Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Η διέυθυνση που δίνεται, όταν την περάσεις στο GPS σε πάει ακριβώς έξω από ένα κατάστημα που είναι ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρσιμα. Το πρόβλημα είναι πως δεν αναφέρεται ότι η πρόσβσση στην είσοδο είναι σε παράπλευρη οδό, οπότε πέρασε αρκετή ώρα να το ανακαλύψουμε
Για το τρίτο άτομο είναι διπλό κρεβάτι τοποθετημένο σε χώρο που είναι η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, όπου κλείνει όλο τον χώρο. αν ήταν μονό κρεββάτι καναπές θα ήταν καλύτερα.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Ev tam olarak fotoğraftaki gibi. Merkeze arab ile sadece 7-8 dakika. Ayrıca One Selonika Outlet Mall a yürüyerek sadece 1 dakika. Konumu çok iyi. Ayrıca tam önünde ücretsiz park yeri var. Tam olarak fiyat performans dengesini sağlıyor.
Çocuklar için ayrılan yatak fazla gıcırdıyor.

The building is located in a unpleasant area and the building itself is not very welocoming. Even the parking is free on the street, the street itself looks bad and there where a lot of shady caracters walking around including some night working ladies doing their job on the street.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Ev ve evin içindeki imkanlar gayet yeterliydi. Yakındaki avm nin kapalı otoparkına bıraktık aracımızı. Ev sahibinin iletişimi iyiydi. Eve giriş talimatları çok açıklayıcıydı.
Evde sivri sinek avına çıktık. bütün çamlar kapalı olmasına rağmen banyoya her girdiğimizde sivri sinek yakaladık. Sanırım havalandırmadan giriyor. Ev kenar mahalle diyebileceğimiz bir konumda. Gece yemek için çıktık dönerken her köşesinde başında kadınlar ve onlar için duran arabalar, adamlar vardı. Hiç güvenli hissetmedik. Tatil dönüşü dinlenmek amacıyla 1 geceliğine rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Konuma çok dikkat etmedim o yüzden. Böyle olduğunu bilseydim ve selanik'i gezme amacıyla gelseydim tercih etmezdim.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Отличная квартира, небольшая, но чистая и уютная. Есть все необходимое. На окраине города, поэтому нет проблем с парковкой и пробками по дорогам. Рядом большой Moll, что очень удобно для покупок. Доброжелательность хозяйки - это особенный бонус Машину припарковали прямо перед домом, что очень удобно. Мы не заметили там никакой опасности, нормальный район, просто не в центре, мы прогулялись вечером, нет проблем. Мы вернемся туда снова, если будем в Салониках.

Mutfağındaki olanaklar çok yeterliydi. Ayrıca çok yakınında içinde büyük bir süpermarket bulunan büyük bir alışveriş merkezi vardı. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Uvece je naselje mračno ako se ide pešaka.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Clean, tidy little apartment, convenient for a stop-over or short stay just outside Thessaloniki. Great communication with the owner, who was very helpful. A little mall down the road is useful. Easy to find street parking around the building. Would stay here again.
The area has a few wholesale retailers, as it is outside the city centre, so it can get quite busy with large deliveries. The bathroom doesn't have a lock.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Not in the city center but great location if you have a car because it has a lot of free street parking around, One Salonica shopping centre is 2 min walk from the apartment. The space is nicely decorated, everything was very clean, beds were comfortable. The washing machine was a nice bonus, and you can dry your clothes on a nice big balcony.
The bathroom was a bit small but very clean so it was not a problem.

Parking je na ulici i zavisi da li ćete se snaći. ima 2 klima uređaja u dve prostorije što je super, ali obe duvaju tako da ne mogu da rade kada ste tu trebate da spavate, a stan je topao. Internet je ne malo slabiji pogotovo ako ste na terasi.

Reviewed May 29, 2026αρκετά άνετο κρεβάτι και καναπές-κρεβάτι.
1ον Δεν είχε έστω ένα νεράκι να πιούμε, οκ δεν περιλαμβάνεται. 2ον στην καταχώρηση ΤΟΝΙΖΕΤΑΙ ότι διαθέτει πάρκινγκ. Περιμένεις να είναι κάποιο στην πιλοτή. Ήταν άλλωστε ο κύριος λόγος που το κλείσαμε. Το παρκάρισμα είναι στο δρόμο και παρόλο που μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι ο χώρος μπροστά είναι της οικοδομής, εννοείται πως δεν ισχύει φυσικά και παρκάραμε απέναντι. Δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αλλά ήταν παραπλανητική η καταχώριση. Το ότι μας το είπε η κυρία αφού είχαμε κλείσει το δωμάτιο εκ των υστέρων είναι άχρηστο. Ούτε η περιοχή μας προβλημάτισε λόγω της ιδιαιτερότητας που έχει. Το κύριο πρόβλημα που έκανε την εμπειρία κακή ήταν ότι όλες μα όλες οι πετσέτες μπάνιου και προσώπου μύριζαν αυτή την παλιακή κλεισούρα τόσο πολύ που κάναμε μπάνιο και απλά περιμέναμε να στεγνώσουμε.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Ulaşımı kolaydı. Tesis sahibi gerekli yönlendirmeleri fazlasıyla yaptı. Tesisin yok ama sokakta otopark yeri bulabildik. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Özellikle tesis sahibine teşekkür ederim. Benim eleştirim booking.com a olacak. Öderken 68 euro yazıyor ama kartımızdan 80 euro çekildi. Tesisle iletişime geçtik. Mevcut durumun devlet vergisi olduğunu kendileriyle bir ilgisinin olmadığını ve istersek ücretsiz iptal konusunda yardımcı olacakları söylediler. Geç geldiğimiz için iptal etmedik ancak bu durumun booking tarafından bilgilendirilmesi lazım. 12 euro fazladan verdik. Sitede bu durum belirtilseydi farklı alternatifler bakabilirdik.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The apartment is new, clean, and well equipped. The extendable sofa has a real mattress, which is very comfortable. The terrace is large, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. A shopping mall is conveniently located nearby. The communication with the host was fast.
There was no third chair on the terrace or inside the apartment, which was inconvenient for the third adult when we were sitting and talking outside on the balcony. The apartment is also far from the city center, although this is clear before booking. The neighborhood feels unpleasant.

Μόλις έβγαινες από τη πολυκατοικία περπατούσαν Ποντίκια.το σπίτι νοικιάστηκε για 3ατομα..τα οποία δεν χωρούσαν και ποδοπατιομασταν.δεν ήταν άνετο για 3ατομα.η περιοχή είναι πάρα πολύ κακη.δεν μπορείς να περπατήσεις με ασφαλεια

Reviewed May 8, 2026Lucky, the parking is infront of the appartement. A bit far for the town but in the zone ancient industries. Around the area doesn't not beautiful as in the downtown but it's quite and silent ( excellent for sleeping). There's a super market near by. It was very easy to come back at the appartement by taxi at night and in the morning you can take the metro to the city.

Apartamentul in care am stat a avut ferestrele spre stradă, si peste noapte zgomotul de la mașini a fost deranjant, chiar daca am inchis si obloanele.

Η επικοινωνία ήταν απλή, ξεκάθαρη και άψογη από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Όλα κύλησαν όπως πρέπει και πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!

The Host Tatiana was so polite and help us with all the details we need, also she make the couch for us into bed. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. There was a TV which did work and a big balcony. There were even two complimentary coffees left for us, so polite. The location is a bit sketchy but it’s convenient and very close to the mall and to the center. If you are only girls traveling alone, pls be safe. Otherwise, we absolutely loved it. Parking was very easy to find right in front of the building.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The location is great we had parking right in front of the building. The sofa in the living room can comfortably fit a tall guy (like me :)) or 2 "human" size ppl :) The host is super helpful and welcoming.
The opened sofa occupied pretty much the entire room. There is no dinning table, and that countertop on the photos there in the living room is pretty much non-existent either.

Αρκετή φασαρία από κίνηση στον δρόμο, σε γενικές γραμμές η ηχομόνωση θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Άναψα το θερμοσίφωνα με βάση τις οδηγίες από τον πίνακα που είχε και ένδειξη με μαρκαδόρο και 1.30 ώρα μετά δεν είχα ζεστό νερό. Σε μπόρεσα να κάνω ούτε ντους

К апартаментам и персоналу вопросов нет. На все запросы отвечали быстро и содержательно.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατη . Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν απίστευτα άνετο.
Δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα , όλα ήταν ικανοποιητικά.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Καινούργιο διαμέρισμα με βασικές παροχές, άνετο κρεβάτι άνετος καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι.Εύκολο πάρκινγκ (βρίσκεις εύκολα θέσεις στο δρόμο).
Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου που μόλις μπήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα δεν είχαν πάρει τα σκουπίδια, το κρεβάτι ήταν άστρωτο και το πάτωμα (στο δωμάτιο) ήταν ελαφρώς βρώμικο. Επίσης, η τουαλέτα μύριζε (η λεκάνη). Όσον αφορά τη τοποθεσία, το βράδυ στη γωνία απέναντι από τη πολυκατοικία υπήρχαν ιερόδουλες. Κακόφημη περιοχή. Στο δρόμο κάτω από τη πολυκατοικία υπήρχαν προφυλακτικά πεταμένα. Επίσης, η πόρτα της κεντρικης εισόδου της πολυκατοικίας ήταν χαλασμένη και ναι μεν έκλεινε αλλά αν την έσπρωχνε κάποιος με το χέρι του την άνοιγε.
