Nous sommes restés en tout 2h dans le logement. Nous sommes arrivé, sommes rentré, avons senti une odeur de moisi et de renfermé, le canapé n’était pas très propre il y avait des taches, des moustiques morts étaient sur la table du salon, la douche qui tient avec du scotch, la chambre avait la même odeur très désagréable de renfermé nous sommes ensuite sorti acheter à manger, avons manger et des insectes nous sont tombés dessus des rideaux. Nous n’avons pas pas voulu y dormir… Nous avons quitté les lieux et avons préférer payer un autre logement plus propre dans la soirée.

Great location close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is supermarket close to the apartment. Hosts were nice and helpful and easily reachable.

No hot water in the morning which made it very difficult for my mother who is not used to taking bath in cold water. Was not aware that the apartment uses solar heating. Very few amenities in the kitchen. e.g two spoons for three persons. All of us cannot have food together.

Everything was Super! The personal is really friendly! I’m really content with the place! We had an amazing sleep!

O anfitrião nos ajudou a reservar o transfer para o aeroporto na madrugada e tudo funcionou - Parabéns e muito obrigado. A localização da acomodação é espetacular, principalmente quando você usa o transporte urbano, pois fica bem na frente de um ponto de ônibus. A acomodação estava limpa e organizada. Sem falar que tem muito comércio ao redor, supermercado, cafés, fruteira, conveniência, a poucos passos de restaurantes, tudo muito bom.

Pecou em detalhes, como os travesseiros que quase não tinham enchimento e eram somente dois. Outra ponto que poderia melhorar é a falta de um tapete para a saída do banho.

The property was clean and the area quiet. Our host was super easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big with great water pressure. We only stayed on night but it was nice to be so close to the airport.

The bedroom air conditioner was a little noisy but it kept the room cool.

Bei der Buchung wurden mir für 4 Personen zwei Zimmer angezeigt. Vor Ort war Zimmer 2 für 5 Personen (als Familie geeignet), so dass ich mir Zimmer 1 hätte sparen können. Der Vermieter hat das Zimmer dann leider nicht zurückgenommen. Vor dem Zimmer stank es stark nach Urin. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist mit Taxi super (aber teuer), öffentlich sehr umständlich bzw. lang (etwa 90 Minuten).

דירות אירוח נקיות ומסודרות. 10 דק נסיעה מהשדה ובקלות! הבעלים איש ממש נחמד, שירותי וזמין. הכל היה מסודר עבורנו כשהגענו מאוחר בלילה אחרי הטיסה, מגבות ומצעים נקיים.

NO está a 10 min del aeropuerto. está a unos 20 min en taxi, en un barrio en la periferia de Atenas en el que no hay nada para visitar ni de transporte. para llegar a la parda del bus tienes que caminar 15-20 min. el piso no estaba limpio, sin entrar en detalles. no tiene fuego para cocinar nada. la nevera pierde agua desde el congelador y se mojó toda una maleta nuestra con la ropa dentro. el propietario no me contesto al mensaje al decirle que la nevera perdía agua.

The bed sheets and towels looked old, worn and discolored. Although they might have been clean, their condition made it difficult to feel confident about the hygiene standards. White, fresh-looking linen and towels would have made a much better impression. The sofa had no protective cover and was visibly very dirty. A removable, washable cover should have been provided to ensure better hygiene and allow guests to sit on it comfortably.

Good location for what I was looking for.

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The mattress on the bed was very poor quality, making it uncomfortable to get a good night’s sleep. Although there was coffee provided in the property, it was out of date, so it couldn’t be enjoyed. There was also a noticeable unpleasant odour every time we opened the door to enter the property. Improving the mattress quality, ensuring refreshments are in date, and addressing the odour would make the stay much more enjoyable.

My parents had an excellent stay! Everything was 10 out of 10. The communication with the host was outstanding from the very beginning, and the airport transportation was well organized and made their late-night arrival completely stress-free. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything they needed. The location was also very convenient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the entire booking experience.

Overall, we had a good stay. We were looking for a place to spend one night near the airport before an early flight, and this worked perfectly for that purpose. The location is very convenient, about a 15-minute drive from the airport and situated in the small town of Spata. The accommodation is close to several nice cafés and a grocery store, which made it easy to grab food and any essentials we needed. The area was also very calm and quiet, allowing us to get a good night's rest before traveling. The place itself was decent and had everything we needed. While it could have benefited from a bit more deep cleaning, it was overall comfortable and suitable for a short stay. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and convenient option near the airport.

It had everything I needed. It was close to the Airport and the size was good.

It was very noisy with people doing loud construction in the room next door until past midnight. And it’s on a busy street so constant noise. Also the room is very lit up at night from the street and exit sign, so if you like a dark quiet room, I would not recommend it.

Ayant besoin rapidement d'un hébergement près de l'aéroport, l'appartement de John a su répondre à nos attentes. Simple, pratique, très propre et agréablement situé près de l'aéroport. Situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à une rue passante, calme la nuit cet appartement convient tout à fait pour un séjour temporaire. Spata semble une petite banlieue agréable. Commerces alimentaires autour de l'appartement, ouverts le dimanche matin. De plus John est très réactif et accueillant. Il a réservé le taxi pour le lendemain et cela fut très gentil de sa part.

Location was perfect. Proprietors were responsive and accommodating. The property was very clean and well appointed, although sparse. Complimentary water provided.

Although the property advertised 2 beds, there was only 1. When I inquired about the bed situation, I learned that the living room sofa was actually a futon. However, there were no sheets available, in spite of being told where they should be. I also didn't like that, other than the water, there were no amenities, not even tea or coffee. We didn't feel welcome.

we booked this for 1 night before our departure flight back home. it is 10 minutes from the airport (perfect location). there is a coffee spot right outside that was great! the communication with the host was always super quick and the checkin process was very smooth. he even helped us organize our taxi for the next morning to the airport for a good price. the apartment itself looks just like the pictures and was comfortable. you can hear noises and voices pretty loudly from outside the apartment though, so if you are a light sleeper this might affect you. we also noticed a few small flies or insects in the apartment. overall, definitely worth the short stay!

Convenient to airport and clean

I was looking for a place to stay for a couple of hours before my early morning flight. The hotels at the airports are extremely expensive and staying in town was no option. Johns Apartments are situated very conveniently close to the airport and he was extremely helpful with arranging taxis and late check in and early check out. I can really recommend if you are looking for a close the the airport overnight stay.

I had a great stay at John’s Cozy Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay near the airport. The host was very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Check-in was simple and everything was clearly explained. Overall, great value for money and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay again.

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη, ευγενεστατος ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο χώρος έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια όμορφη διαμονή. Όλα πεντακάθαρα και πολύ σωστά οργανωμένα. Πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο . Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Sehr dunkel, kein Tageslicht. Es roch insgesamt nicht angenehm, die Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche rochen muffig. Im ersten Moment denkt man, das es kein warmes Wasser gibt, aber es benötigt einfach nur einiges an Zeit.

Minimal utensils but ok for a one night stay. Found a whole bunch of little flying bugs on the inside of the front door. Wiped them away and only a few more showed up. The self checkin was 🤷🏼‍♀️. Had to reach out myself for how to do it. Got a short messsge to messsge when I got there and parents would come. Got there, left a message, no one showed up. Neighbor happened by, called John and neighbor let me in. Had to again reach out as to where to leave the key. At least he answered my messsges quickly. Otherwise a nice place

The smell inside the house, it felt like smoke. The whole house smelled like that even the sheets and the bed. I couldn’t sleep because of it. I am writing this in case you are sensitive towards smells as I am.

Lamentablemente el dueño del hospedaje no nos informó que la zona donde está el alojamiento está sufriendo reparaciones, por lo que todas las casas de esa misma ubicación no tienen agua, incluyendo este hospedaje, por lo que no pudimos ducharnos o si quiera lavarnos los dientes.

We arrived at midnight in Athens. The place is 15 min from the airport. It is quiet. We slept like dogs. There was some coffee and tea. There is a little store across the street. John had left the key in a secure place so we did not have to worry about delay etc. It was easy to find with clear pictures and instructions we got.

It is nothing romantic, just a clean and convenient place close to the airport.

15 минут от аэропорта, расположено на центральной улице где было пару ресторанов. Чистое белье, полотенца, пространство. Владелец быстро отвечает и помогает, доступно объясняет. Жилье остановится на ночь для коннекшена идеально для этого подходит

1. Окно выходит прямо на улицу но есть шторы + жалюзи (не для клаустрофобов) 2. В некоторых местах не было до конца убрано, например пятна на раковине и маленькие волоски. 3. Можно было бы добавить маленькую тумбочку рядом с кроватью т.к. розетки достаточно высоко
