euforia, este in coltul strazii dar busul nr.6 circula rar. De aici la aeroport, intai trebuie sa ajungi in centru si de acolo iei bus spre aeroport. Sau comanzi un transfer, 35 euro.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die netteste Rezeptionistin, die ich je getroffen habe, und ich reise sehr viel.

Great facilities and location

Готель сподобався, приємно вразило розташування щодо пляжу, також в пішій доступності є вся необхідна інфраструктура, включаючи місцевий базар. Номер просторий, чистий, з великим балконом і всіма зручностями, привітний персонал на рецепції, який завжди радий допомогти, особливе вітання дівчинці Агапії!
