Well priced and met my needs of a brief rest period. My third time staying here. Quiet and close to airport. good rest before flying again to the islands. Access codes are provided to get access to the building and hotel room. Works well.

There was no hot water. I arrived at 3am so I am not sure the hot water was turned off? Towels and sheets are a little hard. Could be tumble dried to get soft perhaps. Bottled water would be good. Rather than the reusable glass bottles they provide. They didn't look clean. Transfer costs: My third year using the transfer. Has gone from 15 euros to 30 euros one way in two years. Worth relooking transfer partners I think. It's around the corner from the airport.

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder hierher, bevor wir abfliegen. Es ist immer sauber, verlässlich und ruhig. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und auch einen kleinen Spielplatz. Auch das mit dem Taxi hat wieder super funktioniert.

Very easy to access. it is well set up to stay one night while you are in an airport transfer as it is close to the airport. Everything you need for a one night stay.

Floors could have been cleaner. a very corporate feel without a personal touch.

It was definitely a nice place worth the money I just stayed for one night as I arrived late

I asked for late check out and was approved although before normal check in time house keeping tried to get into my room when I was showering luckily I had deadbolt locked on door

The property was very well maintained and clean. Very modern. Close to local restaurants and the airport. We stayed there because of the closeness to the airport as we had to travel the next day but was surprised by the quality of the room which we didn't expect far from Athens center. If anyone needs to travel from the airport, then stay here. I don't have any faults as everything was perfect for my wife and I. I will definitely stay there again.

Location central to Spata which ideal with great amenities. Apartment was super clean and check in process was smooth. We were able to check in earlier than usual time which was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very misleading photos. Our unit was photo 18. It looked nothing like the beautiful apartments shown in all the other photos. It was way overpriced for what we got. This unit was right on the street; we had teenagers smoking and yelling RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW on the sidewalk until midnight. If the blinds were open, they could see right inside. However, most of the lightbulbs did not work, so it was dark in the unit with the blinds closed. We did not sleep well because of the street noise. There was a cockroach in the shower (we thought it was dead until the following morning when we saw it twitching), so needless to say, we did not use the shower. Also, the plastic chest that held extra bedding was badly cracked and had not been replaced. The “complimentary water” left in the fridge was an unsealed bottle of tap water. This apartment was not worth more than €55 in summer months, but I was charged slightly less than twice that (€104). Coming from a luxury hotel in Naxos that charged the same amount per night, I am appalled at the audacity to charge this much for the Spata neighborhood, which didn’t even have a bakery open after dinner. (Which is to say, not much happening in this neighborhood except teenagers hanging out screaming right outside and around the corner at the park.) Very disappointed.

O espaço é agradável, e cumpriu a função de nos acomodar antes de irmos para o aeroporto que é proximo. As redondezas são bem familiares, com restaurantes e locais para comer.

O quarto fica para rua. Para uma estadia mais longa acho que me sentiria um pouco sufocada, a janela deve ficar sempre fechada.

Entry was easy once we received the door code. However, the code was not released until noon the day of check in and we were on a plane all day!! This made it rather stressful. Releasing the code 24 hours prior would have helped, they refused even though we explained our circumstances.

Ground floor room was rather rather dark and dingy. Only a small window that overlooked a parking lot. We tried to book a taxi to the airport the next morning. Website said to allow 2 hours prior to book. After filling out all our particulars and hitting submit, we were told you can't book between 11pm and 9am!! If we had known, we would have booked the night before. This restriction should be noted right up front on the initial website.

I liked everything but I needed the extra bed and it was not so comfortable with sheet and blanket

Για ένα βράδυ για σκοπούς ταξιδιού ήταν μια χαρά. Πολύ απλό και λιτό αλλά ήμουν μόνο λίγες ώρες εκεί οπότε δεν με ενόχλησε κάτι. Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο και στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ εύκολη.

Τα έπιπλα ήταν πολύ κακής ποιότητας, ο καναπές καθόλου άνετος, το στρώμα πολύ κακό. Το χειρότερο από όλα για μένα ήταν ότι το διαμέρισμα μύριζε πολύ έντονα τσιγάρο ενώ στην ουσία το κάπνισμα απαγορεύεται. Για μένα που είμαι μη καπνιστής ήταν πραγματικά πολύ άσχημο. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλη. Με ταξί σίγουρα δεν ήταν κάτι τραγικό αλλά αν κάποιος θέλει να μετακινηθεί με τα πόδια, τότε αυτό δεν γίνεται.

I am unhappy when hosts are available only by whatsapp. There was a taxi strike in Greece during my stay; i asked for help in obtaining a ride to the airport and was told to "Google it". Not very helpful :-(

Nothing like the ad pictures!! Needs maintenance and has a bad mold smell

Host was super responsive. All the amenities were available. The space was super spacious and perfectly located. The online checking with instructions and taxi booking over the link sent to me was super helpful.

The apartment needs to be spruced up ( paint was chipped off in some areas). The cleaning staff can do better job cleaning the floor. These are easy fixes to bring the reviews to excellent.

Very cozy room with modern decoration. It had everything that we could need, coffee machine with pods, cooking utensils, even iron. Also parking was available. I really loved the fact that it had a box with extra pillows and blankets if needed.

Καθαρό και άνετο κατάλυμα ! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεπτόμουν! Το μόνο αρνητικό που θα μπορούσα να πω είναι ότι το πάτωμα φαινόταν ασφουγγάριστο είχε δηλαδή λεκέδες χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι δεν ήταν καθαρό. Σαν παρατήρηση θα προτιμούσα στο μπάνιο να έχει και τηλέφωνο για ντουζ γιατί αλλιώς βρέχονται και τα μαλλιά σου αναγκαστικά.

Ήταν ότι πρέπει για λίγες ώρες πριν συνεχίσουμε το ταξίδι μας στο αεροδρόμιο... ενα ζεστό μπάνιο, έναν άνετο ύπνο!! Αυτό είναι που χρειαζόμασταν!!
