Wow! What a wonderful and truly special hotel. We had an amazing experience from the moment we made our reservation until the moment we left. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a little tour of the hotel, and immediately felt so welcome and in good hands. The level of service is simply exceptional. The staff are always available, attentive, kind and caring, with a smile and a genuine sense that they truly want you to have the best possible experience. The hotel is beautiful - small, intimate, tastefully designed, spotless and aesthetically stunning. But beyond its beauty, there is something about this place that is hard to put into words - an atmosphere of peace, warmth and tranquility that simply surrounds you. You feel it everywhere, including by the pool. Even though we are not really “pool people,” we found ourselves spending hours there, simply because of the wonderful sense of calm and serenity. That same feeling is present throughout the entire hotel. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. And the breakfast - wow! One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had: fresh, delicious, nourishing and wonderfully varied, with plenty of options for vegans as well. Freshly baked bread, excellent salads, and delicious savory and sweet pastries, with a different selection each day. The light food available to order throughout the day is also excellent - delicious, beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend taking an early morning walk to Karavostasi Beach - it’s about a 15-minute walk along a beautiful route, and it’s well worth getting there before the beach gets busy. Most of all, a huge thank you to Nisan and the entire amazing team. You can truly feel the care, thought and deep attention to detail that goes into everything they do. We had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing and nourishing holiday on every level.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, täglich neue Varianten dabei. Frisch zubereitet, das Brot wird frisch gebacken und ist noch warm. Fruchtsäfte, Käse, Früchte und auch diverse Salate gibt es!

nicht viel, ich würde den Tisch auf dem Balkon verkleinern. Der Nachttisch reicht eigentlich aus. Somit bleibt ein wenig mehr platz. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu jammern.

The decor was modern yet sympathetic to a traditional green style. The spiral staircase and different levels added character and interest to the design. The pool area was gorgeous and the additional sun terrace on the top floor was such a bonus.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden! Vielleicht wäre ein eigener Strand oder zumindest Liegen am Strand die man nutzen könnte noch ein Bonus

We stayed here for 8 nights, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were greeted with welcome drinks, shown around straight away, and the hospitality throughout our stay was amazing. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything is beautiful, clean, and very well thought out. There is a lovely outdoor pool with sunbeds, as well as a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. One of the things we loved most was how peaceful and intimate the hotel felt. Since there aren’t that many rooms, it never felt crowded, and quite often it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms are quite compact, but they are very tastefully designed and have everything you need. We also had a lovely sea view. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of food and some items changing every day. Freshly baked bread, fresh juices, and lots of different options — we genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning. But the best part of the whole experience was definitely the staff and the people running the hotel. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, and they really made our stay special. We loved our time here and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Zoe Boutique Hotel rundum zufrieden und haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre und die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Hotel ist komplett renoviert und alles ist auf einem modernen und sehr hochwertigen Stand – vom Hotel selbst über die Zimmer bis hin zum tollen Poolbereich. Unser Zimmer war modern und sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte Meerblick. Was wir außerdem unbedingt erwähnen möchten, sind der Besitzer und das gesamte Team. Eine solche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit erlebt man wirklich selten. Man merkt einfach, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und lecker und auch der Cocktail des Tages war immer eine schöne Überraschung. Praktisch fanden wir auch, dass es einen Fitnessraum gibt und wir mit unserem Mietwagen immer problemlos einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel gefunden haben. Für uns hat hier einfach alles gepasst und es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden das Zoe Boutique Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!

I had a wonderful stay at Zoé Boutique Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They responded promptly and thoughtfully to each of my requests throughout my stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, and the service is of excellent quality. The breakfast was an absolute delight, with a different selection depending on the day, which made each morning a real pleasure. The outdoor areas are beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the rooftop pool and the jacuzzi, which were the perfect places to unwind. If I come back to Bali, I would definitely not hesitate to stay at Zoé Boutique Hotel again. Highly recommended!

Mooi ligging vlakbij het strand, activiteiten en restaurants maar toch rustig. Ontspannen sfeer, ook in het hoogseizoen. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel met persoonlijke benadering, niets is teveel gevraagd.

L' accueil les repas l' excellent petit déjeuner. La proximité des plages et des commerces. La jeune fille à la réception est efficace et réactive à nos demandes. Jeu et livres à disposition. Le monsieur au petit déjeuner qui parle français très sympa et bienveillant. C est un endroit cosy. Le ménage réalisé tous les jours avec soin et discrétion.

Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt. Ein super schönes Hotel, alles sauber und gepflegt und vor allem ein mega liebes, herzliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Man merkt einfach, dass die Gäste hier wirklich willkommen sind. Für uns war alles top – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay, the room with hot tub is amazing. The hotel areas (especially upper terrace) are very well-designed and cozy. Really appreciated the work of staff, they are all nice people, very attentive and thoughtful, special thanks to Yorgos for taking care of us 😊 We would like to come back!

Wspaniałe miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością będziemy wracać! Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – piękny i czysty pokój, dbałość o każdy szczegół oraz niezwykle miły i pomocny personel. Właściciele są cudownymi, serdecznymi ludźmi, dzięki którym od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się jak w domu. Byliśmy naprawdę zaopiekowani i mogliśmy w pełni cieszyć się pobytem. Z całego serca polecamy!

Parcheggio privato ma siete a due passi dal porto dove ci sono tutti i ristoranti.Dimenticavo….eccellenti i cocktail proposti!

Viešbutyje dirbantys žmonės išties paslaugūs ir besidomintys savo klientais, jei kyla klausimų.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Zoé Hôtel à Bali, en Crète. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur mer, vraiment agréable. La chambre est un peu petite, mais cela reste un détail mineur face à tout le reste. Le personnel est parfait, aux petits soins du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout est fait maison. On peut même déjeuner sur place le midi, tout est apporté avec soin. Et puis il y a plein de petites attentions, de petites surprises, qui font vraiment plaisir tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour réussi en Crète.

Hôtel super pas trop grand. Le service était top. J’ai fais ma demande en mariage et j’ai pu préparer un bouquet de fleurs ainsi que quelques décorations avec l’aide du staff. Tres bon petit déjeuner et propreté impeccable. Rien à redire, nous reviendrons

Abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno da Zoe Boutique Hotel. Staff premuroso, gentile e simpatico, pulizia impeccabile della camera e di ogni ambiente comune. La nostra camera era pazzesca, al piano terra con accesso diretto in piscina dal nostro cortiletto, un paradiso! La colazione buonissima… non volevamo mai uscire dalla struttura! Ultimo ma non meno importante, Bali è in una posizione strategica se si vuole visitare l’isola a nord e sud.

Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait. Les chambres sont modernes et très confortables, l'hôtel est très propre. La piscine, le rooftop avec le jacuzzi magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, tout est frais et varié chaque jour. Et que dire du personnel, tout le monde est attentionné et aux petits soins. Je recommande +++.

Juste un petit bémol sur le balcon qui est très petit et qui a une vue sur la mer certes mais aussi sur la terrasse du club d'à côté

אתחיל מהסוף, אין מה לקרוא ביקורות, רוצו להזמין. החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לי אי פעם! ועכשיו מההתחלה: קבלת הפנים נהדרת. ניסן או אחד העובדים שלו קולטים אותך בקבלה עם כוס קוקטייל. יחס אישי, כולל סיור ברחבי המתחם. הכל נקי, מזמין ועיצוב פנים משגע. רמת הניקיון עולה על כל קני מידה אפשרי. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת וטרייה, כל יום היה מבחר אחר, והנוף מחדר האוכל שווה כל ביס! החדרים גדולים ונוחים, מגיעים עם אבזור מלא. וגולת הכותרת זה ניסן והצוות! הם מחייכים תמיד, שירותיים ומוכנים לתת את החוויה הטובה ביותר לאורח. הם דואגים לכל פרט קטן החל מהכריות ועד למנה אישית בארוחת הבוקר. הם ענו על כל שאלותינו בחיוך רחב, וניסו כמה שיותר לעזור. פשוט אין מילים. רוצו להזמין!

Понравилось абсолютно все - ежедневная уборка, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, чистый бассейн, отличная лаунж зона на крыше, возможность покупать прямо в отеле мороженное, пиво, коктейли, очень дружелюбный, позитивный и прекрасный владелец Нисан. Место в которое можно приехать на весь свой отпуск из 10-14 дней и вам не надоест. Вокруг много красивых бухт, самая зрелищная - Каравостаси, обязательно возьмите катамаран и справа обогните скалу и там вам откроется незабываемый райский остров. Мы катамаран затянули на берег и наслаждались этим диким островком несколько часов.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Zoé Boutique Hôtel : - le personnel est aux petits soins, nous n’avons manqué de rien. - nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse et accès direct à la piscine qui était au delà de nos attentes et à prix raisonnable. - la vue du rooftop est magnifique. - l’hôtel est suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir l’ensemble des voyageurs autour de la piscine et ailleurs. - le petit déjeuner est fait maison. Tout était très bon et varié! - l’hôtel propose une grande sélection de boissons, cocktails ainsi que quelques snacks. - les alentours sont sympas à découvrir avec de chouettes petits restos. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Can’t fault anything

Hôtel magnifique, très propre et staff incroyablement gentil et à l’écoute. Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à un cocktail de bienvenue tout en visitant l’hôtel. Il y a deux piscines, une grande en bas et une toute petite plus intimiste à l’étage. Le petit déjeuner propose un choix très varié! Nous avons eu des cocktails offerts, un voucher avait été déposé dans notre chambre la veille de notre départ! Nous avons également fait des massages de 30 min, idéal pour bien se détendre en vacances. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

You can really feel that they care about their guests. 🛌Room: absolutely lovely. We felt super cozy and secure at the same time. ⛲️Shared Areas: Everything is always clean. The Pool is perfect size for a cooldown from time to time. The rooftop is absolutely stunning view, nice Whirlpool - and in the small pool with seat on the top invites you to just stay in if you once tried. ❤️🥰We spend our honeymoon there and It was best decision to pick Zoes Boutique Hotel. We’d like to give 100 out of 10 points. Supermarkets, Shops with traditional greek items (also souvenirs) and tasty restaurants are all super close. 👩‍🍳 If you want to go to Bali, Zoes Boutique Hotel is the place to be. We love to come again.🫶😇🌷👍

The hotel was wonderful. Nice and warm welcome after a flight and drive. The room was clean and had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The owner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is near restaurants and two quiet small beaches. Breakfast was enjoyable and tasty. Just right.

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen in een wat rustiger stukje van Bali, met prachtig uitzicht en een geweldige ligging. Circa 5 minuutjes lopen naar een baai met zandstrand, en geweldige restaurants. Het hotel is rustig, heel schoon en er werd fantastisch voor ons gezorgd. Het ontbijt en de gastvrijheid waren super!

Natürlich! Hier ist die angepasste Version: Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen! Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende ausgezeichnet – das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück. Es war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Jeden Tag gab es neue Leckereien, sodass es nie langweilig wurde. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist erstklassig. Das absolute Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen. Außerdem gibt es ein Fitnessstudio, was das Angebot zusätzlich abrundet. Insgesamt ein Hotel, in dem einfach alles stimmt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

We loved everything about this place. The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the scrumptious breakfast, and the whole experience we had there. Absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve been to many places but this beat them all.

I had to think hard I would say for myself the pillows were too soft but that is a personal preference and difficult to cater for everyone’s preference in pillows !

L'hôtel est merveilleux et conforme aux photos. Très propre, calme, à taille humaine. Les installations sont agréables. La piscine me semblait petite sur les photos mais elle convient aux nombres de résidents et elle garde une température agréable tout le temps. Jacuzzi sur le toit appréciable et que dire des bains de soleil dans un petit bassin d'eau avec vue sur la mer, génial ! Ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel fut la qualité de l'accueil, des personnes de l'établissement toujours disponibles et bienveillantes. Petit déjeuner changeant tous les jours avec une cuisinière vraiment douée. Un régal varié ! Petite salle de gym au sous sol très appréciable également. Enfin l'emplacement est idéal à Bali car au milieu des plages (de 5 à 15min à pied) et des restaurants où nous n'avons jamais été déçus.

Rien à voir avec l'établissement donc aucun commentaire négatif sur cet établissement.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w tym hotelu, cały personel jest niesamowicie przyjazny i sprawia, że pobyt jest wyjątkowy.

Jeśli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić, to nasz pokój był dość mały i miał niewiele miejsca do przechowywania, jednak świetny widok i ładne wykończenie to rekompensowały.

Die Besitzer und das Hotelpersonal sind sehr zuvorkommend und Aufmerksam. Alles ist sauber und einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In den fünf Tagen die wir dort verbracht hatten, konnten wir richtig gut entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations — truly a 10/10 experience. The property is brand new, beautifully maintained, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly attentive, and we are deeply grateful for their care. We felt completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. The hotel provides fresh beach and pool towels daily, which was very convenient. The rooftop pool is stunning, and the courtyard pool is equally wonderful. Ice cream, water, and cocktails were available right on-site. The beach is just a 3‑minute walk away, with restaurants just few steps around. This is an absolutely amazing place that I will recommend to others — and I will definitely return myself.

Nothing, everything was just perfect

Recently returned from staying at the Zoe Hotel. It’s safe to say it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the warmth of the owners and staff. Everything about the hotel was calm and simply done but beautiful. Amazing breakfasts with an array of freshly baked bread, pastries, salads, fresh orange juice, literally everything you could wish for. The views on the roof are breathtaking. The calmness around the pool. All the little touches….. such as cooling fruit slushies brought to you around the pool. We are already wondering when we will go back!! Thank you Zoe Hotel.
