I was hoping I could check out later so I could explore the surrounding area a little more and I wouldnt have to walk around with two bags tethered to me.

O ruído dos aviões incomoda bastante, pois estamos mesmo por baixo da rota deles. Mesmo às 4:00 ouvi um avião a passar. Os quartos e a casa de banho são um pouco apertados.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Großartige Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens und somit ideal für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach dem Flug! Sehr positiv ist auch das für griechische Verhältnisse großzügige Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.
Die Lage hat einen großen Nachteil: Nachts ist es immer wieder mal etwas laut - immer dann, wenn ein Flugzeug startet oder landet. Die Fenster sind zwar isoliert, aber das können auch die nicht dämmen.

La vicinanza all'aeroporto è troppa. Comodo per lasciare la macchina a noleggio e fare rifornimento benzina prima di restituire al autonoleggio, ma per il resto fu un fattore negativo. Passano in continuazione aerei sopra l'albergo con un rumore troppo potente. Non avrei immaginato che sarebbe stato un problema. C'erano due letti matrimoniali (tipo alberghi americani) ma solo uno era vestito. Siccome era molto duro per me quello vestito, mi sono sistemata nel secondo letto non vestito che era più comodo.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Αρκετα μεγαλο καταλυμα και κοντα στο κεντρο. Μας δοθηκε το δωματιο νωριτερα απο την προκαθορισμένη ωρα του check in και αυτο μας φανηκε αρκετα βοηθητικο. Οι χωροι ηταν καινουριοι και πολυ καλά συντηρημένοι. Γινοταν καθημερινη καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών κατι που μας αρεσε πολυ. Η κοπελα που ηταν στη ρεσεψιόν τις πρωινες ωρες ηταν πολυ ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και πολυ εξυπηρετική.
Δυστυχώς το δωματιο που μας δοθηκε ηταν στο ημιυπόγειο κατι που δεν αναφεροταν κατα την κρατηση. Στην πρωτη εικονα το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο ωστοσο υπηρχαν σημεια οπου δεν ειχε γινει ξεσκονισμα. Εξαιτίας της κοντινής τοποθεσιας με το αεροδρομιο ο θόρυβος απο τα αεροπλάνα ηταν αρκετα δυνατος. Μια καλυτερη ηχομόνωση θα ηταν αρκετά χρήσιμη καθως περα απο τα αεροπλάνα ακουγαμε και τα διπλανα δωματια το οποιο ηταν ενοχλητικό, ειδικα τις πρωινες ωρες. Τελος, αναγράφεται οτι διαθέτει χωρο parking ωστοσο δεν αρκει για ολα τα δωματια αλλα μας παρεπεμψαν σε εναν κοντινο δημοσιο χωρο οπου υπαρχει διαθεσιμότητα για τα αυτοκίνητα.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La chambre était très jolie et le lit confortable, tout était très propre et le personnel était agréable et serviable. Nos linges étaient changé tous les jours ce qui a été très apprécié.
Cependant l’isolation serait à revoir… je sais que l’hôtel n’était pas loin de l’aéroport mais j’avais l’impression que mes fenêtres étaient tout le temps ouvertes tellement il y avait de bruit avec les avions. De plus on entendait les gens se déplacer dans le couloir, j’entendais mes voisins parler et le matin j’entendais même leur réveil.. Le petit déjeuner n’avais pas beaucoup de choix mais n’était pas mauvais.

The shower area was a little small and didn’t keep the water in, the bathroom got pretty wet with every shower. The location is far from the main old town area, about a 30min walk. It was close to the airport which is convenient for flights, but it did get a little loud with the planes taking off.

The staff were friendly and efficient and provided any information we required. The room was spotless and very well equipped with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good you could walk to the local restaurants and bars. We also used the public transport to go into the centre of Heraklion.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement avant notre vol et c'était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. La proximité de l'aéroport d'Héraklion est un vrai atout : très pratique pour une escale sans stress avant le départ. Le logement était propre et bien tenu, et le rapport qualité-prix est correct. Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil de l'hôte, disponible et agréable. Ils nous ont même commandé un taxi pour nous rendre à l'aéroport (12 €). Une adresse que nous recommandons pour une étape pratique et sereine près de l'aéroport.
Petit point d'attention : le parking n'est pas adapté aux véhicules bas (voitures surbaissées).

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Reservamos solo una noche en este hotel en nuestra ruta por Creta porque nuestro vuelo aterrizaba muy tarde. Nos alegramos mucho de haberlo reservado porque está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Después de un largo viaje nos encontramos con un hotel nuevo, funcional y muy limpio. Pudimos aparcar en la puerta y a cinco minutos andando había varios restaurantes para cenar. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. El desayuno en la planta alta es correcto y lo puedes tomar en la terraza con vistas al puerto.
Aunque la zona es muy tranquila, al estar tan cerca del aeropuerto se oyen muchísimo los aviones y también entra luz por la ventana. Es recomendable llevar tapones y antifaz. No hay parking cerrado, se aparca en la calle y hay solo algunas plazas, aunque nosotros tuvimos la suerte de aparcar bien.

Ogni spazio è stato studiato correttamente, specialmente il giardino molto confortevole e la presenza di tre bagni, ottimi per organizzarsi specialmente se si è in gruppo. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile: abbiamo chiesto un ulteriore paio di chiavi e ci è stato portato in pochissimo tempo.
La posizione era eccellente per il raggiungimento della città vecchia di Chania, peccato per il quartiere un po' datato, non trasmette sicurezza nel caso in cui si voglia tornare a casa tardi da una serata a piedi.

Se hai il sonno “leggero” potresti soffrire il rumore degli aerei per la vicinanza con l’aeroporto.

Rooms are very well laid out and clean, but if you’re looking for a city view, you have to head up to the rooftop to sit outside – rooms either look out on the road or to an inner courtyard.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Alles super sauber, für Ankunft oder Abflug am/vom Flughafen super geeignet. Frühstück ausreichend auf toller Dachterrasse. Im Zimmer hört man die Flugzeuge kaum!

La balcon donnait sur un patio sombre commun avec 7 autres chambres ,zero intimité Le bruit au décollage des avions, je ne comprends pas comment ils dorment les habitants d'Heraklion

Reviewed May 24, 2026Il est bien situé si vous arrivez tard de l’aéroport pour pouvoir dormir une nuit. Le personnel est très sympathique. L’endroit est rénové et joli.
La chambre était petite, à privilégier pour une nuit ou deux. Nous avons eu la visite d’un cafard dans la salle de bain au petit matin…

Sehr laut - Flugzeuge starten dauernd direkt über dem Hotel. Im Inneren ebenso kaum Schallisolation und nur Steinboden. Man hört alle Gäste im Haus. Lauter Kühlschrank im Zimmer

Reviewed May 13, 2026Chambre confortable. Proximité de l'aéroport. Propreté impeccable. Accueil très agréable. Petit déjeuner assez complet. Wifi ok.
Le bruit des avions mais c'est partout pareil à Heraklion car le bout de la piste est vers le centre ville. Et puis avec la Clim et les fenêtres fermées ça n'est pas si dérangeant.
