Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The rooms are spacious, and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A special thank you as well for the coffee and fresh fruit. The owner was always available and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. He contacted us in advance and gave us detailed instructions on how to check in. He even helped us find a pharmacy that was open at night.

He was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage in his office, as we had a late-evening flight and wanted to explore the city without carrying our bags around. Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It suited us to stay here, we appreciated the homely space as an overnight stay after a very late flight being so close to the airport and we were so grateful that the host gave us a lift to the airport the next morning to collect our hire car.
It was a little bit dated and the bathroom was tiny but it served its purpose.

Είχε πολύ θόρυβο από τα αεροπλάνα. Εμείς το κλείσαμε κυρίως για να έχουμε χώρο πάρκινγκ αλλά οι χώροι ήταν τρεις για τέσσερα διαμερίσματα οπότε όταν γυρίσαμε από την βόλτα μας δεν είχαμε να παρκάρουμε και το αφήσαμε πιο μακριά

Escaleras empinadisimas para subir dos pisos, no pudimos subir la maleta. La escasísima equipación de la cocina, la antigüedad, el baño diminuto donde no puedes dejar nada, el mal aparato de aire acondicionado y el estruendoso ruido de los aviones toda la noche. No pudimos dormir.

Le point fort pour moi c'est l'hôte qui est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et qui fait le maximum pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. J'ai loué la voiture par son intermédiaire tout s'est bien passé avec des prix préférentiels.

Совершенно недопустимое отношение к клиенту! Когда мы приехали в дату и время, указанные на Booking, ключа в сейфе не оказалось. При том, что накануне я получила подтверждение отеля, что я могу заехать 17.07 в 02.00, а не в 13.00, как указано в правилах заселения. По телефону мне сообщили, что заехать в номер я смогу только завтра вечером (18.07!) В разочаровании и чтобы не остаться на улице, я вынуждена была заселиться в другой отель. Каково же было моё удивление, когда через 3 часа я получила сообщение, что готов мой номер в Midwey Point Apts! Спасибо, но уже поздно!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Proprietario gentilissimo e chiarissimo nelle istruzioni per check in e check out, nonostante non ci sia un contatto diretto si è reso sempre disponibile. Struttura pulitissima dotata di tutto il necessario, ambienti spaziosi e curati anche nell' arredamento e posto auto. Posizione comodissima a due passi dall' aeroporto quindi è scontato il rumore degli aerei ma se si è stanchi si dorme senza problemi.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026We wanted an apartment close to the airport due to an early flight. The apartment served to our needs. The dedicated parking spot in front of the building was helpful. The fruits on the kitchen table were a nice touch.
The apartment is partially refurbished. The bathroom did not match the photos seen in booking.com. It was too small and too old. The apartment we stayed was on the second floor and despite of the relatively cool weather in Heraklion inside of the apartment was extremely hot with a bad smell. There is only one air conditioning in the bedroom, no aircon available in the living room. It was impossible even to breath. The apartment needs some more improvement to meet basic requirements.

nevýhodou je hlučnosť zo štartujúcich lietadiel, takže nevhodné na dlhší pobyt. Ideálne počas transferu na letisko alebo prístav.

Reviewed May 5, 2026On a bien aimé que on a pu rentrée dans l'appartement a 12h00 a la place de 14h00, les clés dans une boîte avec code....facile a récupérer., parking devant le bâtiment
Les photos ne sont pas conformes : meubles chambres vieille, cuisine vieille , un mi- frigo, etc. L'appartement est froid, et il résonne si tu utilise les toilettes pendant la nuit : la porte des toilettes grince....

Reviewed May 3, 2026Sehr grosszügige Wohnung, blitzsauber, einfach, aber gut eingerichtet und perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss etwa 35 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Flughafen. Anastasios, der Gastgeber, hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und gleich das gemietete Auto mitgebracht. So konnten wir sofort losfahren. Preis-Leistung für die Wohnung und auch das Auto sind fantastisch und sehr empfehlenswert. Anastasios brachte uns sogar persönlich zum Flughafen.
Die Aussicht in den Hinterhof ist nicht wirklich schön, aber die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Nähe zur Stadt machen es unproblematisch.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026El apartamento es amplio, está ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Nos dejaron una botella de agua y unas frutas, lo que se agradece mucho.
El apartamento está justo bajo la ruta de los aviones: pasan cada 10–20 minutos hasta la madrugada y desde muy temprano, con un ruido que impide descansar. El acceso es incómodo (muchas escaleras), la cocina solo tiene dos fuegos y el sofá cama era muy incómodo y sin ropa de cama. Además, solo hay un aire acondicionado en una habitación y un ventilador en otra. Para rematar, debajo funciona un taller de motos: ruido, humos y motores arrancando en plena tarde. Y lo más curioso: tras esa tarde apareció un arañazo en nuestro coche de alquiler: resulta que el alojamiento nos ofreció coches en alquiler, pero no lo cogimos porque justo era nuestro último día en Creta. Seguro que el arañazo fue pura casualidad. Todavía no sabemos si la empresa de alquiler de coches con quienes contratamos uno nos devolverá la fianza de 1200 euros

L’appartamento è bello, curato e accogliente, vicinissimo all’aeroporto e raggiungibile tranquillamente anche a piedi, ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile è stata la persona che ci ha accolti: di una qualità umana incredibile e con una gentilezza unica, ci ha fatti sentire accolti e rassicurati dal primo istante. Un valore aggiunto straordinario è stato il servizio di noleggio auto: organizzato alla perfezione, davvero consigliato, comodo e a 360 gradi, che ci ha permesso di vivere il viaggio con totale libertà e serenità. Un soggiorno che rimarrà nel cuore. Grazie di cuore per tutto Anastasyo! Carolina

No tiene elevador y cuando estas con maletas grandes tienes que echarte a cargarlas.

Despite our flight being delayed and that we arrived quite late at night, we still could find several places open to have dinner. Anastasios also offers a service for car rental, making everything super smooth. The apartment is perfect to stay when commuting to other parts of the island

Logement situé sous le couloir aérien, avec un avion toute les demi-heures la nuit. Proximité de l'aéroport certes mais très mal placé si vous souhaitez dormir la nuit.
