Sea View Studios, Harbour Beach, Bali

We supplied our own breakfast or ate in the tavernas a few steps away.One is directly below the rooms down a flight of steps.The rooms are overlooking the main harbour of Bali and sunbeds and table and chairs are supplied on the large balcony for use by customers,no charge.Each room has a separate partitioned area ,directly outside the patio doors,if you require privacy.

It is difficult to find fault with this accommodation as it is in a wonderful location,surrounded by all you need for a compact holiday and at a great price.

Расположение, терасса, на которой встречали рассветы, закаты,завтракали, ужинали, близкое море, таверна под терассой, большое колличество магазинчиков.

Для нас был первый опыт, когда заселялись не через рецепшен, а по звонку инфотелефона и озвучиванием номера нашей комнаты. Дверь была открыта, ключ в двери. Диалог на английском( не владею), это причинило небольшой стресс. Хотелось бы в номер микроволновку.

Nice terrace for breakfast. Great vieuw, close to the beach.

Toilet flushed good once every 30 minutes (room 5). Also shower is so small the curtain is against you.

Very clean, with the cleaner very helpful every day. The main balcony area has lovely views. Host made check-in extremely easy. A very good place to stay.

The view from the terrace, comfortable bed and very clean. Good communication with the owner but never saw them. Lovely restaurant below the apartments would certainly recommend.

The steps down to the apartment. It would have been useful to know in advance as we arrived in the dark. We had a great taxi driver who helped us with a heavy case

Georgios was a very kind and attentive host. When I arrived by bus and the mini tourist train did not arrive on time, he came to give me a ride to the studios and helped with my suitcase. Additionally, I accidentally left my watch on the beach and he made sure the taverna found it- very grateful. The location was perfect - right by the beach. The rooms were exceptionally clean.

The property was absolutely immaculate, with an excellent sea view, on the beach & walking distance to restaurants & shops. The room had everything I needed and extremely comfortable. The owners were super friendly and responded to any questions I had promptly. I have a wonderful time, I would highly recommend staying here & will be returning!

Ich kann nur das bewerten, was ich gebucht habe. Haben aus persönlichen Gründen den Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Die hinteren Zimmer sind eigentlich nicht zu vermieten. Auf dem Balkon hat man permanent die Abluft aus der Taverne nebenan und Geräusche der Klimaanlagen. Der Sandwichmaker wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Stromkabel war lose und die Toastfläche war total hinüber. WLAN ging in dem hinteren Bereich nicht.

Emplacement idéal, réactivité des hôtes pour répondre aux questions. Propreté impeccable, je recommande cet endroit pour des vacances dépaysantes, la terrasse privée offre un endroit privilégié afin d'admirer le paysage et de se sentir au cœur des activités à proximité en couple ou en famille. Endroit assez touristique afin d'avoir tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances mais non surpeuplé par rapport à d'autres zones étouffantes. Foncez!!

The convenience of having direct access to the beach and convenience stores and excursions and a variety of restaurants.

Nous étions dans un studio qui donne sur une terrasse commune avec vue sur la mer. La baie très protégé permet de se baigner même les jours de grand vent.

La plage complètement squattée par les transats d'où l'intérêt de la terrasse commune. Pas toujours évident de se garer.

Расположение отличное, ежедневнвя уборка, смена белья 1 раз в 3 дня. Большая терасса с видом на пляж, лежаки, зонтики. Можно скупаться на пляже и подняться на терасу загорать, чтобы не платить на пляже за зонтик ( 15€).. Рядом магазины, рестораны, супермаркеты. Море прекрасное. Спасибо за возможность отдохнуть 🥰.

Вытяжные трубы из ресторана на 1 этаже очень сильно дымили. Сидеть на трассе иногда было невозможно, особенно вечером. Но это наверное везде, где есть поблизости ресторан или кафе. Так что это можно пережить)))

Привітний господар та персонал, допомагали вирішувати всі питання, які виникали, щоб зробити відпочинок для нас максимально приємним і комфортним.. Чиста , затишна кімната, в якій є всі побутові речі для гарного відпочинку. Щоденне прибирання та періодична заміна білизни. Зручне розташування. Поруч пляж, магазини, кафе. Затишна тераса з видом на море та зручними лежаками. Дякуємо за гарний відпочинок, обов'язково повернемось.

Drzwi od pokoju się nie zamykały od środka Spłuczka od wc nie działała i nie można było korzystać z toalety, dodatkowo klapa była otwierana na sznurek.. Brak podstawowych kosmetyków, o których była mowa w opisie, tj mydło czy żel pod prysznic Po 1 nocy przenieśliśmy się do innego hotelu, pani właścicielka stwierdziła, że możemy spuszczać wodę w wc wiadrem 🙃

Отдыхали 2 недели начало сентября,расположение и соотношение цена качество это плюсы.Уборка и персонал и владельцы очень хорошо..

Минусов не мало,к сожалению.Ванная комната маленькая и неудобная,вода выливается на пол и в итоге все плавает.Кухня имела сковороду,на которой нельзя жарить,так как она имела поврежденное покрытие,купили новую и оставили там..Эти апартаменты для очень непревередливых туристов или на короткий срок. По честному плюс только расположение !

Location is amazing, there is good balcony in front of rooms. Beach and restaurant is one minute away

We arrived late afternoon to find that the aircon wasn't working, front door was not closing, bathroom window was faulty and insects coming in, asked for 2 beds and we got one, the place was rundown and had a bad feel, we asked for another room but told that wes all booked and as it is the end of the season there are a few things that needed attention. We had a terrible night, the bed was uncomfortable and too short, we ended up booking another accommodation and left, a re-found was refused.

The view on the terrace was wonderful and the whole vibe was amazing.

Terasa imensa cu o priveliște superba spre port, confortul oferit, zona cu multe facilități și gazdele minunate au devenit amintiri prețioase legate de Sea View Studios.

Sicuramente è comoda per chi cerca un soggiorno sedentario al porto di Bali. Tutti i negozi e i servizi sono vicini e l'accesso alla spiaggia è immediato. Pulizia impeccabile e personale gentile e discreto. Bel terrazzo con vista mare.

Il bagno purtroppo è cieco e senza ventilazione. La zanzariera sarebbe da aggiustare e manca un sistema di scuri, al di là di una tendina leggera che però garantisce a malapena un po' di privacy (contando che la porta finestra affaccia su un terrazzo comune, frequentato dagli altri ospiti a tutte le ore)

Puiki lokacija kaimo širdyje - iki paplūdimio 1min., šalia tavernos, parduotuvės. Kambariai ganėtinai erdvūs, yra patogios spintos, komodos, įrengta maža virtuvė, patogūs lauko baldai, gerai veikia kondicionieriai - puikūs ekoniminės klasės apartamentai.

Triukšminga aplinka (aplinkui tavernos, muzika, technikos triukšmas) - reikia suprasti, kad šitoje kaimo dalyje kitaip nebūna :)

Leuke ligging midden in Bali. Mooi terras met uitzicht over de zee en haven Een erg complete kamer waarin alles voor handen is. Wordt top gepoetst.

Ben gewend dat Griekse eigenaren je begroeten, nu ging alles via internet wat ik erg onpersoonlijk vindt en ook niet gewend ben in Bali! En een keer vonden we onze kamer open! Niet afgesloten na het poetsen, dat was ff schrikken! Je kunt lastig parkeren en het is lastig slepen met je koffers over alle trappen.

Super Lage. Direkt am Strand und noch richtig griechisch.

Les vistes són una meravella, l'aire condicionat funciona molt bé i la neteja és fa diàriament. Hi ha llocs per comprar i menjar molt a prop.

Els llits són durs i la cuina és minúscula, de fet és un fogó que per fer-ho anar has de treure del marbre la cafetera i l'escorredor dels plats perquè no hi ha un altre espai. Sort de poder tenir una taula per esmorzar a la terrassa perquè a l'habitació no hi havia perquè no hi cabia.

Ottima posizione, vicina a supermercati e ristoranti. Praticamente sulla spiaggia, comoda e accogliente. Vista mare pazzesca.

Il letto matrimoniale fatto da due letti singoli. Il bagno piccolo e poco confortevole.

Amazing view, really good spot for us as we love the harbour area. Owners and cleaner exceptionally helpful. Allowed us a late checkout… thank you!

My only gripe was the beds were not that comfortable and did struggle to sleep all week on them. Also, bathrooms (mainly shower) could do with updating. I have a thing about shower curtains and not much room to manoeuvre in there. However, following the first night and a few issues the owner and cleaner helped us move to another room which was better.

The property is beach front at the Bali harbour with a massive patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas for all guests. We spent so much tie on the beach, swimming and relaxing as there are umbrella's available to take to the beach. The restaurants are nearby and we enjoyed the Crete cuisine and all the staff at any restaurant was very friendly with free Raki and fruit after the meal for hydration at most restaurants. There are many water activities and sights to explore. The views from all were amazing and our hosts were great and really helpful, the fellow guests were amazing and friendly. We will definitely go back to Julia and Georgios Sea view studios when we go back to Crete. Crete is absolutely a stunning Island.

There is nothing I didn't like, their public busses are very easy to cheap fares, comfortable, airconditioned.

Nous avons adoré l'appartement vue mer. Idéalement situé. Pratiquement les pieds dans l'eau. Giorgos est aux petits soins. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable en Crète. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We loved the view from the terrace, the proximity to the beach, village centre and restaurants! Room was clean and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful, we will definitely be back.

The location was amazing ! It was steps from the beach in the middle of the bay . Spectacular mountains topped with mist to the right and the little jetty to the left . Tavernas were tastefully arranged around the village in a traditional setting . The beach was sandy and calm water ,although early in the year I enjoyed swimming it was not too cold. The little apartment was perfect ,everything needed for cooking ,comfy bed ,hot shower ,key operated safe . Lots of fresh white towels ,all super clean thanks to the lovely Anna . Georgios was really helpful with general info . I felt very comfortable and at home .

La vue, l'emplacement très proche de la plage, les équipements de l'appartenance, la gentillesse et la réactivité des propriétaires, ainsi que d'Anna, la dame de ménage.

Manque peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisine: saladier, économe...

I met Jackie at 15:00 at their huge terrasse overlooking the harbour beach. Had room 5 with the twin beds. Really nice place to stay - and with good restaurant just downstairs. Really enjoyed this place - small kitchen - with what you need

Great location only steps from a great restaurant & close to beach & shops. Easy parking nearby. Parking tip- when driving down the hill, once you see “Harbour Cafe” on your right the parking & entrance steps is immediately after it on the right. See photos attached

Rooms a tad small but a great spot

Хорошие апартаменты. Прямо на берегу. Нам повезло и достался номер побольше, хоть и без вида на море, но со свое персональной террасой. Номер состоял из спальни и кухни с обеденным столом (как бы 2 комнаты). Уборка каждый день. Смена полотенец каждые 3 дня. Общая для гостей терраса шикарная. Лежаки, зонтики бесплатно. Можно лежать в тишине и спускаться на пляж купаться. На террасе народу почти никогда не было. Есть чайник, холодильник, плитка для готовки. Wifi нормальный. На террасе тоже доставал, но сигнал был послабее. Работать можно. Машину парковала не рядом, а на парковке дальше в 3 минутах ходьбы. Место всегда было.

Расположение просто 💯 из десяти. Пара ступенек и ты в ресторане. Ещё пара, - пляж. На общей террасе шезлонги и зонты для всех гостей. Уборка номера каждый день. Замена белья, каждый третий день.

Размер номера не соответствует описанию на сайте. Вместо указанных двадцати квадратов, не больше десяти. Для стола и стульев там также нет места, хотя на сайте указано, что есть гостиный уголок.

Seules trois chambres ont directement accès à la terrasse. Ce n'était pas le cas de la nôtre. En effet, une fois sur le balcon nous pouvions voir la mer. Mais il a fallu laisser la fenêtre un permanence fermée car en face il y avait la cheminée de la cuisine du restaurant et entre les odeurs de cuisine et le bruit des moteurs des extracteurs de fumée et le bruit du groupe frigorifique, impossible de profiter de l'air extérieur. Du coups, nous avons écourté notre séjour.
