The rooms were comfy and fully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is really central, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, great value for money.

The only downside was parking — spaces can be a bit hard to find in the evening, so it's worth keeping that in mind and arriving early if you're driving.

K2 Suites è ormai diventato il nostro punto di riferimento per quando decidiamo di passare una serata e pernottare a Kalamata. Molto centrale, ma tranquillo, appartamenti bene ammobiliati e attrezzatii. Sia la porta d’entrata dell’edificio che quella degli appartamenti si aprono tramite un codice che viene inviato il giorno del check-in. Non c’è pericolo quindi di perdere le chiavi. I contatti con l’host sono stati sempre stati ottimi ogni volta che siamo andati e caratterizzati da risposte veloci, gentilezza e disponibilità. Ancora una volta possiamo solo consigliare K2 Suites per chi vuole effettuare un breve soggiorno a Kalamata.

Apartment is located on level 1 of the building. Upon the entry there is a set of staircase which is a bit challenging for our suitcases.

Good modern and clean room, central location, next to kiosks, restaurants and everything else you need. Easy connection with beach by bus, stop is just 3 minute walk. The cosmetics provided by the host are really good. Instructions from the host are very clear.

The pressure of shower could have been better. And the sound isolation is not perfoect, I not a light sleeper so it was ok for me.

Een hele kille ruimte. Erg lawaaierig. De schoonmaakster maakte erg veel lawaai. Geen leuk verblijf.

Very modern rooms, with all necessary facilities. Perfect location in the city center, beach easily reachable by car. Beds very comfortable. Communication by message with the host was great, he provided plenty of very useful information on his own initiative, and replied very quickly to any question.

All was very good, we just had to open the window in one of the rooms upon our arrival to get fresh air

Υπήρχε μια μικρή μυρωδιά απτο κλιματιστικό, το οποίο ίσως είναι από τη συντήρηση των φίλτρων (αλλά δεν είμαι ειδικός). Επιπρόσθετα ως σουίτα θα ήταν ωραίο να είχε 2 νερά στο ψυγείο και να υπάρξει μια μικρή βελτίωση στη καθαριότητα καθώς ο καναπές είχε πάνω τρίχες και το μπαλκόνι δεν φάνηκε να είναι καθαρισμένο.

Ótimos apartamentos privados em Kalamata. Check in automático e ótima localização. Ótimo custo benefício. Vale a pena. Voltarei com certeza

Very well located in the centre of the city, walkable distance to the two main squares, shops and restaurants. Well designed, modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds. We are light sleepers but slept well both nights.

Small additions could make a big difference: A second chair in the room since it's rented to two people, a tea towel by the sink, some salt, pepper and oil for food.

Badezimmer nicht ganz sauber. Kalkreste im Waschbecken und Dusche. Essensreste im Kühlschrank. Zigarettenreste auf dem Balkon. Schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!! Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο! Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Κάποια στιγμή που χρειαστήκαμε βοήθεια, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν άμεσος και αποτελεσματικός!

Δεν έχει ασανσέρ, αλλά είναι στον α όροφο.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I come to Greece every year and understand beds are a lot firmer here but this was next level hard. There was blonde hair stuck on one of the knives in the cutlery drawer - I have brown hair and my husband is bald so it couldn’t be us. The shower was extremely awkward to use as the wall was sticking out where the water came out so you had to squish in a small gap to actually get in the water. There was also mould in the corner of the shower - this may be a common thing where the silicon is so not sure if that’s a bad thing.

Posizione centralissima, ampia stanza con un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Bagno piccolo ma essenziale con set da bagno. Un bel balcone su cui rilassarsi. Bellissima la macchina nespresso con cialde a disposizione. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ottimo il check-out a mezzogiorno

Lovely apartment. Clean, well proportioned. Even a coffee machine, pods and cream. Good location for restaurants and bars. Only 890m from bus station (hourly busses to airport)

Δεν ήταν επαρκώς καθαρισμένο. Ηταν εμφανή τα σημεία που δεν καθαρισμένα κουζίνα μπάνιο ντουλάπες είχαν στίγματα και σημάδια πως δεν είχε καθαριστεί

Ήταν κοντά στην παλιά πόλη.

Δεν ήταν το δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε. Η κουρτίνα ήταν βρώμικη, (είχε 2 λεκέδες σαν ξερό αίμα), 2 από τα 5 προϊόντα ατομικής περιποίησης ήταν άδεια και 1 χρησιμοποιημένο. Υπήρχε μία καρέκλα μόνο στον πάγκο του δωματίου οπότε όταν θέλαμε να φάμε κάτι ο ένας καθόταν στο κρεβάτι. Επίσης η γειτονιά είχε τεράστιο πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα.

The accommodation was comfortable, though very high tech (see also below), with automatic shutters and an enormous television.

There was only one cup (which needed freeing of an old coffee ring), no saucers, no tea towel, and a coffee machine that required at least a master's degree in IT and/or quantum physics.

Το concept είναι καλό.

Καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου. Βρίσκαμε ψίχουλα παντού στο πάτωμα. Μπορεί να ήταν ατυχές περιστατικό και μεμονωμένο. Αν έχεις αμάξι δεν βρίσκεις με τίποτα parking στη γειτονιά. Επίσης αν έχεις μικρά παιδιά δεν ενδείκνυται. Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ και είναι πρόβλημα με τις αποσκευές.

Πολύ μεγάλο το δωμάτιο & το μπάνιο, πεντακάθαρο & σε καλή τοποθεσία.

Ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ενδείκνυται για δύο άτομα γιατί αποτελείται από ξεχωριστά πρόσθετα κομμάτια και η μετακίνηση των κομματιών δημιουργούν κενά που κάνουν τον ύπνο άβολο.

Poor view onto abandoned building, little natural light - you choose this stay for the convenience, not the view Parking not extremely easy during the day and evening; you may end up parking 10 minutes walking distance e.g. on Artemidos street on busy evenings - it was not an issue for me unless you need to load/unload. But people start to leave the centre after 11pm so you may have a good chance of finding empty spots right in front of the door or immediate surroundings. I would have preferred an in-person welcome and contact, but that's just my personal preference. Stairs to reach the apartments - might be an issue if you have heavy luggage.

Convenient location for the KTEL bus station and the central streets. Clean, well equipped. Easy to access using a PIN code. Good communication by text and clear instructions. Good to have both a kettle and a coffee maker. Comfortable.

Everything. Both the hearing and air conditioning worked exceptionally well.

This is a suggestion and does not take away from the rating. We stayed 4 nights and we wished there was an option at checking to pay for an extra set of towels for all the guest.

A bit hard for parking and narrow roads

Δεύτερη φορά που επιλέξαμε το K2 suites για την διαμονή μας, σε λίγες μέρες! Και θα το επιλέξουμε πάλι σε ένα από τα επόμενα ταξίδια μας.

Μας άρεσαν όλα.

La ubicación bastante bien, cerca de la zona de tiendas pero en zona tranquila.

Echo en falta una mesa y dos silla para desayunar, hay mucho espacio en la habitación para ponerlas, tuvimos que traer las de la terraza.

Στο κέντρο της πόλης σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, το κ2 suites είναι ένα ιδανικό κατάλυμα για διαμονή. Καθαρό, μοντέρνας αισθητικής, όμορφα επιπλωμένο, κρυφούς φωτισμους, με ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος. (Ακόμα και σιδερώστρα!) Στα συν για εμάς, η καφετιέρα με δικές της κάψουλες. Άνετο στρώμα και έξτρα μαξιλάρια. Δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το ιστορικό κέντρο της Καλαμάτας.

Λίγο δύσκολο το παρκάρισμα το ΣΚ αλλά βρίσκεις έστω και λίγο πιο μακριά. Ολα μας άρεσαν.

Very good location. In the heart of the city but still quiet and peaceful place. Clean sheets, good bathing cosmetics. Bed is very comfortable. I like the check in control. Very convenient. Great communication with the host.

It needs better maintenance as for cleaning. All the surfaces as night stands, table, kitchen cabinets and drawers need to be cleaned regularly. There were stains and dust.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et bien équipé. Bien situé pour l´accès au centre-ville. Laverie automatique pas très loin qui a bien depanné.

le gros problème vient de l´insonorisation : la place où est situé l´hôtel est assez animée, notamment un bar juste en dessous de l´hôtel. Ils criaient tellement forts qu´on les croyait dans la chambre. Ensuite tout le monde s´est réveillé en sursaut à 5h du matin par un camion.

Ακόμα καλύτερη ήταν η εξυπηρέτηση που είχαμε καθώς στα 10 λεπτά αφότου κάναμε την κράτηση μας ήρθε μήνυμα του ιδιοκτήτη στο οποίο αναγραφόταν που μπορούμε να βρούμε πράγματα όπως: Πάρκινγκ Πλυντήρια ρούχων Μαγαζιά για φαγητό κ.α. Ακόμα και links που μας έδειχναν τις τοποθεσίες τους

View from the room

To spend New Year's Eve and stay overnight in Kalamata, we were looking for an apartment close to the center but at the same time quiet. We found K2 Suites and were impressed by the comments and photos. Our experience was very positive. The area is very quiet, just about 200 meters from the pedestrian area and the old town. As soon as you walk through the front door, you immediately get the impression that this is a very well-maintained property. The flat is spotless and has everything you need for a short stay. Excellent Wi-Fi reception and air conditioning and heating. Parking can be found in the adjacent streets or there are some public car parks about 300 meters away. The host replied very quickly to all our requests and always found a solution. For those who have never been to Kalamata, he also provided numerous tips on what to do and see in the city. The K2 Suites property is definitely recommended.

Super leuk en schoon appartement midden in het stadscentrum en van alle gemakken voorzien zoals kitchenette koffie apparaat en een hele goede föhn 😀. Vriendelijke host die ons vooraf van veel info heeft voorzien. Wij waren hier 4 nachten en ik vond het een top verblijf!

Well appointed modern apartments with a very helpful host and door codes which is a great idea for short stay rentals like these avoiding the hassle of key pick ups and lock boxes.

Es un apartamento perfectamente situado en el centro de Kalamata, buen tamaño y con equipamiento para estar súper cómodos. No se si fue suerte pero aparcamos al lado. Repetiría sin duda por la tranquilidad del barrio y cercanía a centro con bares y restaurantes, tiendas . A la plays se puede or en bus si no quieres mover coche o no tienes
