Cinque stelle meritatissime per un soggiorno che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Fin dal primo contatto telefonico, Caterina si è dimostrata di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità disarmanti, venendoci addirittura a prendere all'aeroporto per accompagnarci direttamente alla struttura. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: leggermente spostata dal centro in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma raggiungibile con una camminata di appena 10 minuti. Il panorama che si gode da lì è a dir poco mozzafiato, ideale per godersi tramonti indimenticabili direttamente fuori dalla porta di casa, magari cenando all'aperto sul terrazzino. La stanza era spaziosa, molto comoda e dotata di un pratico cucinino. La pulizia è stata impeccabile ogni singolo giorno, con il riordino completo della camera e il cambio regolare delle salviette. Un valore aggiunto notevole è stato il supporto logistico per il noleggio dello scooter: con un servizio impeccabile, siamo stati prelevati direttamente in appartamento e accompagnati sul posto, azzerando qualsiasi problema di spostamento. Un'esperienza assolutamente perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglio questa location a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno da sogno.

Great location with amazing view just 10-15min walking from the city centre with parking available! Katerina was very attentive and helpful, picked us up from the port and transferred us to the accommodation. She gave us recommendations for local restaurants and beaches and generally they were spot on. Cleaning service was available every day. The bed was very comfy as well. Only drawback, the fact that the wi-fi connection was not very good. Mobile data the same sometimes. Would highly recommend!

Germanos studios è un piccolo appartamento completo di ogni servizio. Pulizia,comfort e posizione privilegiata, si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da Mykonos Town. Comodo per uscire la sera a piedi senza il problema del parcheggio. La proprietaria Katerina è un'ottima padrona di casa, disponibile,gentile e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente!

שירות מעולה, עזרה, אדיבות, כל בקשה נענתה, נקיון מעולה, חדר שקט, נעים, מרפסת קטנה. נוף מדהים !

יש קצת הליכה למרכז העיר. בחזרה מהעיר למלון יש עלייה חדה של כמה דקות. חוץ מזה, הכל מושלם 🙏

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive throughout our visit. The apartment was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The host also picked us up from the airport when we arrived and kindly took us to the ferry at the end of our stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the views were absolutely amazing! We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A rendere questa struttura top è l’host Katerina che è veramente super! Una donna disponibile e gentilissima. E non è per niente scontato. La struttura ha una vista pazzesca da cui ogni sera ammirare il tramonto. Giornalmente la stanza viene riordinata, pulita e vengono cambiate le asciugamani. Posto che permette di raggiungere a piedi diversi posti tra cui “fabrika” dove si prendono i pullman per raggiungere le diverse spiagge. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Posizione stupenda, a neanche 3 km. dall'aeroporto, sufficientemente lontana dal frastuono della movida notturna e con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente e senza problemi. Bella, luminosa e silenziosa la stanza - attrezzata con fornetto e il necessario per la cucina - che veniva pulita ogni giorno con regolare cambio degli asciugamani. Altrettanto godibile il terrazzino, dove abbiamo fatto colazione e da cui si godono un panorama e tramonti spettacolari con vista diretta sulla Chora, raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti attraverso un sentiero. Una menzione particolare per Katerina, sempre cordiale e molto disponibile, che prima del nostro arrivo ci ha anche aiutati a risolvere un problema con un rent a car locale. Bisogna fare attenzione alla guida per via delle stradine spesso strette, tortuose, strette e a saliscendi.

La struttura é carina, ben attrezzata. Inoltre é abbastanza fresco. Non guasterebbero delle zanzariere alla finestra. katrina é gentilissima. Ha effettuato il transfer sia all andata che al ritorno.

Quando siamo arrivate la stanza aveva un cattivo odore di fumo di sigaretta, probabilmente gli ospiti precedenti avevo fumato all interno. Il materasso era scomodo, presentava avvallamenti da uso. Dal centro saranno 15 minuti a piedi e la salita é faticosa con il caldo.

The apartment is spectacular; getting there from the center involves a 10-minute walk and some stairs, but that’s a small price to pay for such fairytale views. ¡Excelente hospedaje! Todo estaba impecable, muy limpio, cómodo y con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de la estadía. La vista es simplemente increíble; nunca voy a olvidar los atardeceres desde el balcón. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Katerina siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos, brindándonos información y recomendaciones cada vez que lo necesitamos. Además, nos fue a buscar al puerto cuando llegamos, un detalle que hizo nuestra llegada mucho más cómoda. Sin dudas volvería a elegir este hospedaje y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Mykonos. ¡Una experiencia excelente!

Incredible views over looking the city, very peaceful, the rooms were cleaned every day. AC was powerful. We got a pick up and drop off from the host. That was a very nice touch.

The walk into town is a bit of a hike but a good way to burn off the calories after eating a Gyro.

Мне понравилось, что номер убирался и были новые полотенца каждый день, в номере есть кухня со всеми необходимыми столовыми приборами. Удобная кровать, номер довольно просторный. Отель находится вдали от шумного старого города.

Wi-fi очень слабый, можно сказать, его не было. Местонахождение не самое удобное - если вы возвращаетесь ночью после вечеринки или у вас тяжёлая сумка, то подъём на возвышенность по скользким неосвещённым лестницам будет крайне неприятным, а такси очень дорогое.

The way up from the centre is going uphill but its managable.

Host was fantastic and friendly, offers a pick up from airport and a room to put your belongings in after you check out. View is amazing, and a short walk down to the center but it not so much of a long walk. There is a really friendly cat in the accommodation that will make your stay even better !

Le studio est très bien situé, au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Katerina est très gentille, elle est venue nous chercher à l aéroport et nous amener au ferry. Le studio est environ à 2kms du centre-ville mais c'est très bien pour des vacances où l on veut se reposer, car tous les soirs c'est musique dans les bars, et là où on était on entendait rien, impeccable !

Rien à dire, j'ai adoré l endroit et je reviendrai.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The accommodation had a breathtaking view and was just a few minutes from the town center, making it the perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday: very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of storage space. Everything was clean, practical, and thoughtfully prepared. The hostess was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She even picked us up from the airport late at night free of charge and, when we left, she drove us wherever we needed to go. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more special. I would love to come back to Mykonos, and when I do, this will definitely be the only place I will choose to stay. Highly recommended!

Uno studio con una vista meravigliosa dove si possono contemplare tramonti spettacolari su tutta Mykonos. Struttura pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un indimenticabile soggiorno. La stanza viene pulita ogni giorno con cambio di asciugamani. Inoltre viene offerto gratuitamente il trasferimento da e per il porto o l'aeropuerto, cosa non scontata. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di poterci tornare molto presto.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera era sempre pulitissima e la vista dal terrazzino era spettacolare, soprattutto al tramonto. Katerina è stata davvero gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo: è venuta a prenderci al porto, ci ha accompagnati all’aeroporto il giorno della partenza e ci ha anche aiutati a trovare un posto dove noleggiare uno scooter. Ci siamo sentiti subito ben accolti, sembrava di essere a casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Mykonos, sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura!

Un po di rumore di musica dal centro ma temo sia dappertutto cosi, se non anche di più.

Germanos Studios è un alloggio splendido, con una vista mare spettacolare dalla terrazza del monolocale. La posizione è comoda: per raggiungere il centro si scendono degli scalini e al ritorno c’è un po’ di salita, ma si fa tranquillamente (circa 10–15 minuti a piedi). Katerina, l’host, è una persona davvero speciale: dolcissima, gentilissima, parla italiano e fa di tutto per far sentire gli ospiti accolti. Ci voleva venire a prendere all’aeroporto con il suo servizio gratuito, ma avevamo già prenotato un taxi; nonostante questo, ci ha accompagnati al porto per il traghetto con grande disponibilità e sorriso. Consigliatissimo. Se torneremo a Mykonos, sceglieremo di nuovo Germanos Studios.

Nada! por decir algo costaba un poco subir las escaleras desde el pueblo al hospedaje, pero las vistas y tranquilidad del lugar justificaban el esfuerzo

La vista increíble al centro de Mikonos. Veías el atardecer. Podías desayunar viendo la bahía. Esta a 8 minutos del centro histórico. El detalle de que Katerina te busque del puerto y te lleve al aeropuerto le da un plus a la estadia.

My stay at “Germanos Studios” was simply wonderful throughout. Everything was clean, the bed linen and towels smelled lovely, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is incredibly beautiful. Probably the best view over Mykonos. I really enjoyed the view and saw some stunning sunsets. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of the town, and once you’ve made the climb, you’re rewarded with an incredible view. Katerina is a very friendly and helpful host. She picked me up from the airport, drove me to the ferry, collected me from the ferry again and, at the end, drove me back to the airport. A great service. Efcharistò polì, Katerina.

The best part of this property is the view, in my opinion. On a hilltop you get excellent views of the town below, the port, the ocean and some surrounding islands....not to mention that sunset. Sunset was around 8:40 pm. BUT the TWIGHLIGHT AFTERSHOW continues for about 2 hours with magical views! It doent go dark soon after sunset, it changes colors of amber, golden honey, burnt orange and all hues of blue imaginable. So, if you miss the actually sun going down, never fear, there is still time to catch the show. I could not stop taking pictures. Im over 60 and these were the best sunsets I have ever seen in my entire life! The property has 2 floors, ground and upper. Mine was upper with a shared (3 units share) covered terrace. I had tons of alone time on the terrace and I liked my neighbors, so no problems sharing with them! There was no loud partying or music from Mykonos town to be heard. My room cost about $125/nite USD..a great deal. The walk to the town center is 10-15 min, but the walk back up can be a hot sweaty adventure. Beware of the exchange offices. I changed $100 USD and got only 75 Euro. My research before coming here indicated Euros would be needed. Wrong. My credit card paid for all, even the on the busses. Maybe this isnt the same for all islands, but here you are safe. I could keep going with this review, but just come and stay here. The host is quite generous.

Comfortable bed, room had a small kitchenette with everything u need to prepare small stuffs or heat up food, cleaning materials included, bathroom had bathtub, toiletries were also included. katerina was an amazing host, she picked us from ferry port & dropped us back by car. Location is on top of the hill so it’s little difficult but if u love hiking then there is a shortcut to city centre. We stayed for 2 nights & WOLT facility is very good, so no problem with food deliveries. The view from the room was spectacular. There was a friendly cat, we enjoyed her company. Toilet paper cannot be flushed but it’s the same across all islands. Mykonos is an amazing island with nice friendly people but everyone expects tip from tourists.

There was some hot water issues one morning, so we were not able to take shower, but Katerina informed us & kept us posted, by night it was resolved.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mykonos; close enough that you are more or less inside the town but high enough to afford a panoramic view. The most dramatic sunsets we had in two weeks of travelling around Greece. The host was extremely helpful, giving us transfers from the port and to the airport when we were leaving which was a massive help for us. Overall, great experience.

Desde el comiezo ya ganó puntos, Katerina fue a buscarnos al ferry, sin costo, y nos llevó al alojamiento. Nuestra habitación estaba lista, así que pudimos entrar inmediatamente, lo que fue muy bueno porque llegamos cerca del medio día. El estudio era espacioso, buen tamaño del baño. Cama cómoda, había mi cooler, hervidor y fuente para lavar platos. Esta cerca del centro, a unos 15 minutos caminando y hay supermercado a unos 10 minutos. Lo mejor era la vista desde la terraza. Hay una terraza común, con espacio para cada huesped, y se ve toda la ciudad desde arriba, lo cual es muy lindo de día y de noche. Hacen el aseo de la habitación diariamente. Por último, al check out, Katerina nos trasladó al aeropuerto en el horario ue necesitábamos, sin costo. Tuvimos una excelente estancia, recomiendo el lugar.

La ducha, con tina, tiene una mampara que cubre por un lado, pero no termina de cubrir atrás, entonces por ese espacio salpicas agua al bañarte y se moja el piso y el lavamanos, pero se puede secar fácil, ya que uno se ducha en la parte de adelante de la tina y no salpica una cantidad tan grande de agua. La ubicación es excelente por la vista, pero al estar en altura, debes considerar el regreso del centro que resulta cansador, hay que subir muchas escaleras. Aún con eso, vale la pena.

L’emplacement était super, à 10 minutes de la vieille ville, mais il faut être relativement en forme car il y a plusieurs marches. La vue du balcon est magnifique avec les couchers de soleil. C’était très pratique avec la cuisinette, elle avait l’équipement minimal requis. On m’a contacté pour d’offrir gratuitement la navette pour l’arrivée et le retour à partir du port ou de l’aéroport, c’est très pratique.

The studio was clean. Fresh towels everyday.. Katarina is available for anything you need to know and is helpful and of course. the view.

Nothing really. The steps we knew about anyway, you can get use to them after a few times but they are a steep climb up.

Prachtig appartement met grandioos uitzicht over Mykonos stad. Host was zeer behulpzaam inclusief shuttle van en naar de haven. Leuke bijkomstigheid was een lieve (zwerf)kat die ons elke dag gezelschap hield op het terras.

FANTASTIC host. She picked us up from the airport, detailed everything we needed or wanted to know, did not get in our way, and was always available. AMAZING view ... especially at sunset. A bit of a walk uphill from the centre but we knew that before we booked and ... it was good exercise.

Katerina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns vom Hafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man schläft wie im siebten Himmel. Die Lage ist etwas erhöht, dafür ist die Sicht über Mykonos sehr schön und die Abende mit den fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen einmalig.

Die erhöhte Lage hat auch seine Tücken, den der Weg ans Meer ist nicht ganz einfach, das heisst, man muss gut zu Fuss sein.

A spacious studio with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a bathroom rather than a shower room! Furniture and fittings were all of good quality and the beds were comfortable. The patio felt private and had great views down to the town and beyond. Everything was very clean.The free transfer to and from the port was really appreciated. The location is quiet.There is a supermarket, a cafe and a couple of restaurants in easy walking distance.

If you want to use the studio as a base to pop in and out of the town through the day, this is probably not the best location. The path and stairs up/down to the town are quite uneven and could be difficult for those with mobility issues.

L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Mykonos, au calme, offrant une vue magnifique sur la ville, la mer et le coucher de soleil. La terrasse est parfaite. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le parking est très pratique. Beaucoup de services à proximité. Katerina est très serviable, et le petit chat très sympathique.

Tout était parfait. Il faut aimer marcher pour se rendre au centre ville, mais surtout pour revenir au studio car ça grimpe. Cela n'était pas un problème pour nous.

Todo, la ubicación a pesqr de no estar en el centro, está a solo 10 minutos de empezar todo. La habitación es cómoda y tiene todo para descansar. Servicio incluido de Transfer ida y vuelta que se agradece. Atenta a cualquier duda que necesitaba , sin duda es una excelente estadía precio calidad

El único pero , podría ser que en el último tramo de un minuto para llegar a la habitación, está oscuro, pero la verdad es un detalle sin mayor importancia dado que es súper seguro todo en la isla

Katerina was a fantastic host and made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and her hospitality went above and beyond. She kindly picked us up from the port and even arranged a drop-off at the airport after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. She was always attentive, quick to respond, and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

El departamento estudio está ubicado en la parte alta de Mykonos. Tiene una vista espectacular,hermoso para desayunar afuera si no hace frío. Es cómodo ,limpio ,es 10 minutos caminando ( bajando escaleras) al centro peatonal .Cerca de todo. Destaco la amabilidad Katerina nos fue a buscar al puerto y luego nos llevó al aeropuerto.

Soggiorno fantastico! Siamo state prelevate in aeroporto e accompagnate all'appartamento così anche al ritorno! Che dire vista strepitosa si vede tutta Mykonos dall'alto. L'appartamento era funzionale pulito con letti comodi e dotato di cucina e un bagno . Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo considerando i prezzi sull'isola. Si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi il centro è un po' in discesa ma è fattibile! Posto che consiglierei a chiunque e staff super disponibile e gentile!

Nos ha encantado este alojamiento. El sitio y las vistas son inmejorables, además se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Chora para poder ir andando. Dudo de que haya un alojamiento mejor relación calidad/precio en Mykonos. El personal ha sido encantador, discreto y muy amable, siendo hoy el dia del check out y teniendo el vuelo a ultima hora de la tarde, nos han dejado estar todo el dia en el alojamiento. La habitación esta perfectamente equipada (plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera, sandwichera, sarten, jabon…), todo lo que pueda hacer falta para una estancia perfecta. Sin duda recomendaremos este alojamiento y en caso de volver a Mykonos, no dudaremos en volver a elegir Germanos Studios.

La vue était incroyable. La proximité dé l’établissement a seulement 10-15 minutes à pied du centre de la ville. Le personnel était très bienveillant.

manque : - un grand miroir - un sèche-cheveux - ici il est attaché au mur donc peu pratique - plus de rangement dans la sdb et plus d'attaches serviettes effectivement, la montée/descente depuis l'hôtel jusqu'à la ville de MYK est effectivement hardue mais on s'y habitue

Everything. The view from the balcony is unbeliaveble!!! Katerina is perfect...she drive us to Airport e to the Port. Could not be better.

It is a hill to come back from the city center to hotel. But is not a big problem.

Further away from the crowded locations. Incredible view. Loved the patio. Friendly staff. Big room. Good amenities. The local cat was a bonus! Even had free airport and ferry transportation.

The view from the property was amazing, the hospitality was super good. The host was kind enough to service our special request of free transfer two ways from the port.

I had a wonderful experience at Germanos studios. The location is amazing, on top of a hill with awesome view of the town and the coastline. The rooms are impeccably clean and nicely organized. Katerina was always there to provide tips, directions and recommendations and the pick up and drop off from airport and to the ferry was greatly appreciated.

You do hear the music from the town all through the night, but if you keep the windows closed it was fine... Hey, this is Mykonos and it is to be expected!

We loved the location out of the town with the most wonderful view. Katerina was a fabulous host who picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the ferry. I would definitely book here again

Tutto molto bello,vista su Chora stupenda, appartamenti molto carini con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a Mikonos, tramonti favolosi, Katerina è una ragazza dolcissima e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, servizio transfer dall'aereoporto agli appartamenti oppure se devi recarti al porto sempre svolto da Katerina,che dire semplicemente soggiorno fantastico consigliatissimo, grazie a Katerina e tutto lo staff 🙂.

Struttura molto semplice e bella, ha una vista pazzesca sulla città e vedere il tramonto dalla terrazzina ti riempie il cuore. Katerina molto disponibile. Il servizio da/per aereoporto è comodissimo. Camera funzionale molto accogliente e ha tutto il necessario. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Consigliato.

Sentiero per arrivare in centro un molto in pendenza, si scende ma poi pensi subito che si dovrà anche salire. Comunque fattibile.

Best host best place

The view was amazing from up on the hill of the Harbour. Buy a drink in town from the grocery store right at the bottom of the path and watch it from the chairs outside your room!

The property was really nice, basic room in Greek style. The view was amazing, you can see the whole island from the terrace. It was so inspiring to have a morning coffee with this view.

The way to the city center is not long about 15-25 min. But you need to walk all the way down and on the way back, it’s up, a little bit of hike.

Katerina is an amazing host: she picked me up at the airport and drove me to the new port when I needed to get a ferry. She directed me very well in Mykonos too. The studios have the best view over Mykonos bay and having breakfast on the terrasse was a highlight. The place was amazingly clean and very comfortable. The location is 15mn walk to Mykonos centre and the Fabrika bus station so very close but also far enough from the busy and loud centre of Mykonos.

Nothing but the only thing to be aware for people with lass mobility is that the walk from the centre is steep.
