Хотелът е разкошен . Персоналът е на ниво;млади,мотивирани и усмихнати младежи. Стаята беше изключително чиста ,обзавеждането е феноменално. Закуската беше уникална,разнообразна. Барът вечер е перфектен,хубава музичка,коктейли. Всичко беше на ниво, ще се върнем пак.

Απλό, λυτό δωμάτιο που όμως έχει έναν αέρα πολυτέλειας. Άνετο κρεβάτι, λατρέψαμε το ευρύχωρο ντουζ, όλα καθαρά και το πρωινό πλουσιοπάροχο!

Πολύ φροντισμένο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, με καλής ποιότητας επίπλωση και λιτή, όμορφη διακόσμηση. Τα στρώματα ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικά. Οι χώροι του ντους και της τουαλέτας, που χωρίζονται από τον υπόλοιπο χώρο ο καθένας με τη δική του γυάλινη αδιαφανή πόρτα, ήταν πολύ άνετοι. Το πρωινό πλούσιο, στο χώρο του καφέ - μπαρ στο ισόγειο, το οποίο είναι επίσης πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο. Το διαμέρισμα είχε καλή ηχομόνωση - δεν ακούγαμε τίποτα από το καφέ.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμερίσμα λίγο έξω από τη Δράμα. Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που ίσως μπορεί να βελτιωθεί είναι ότι το διαμέρισμα ίσως λόγω υγρασίας έχει μια ελαφριά μυρωδιά.

Ευρυχωρα και άνετα δωμάτια. Αντίστοιχως και τα κρεβάτια Όλα ήταν βάσει περιγραφής.

Αν υπάρχει κάτι που θα ήθελα αλλιώς, είναι ο χώρος του μπάνιου - ντουζ να μπορούσε να απομονωθεί τελείως από τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen, jedoch musste man leider bis 9.00 warten, was für Frühaufsteher nicht sehr praktikabel ist. Dennoch war das Frühstück ausgezeichnet!

Die Betten sind sehr gut gewesen, aber für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet, da sie leider zu hoch sind.

Η φασαρία από τον κεντρικο δρόμο. Όμως έχει καλό σύστημα ηχομόνωσης και δεν ακούγεται σχεδόν τίποτα, ειδικά να έχεις το μέσα δωμάτιο. Τραγική η κατάσταση με την τουαλέτα. Δεν υπάρχει πόρτα που να απομονώνει το μικρό σαλόνι από την τουαλέτα! Όσοι βρισκονται στο σαλόνι ακούν ό,τι γίνεται στην τουαλέτα απ αυτόν που είναι μέσα! ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ!! Πόσο μυαλό χρειάζεται να καταλάβουν οι ιδιοκτήτες ότι πρέπει να βάλουν μια πόρτα μεταξύ σαλονιού και τουαλέτας?

Πολύ ευρύχωρο ,όμορφη διακοσμη ,καθαρό ,υπέροχα κρεβάτια ,smart TV σπάνια βρίσκουμε σε κατάλυμα!!Το πιο σημαντικό χαμογελαστοί κ ευγενικοι οικοδεσπότες !!!

- unsure about the cleaning system. For example, should we empty the rubbish? Are there additional rubbish bags for that? etc - noise from the café/bar evident plus it's on a central road - room quite small and stuffy

The room was comfy, clean and minimally decorated. Aristeidis, the host, was kind enough to help us with whatever we needed.

The room was spacious and big. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was bif enough enough for a big guy! The towels and bedsheets were smelling super nice and staff was mega friendly

The room is clean with two bedrooms. There is really a good restaurant on the ground floor. The staff is really kind . We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended

Cleanness, well designed bathroom with showers, comfortable mattresses. Free parking space 30 meters form t property. A very good meat taverna 200 meters away from the center on the left side of the main road (Giouras Tavern as per Google maps).

Location on main busy noisy road, even with closed windows the noise is significant. Actually it is a coffee bar with a garden, which is the main purpose of the property. Accommodation is an accessory function. Rooms are very small and if you close the windows, it’s becoming quickly stuffy inside. This means that you must use the air condition for ventilation ( we were there in late September and there was no need to cool the rooms by A/C). The air condition unit in the vestibule makes strange noises and needs attention. The balcony door to the street needs to be lifted a bit in order to get opened. Overpriced for the location on the main road, the subordination to the coffee bar and the size of the rooms. May be the price is adequate for a family of 4 or two very close couples since there are two bedrooms, but in such case will be overcrowded.

Excellently renovated semi-detached house, with a bar/ cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor. I didn't have breakfast on any of the days but the other members of my group who did thought it was excellent. Everything in the room and the common areas was spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. The mattresses (and pillows, I suppose) are Coco-mat, so really high quality and we had a great night's sleep (on two out of the three days we stayed there). There is a small parking lot nearby, which means that you won't need to be searching for a place to park in the area, and the closes supermarket is 2 minutes away. Location in general is also great, with the city centre being less than 15 minutes away on foot.

There was a bit of a party at the bar/ restaurant downstairs on one of the days we were there (think it was Saturday night), with loud music playing until 2-3 in the morning. One could have foreseen that, but nobody mentioned anything to us beforehand, at leat that I am aware of. We didn't really manage to rest that night, even though we had all windows closed, but the issue did not repeat itself and we caught up on lost sleep the night after.

We liked how the style is very modern and chique, and it was really nice how they‘ve put up a restaurant downstairs which is perfect for chilling or having a nice drink at night. The room itself is very clean and has everything we need.

Comfortable apartment, recently renovated and furnished. Very large bathroom and set up in a refined way. The owner of the structure was always very helpful and attentive to our requests.
