Reviewed Sep 17, 2025L'appartement est parfait, il est très confortable, spacieux, propre et il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires. L'hôte a été disponible et réactif et nous a même aidé à trouver une place de stationnement à proximité. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé dans Kalamata, la vieille ville est juste à côté avec énormément de restaurants. Tout était parfait, nous avons adoré les 2 jours passés dans cet appartement!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά !!! Το studio είναι στην παλιά πόλη της Καλαμάτας σε ήσυχο δρόμο και τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου (καφέ φαγητό μπάρ) χωρίς να χρειάζεται να πάρεις αυτοκίνητο .

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Kalamata, a due passi ci sono le fermate per il bus 1 che porta alla spiaggia. Appartamento semplice, ma funzionale, dotato di tutto l'occorrente: lavatrice, stendino, asse e ferro da stiro oltre che tutto il necessario per la cucina. C'è un balconcino dove poter stendere, con anche un tavolino e sedie pieghevoli.
La posizione se da una parte era comoda perché centrale, dall'altra essendo in pieno centro e su una strada era veramente caotica, con rumori molesti tutta la notte, tra auto con musica a manetta, motorini e vociare fino la mattina (ho trascorso 10 notti ed era sempre così). Il bagno era cieco, senza finestra e la cappa di caldo che si creava era insopportabile.

The location is not good. It's very noisy. The town is very busy and doesn't feel like a resort. It is difficult to find a parking space. There were cockroaches in the apartment. The furniture is depreciated and does not look clean. The hosts are friendly but do not speak English.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2023The owner is very friendly, he even carried my luggage up the stairs. You have literally everything you need in the apartment. Even cold water and juice upon arrival. The apartment is spacious. The location is great! Close to the historical city centre with many nice cafés and restaurants.
It wasn't mentioned that the apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator. Everything is mostly clean but the bathroom wasn't. The washing machine is not reliable concerning the centrifuge. Third line communication, so not with the owner directly. It does go fast through, but still. The bed looks nice, big and comfortable, but it's unfortunately not comfortable for me. I had back pain in the morning.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2022We absolutely recommend this majestic place. Right in the old city center located, only 30 minutes walk to the sea. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, good facilities. Well-equipped kitchenette, everything available to make something simple; the owners are very frendly and supportive - we realy enjoed whole week in Oskar appartments! We hope, we could come again…
