Modern, clean, comfy beds
Couldn’t find a fan in the bathroom and the velux window was a bit tricky to open and close.
Accommodation was lovely
Roadworks so The Mews should have been closed. We got lost 3 times as we had to go on backroads no proper signposting. No downstairs toilet. No bins in the bedrooms. No shelving in the bathroom. 4 adult women no place to put our toilet or makeup bags so had to leave them on the floor. I had to leave my contact lense and case on top of the toilet 🫣🫣
Peaceful location close to Newbridge and Kildare. Beautiful, well kept, well equipped, clean property. Fantastic hosts - nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend.
Nothing.
The location was perfect for us. It was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay!
So peaceful we decided to spend day relaxing rather than going out.
Nothing
Private, perfect for a getaway break. Clean, well equipped. Alpacas are a bonus. Nice river walk accessible from the property.
Lighting in the kitchen could be a bit brighter.
The property was completely loaded with everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and so well stocked up. What we liked most was the security of the property especially as we have a 4 yr old.
Lovely location

So bright and comfortable. Also quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the motorways and town. House and grounds absolutely beautiful! Fantastic walks around too
Nothing!
Lovely converted outbuilding in beautiful grounds. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Would have liked more time to enjoy the grounds. The offer to linger was there but we were on a schedule.
The property was lovely, well furnished and well appointed. Upper floor bedrooms are huge, which was great for the kids to have plenty of room to play. Aisling and Leo were so welcoming, and gave us some great tips for getting into Dublin as well as places to visit. We could not fault anything about our stay, we will absolutely visit again!
The house was immaculate. It was spacious and the bedrooms were beautiful.
Nothing, loved everything!
It’s a fantastic property in a stunning location only an hour from Dublin.
Nothing
Property was very well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed.

Top Class. Great location to visit Dublin. House was very good quality. Comfy beds, good shower and good kitchen. Host Aisling is on the ball. Stayed in a lot of self catering houses. This is the best I have seen yet. Good value too.
As soon as you drive up the driveway there is a lovely sense of calm. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer.
It’s not a big thing but there was only one toilet and it was upstairs. It would have been nice to have one downstairs especially for my aunt who is 89, she was going to take the room downstairs but instead chose to be closer to the bathroom.
quiet setting and easy to get taxi to and from the property
Loved the location and beautiful grounds. Quiet and secluded. Friendly hosts. Beds were comfortable. House was clean.
The only thing that was frustrating was we just didn't know how to turn on the switch for the oven but we finally figured it out and all was great.
Beautiful property, stunning location.
Nothing to dislike here…
The property was in a beautiful rural location but not far from Newbridge where we were visiting family. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The owners checked in with us when we arrived to check that everything was ok and communication with the owners was effective before our arrival.
There is nothing that we didn’t like about The Mews.
Stunning property. Very nice hosts, friendly and welcoming
Nothing not to like was really stunning
Fantastic location, very peaceful and comfortable, we loved the fact there were alpacas there, and the sweeping long driveway made it feel special.
Everything was perfect.
Host contacted me to confirm booking and sent all details about how to get to the place and all information that required.
House was a bit cold when we arrived. But it was warmed up fairly quickly
Friendly owners
Perfect in Ireland
Beautifully modern and spacious set in lovely grounds, and within easy reach of shops etc
The lighting in the kitchen dining area was very poor, a couple of lamps would have helped
Beautiful property exactly as described with everything you need

Its a beautiful setting Its clean & calm , lovely interior. Convenient for Naas & newbridge
All good
In a really nice location and really quiet.
The house was of the highest order of cleanliness and facilities. The host was most kind in my dealings with her. I hope to visit again.
Nothing.
The premises and its presentation were without fault: you don't need us to tell you that! More importantly, the genuine welcome and help that we received is to be acknowledged. This is something you don't find in a brochure, nor in the premises itself. Thank you so very much for the generosity of spirit that you displayed and for making our short stay in your house such a privilege - you have been a great ambassador for Ireland. Michael and Tracey
Prime location for wedding we were attending. Quiet location, clean, and hosts were very gracious with their time.
Beautiful property with lovely gardens in a stunning setting! Property was as described and very clean on arrival.
A couple of wasps had got in before we arrived through windows but not really hosts fault 😂
Beautiful property great location

Gorgeous property. Such lovely hosts. Note the single bathroom is upstairs -- that may be a deterrent for some that have mobility issues. The beds were super comfy and the place was well done.
The property itself was beautiful as well as the spacious surroundings.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Warm friendly welcome & lovely atmosphere. The Alpacas were so beautiful & the river walk on the doorstep just fabulous. Great location 👍👍👍👍 Thank you for a lovely stay.
The addition of a downstairs/2nd bathroom would be the only improvement we could think of. To be clear, this didn't impact our stay at all. The hosts clearly state all the facilities provided if anything they are understated definitely met expection, this is just a "nice to have" suggestion. 🥰

The place was just beautiful, Aisling the host was so friendly and kind ,she even dropped us into Naas. I will definitely return again.
Beautiful setting. Such a calm oasis after the journey there. Really wish we had the opportunity and time to relax and enjoy the garden. Was a joy seeing the alpacas. Owner’s very friendly and welcoming
Nothing. Place was perfect for what we were using it for. Only very small thing is if you want to have a cup of tea before getting shopping in, bring some milk. Otherwise kitchen well equipped
Comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. The gardens and grounds are beautiful. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even the alpacas were friendly!
We found it difficult to find, though that could have been my navigation skills! The only other drawback was the noise of the nearby road.
Cheese, wine, friends & alpacas under the trees.. We booked The Mews for a friends’ getaway to mark our 11th anniversary, and it exceeded every hope we had for a peaceful, soul-soothing escape. Tucked behind a long private drive lined with alpacas, it truly felt like we were entering a little secret existance — one that manages to be both beautifully remote and conveniently located. The house itself is far more spacious than the photos suggest, with a cosy-modern style that instantly feels like home. The hosts have nailed that tricky balance of luxury and comfort, with soft furnishings, thoughtful touches, and even fresh snippings from the garden arranged in a vase on the kitchen counter. It’s these small details that make the place feel truly cared for. There’s a real sense of nature all around – from the gardens to the animals to the peaceful walks – it feels like a little sanctuary. Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere calm, comfortable, and full of charm! Leo and Aisling were wonderful hosts – super friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful: spacious, full of natural light, and spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and bottled water waiting for us made it even more welcoming. This isn’t just a holiday let; it’s a place of respite. Think Cameron Diaz’s countryside escape in The Holiday, but with better weather and better company. We’ve already agreed this will be our venue for future reunions — and we’re equally tempted to come back in winter to experience the place in its seasonal glory.
Communication before the visit was great, and we were able to organise an early check in to allow for onward travel to event
Quiet, homely and great facilities
Genuinely nothing to dislike
Perfect peaceful location for our 2 weeks working in the area.
Gorgeous house that was immaculate. 10/10.
Beautiful accommodation- very clean, comfortable and spacious. Set in gorgeous surroundings. The host was so helpful and welcoming. Lots of little extra touches. I would highly recommend staying here with family or a couple of friends. We stayed when attending a wedding nearby, we were sorry we didn't get to spend more time in the property as it was really perfect for a relaxing break.
The Mews was beautiful & very comfortable for our overnight stay, place was spotless. Ashling was so friendly and lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
It was a beautiful property in a very peaceful location. immaculate and had everything we needed. beds were really comfy too. Would stay here again and would also recommend to friends
There was nothing i didnt like
We were travelling for work - a show in Punchestown - The Mews was an oasis to return to every evening. It was the perfect location for the show - a short pretty drive cross country with no traffic. I particularly liked having my morning coffee with the Alapachas!
The landlord harassed my family and chased them away. On their way back, they had a fatal accident that almost took their lives away. I will make sure justice prevail on this matter.
The landlord were miserable, refused to give back my depost and I will make sure I take them to court
Wow! If you are looking for a really modern yet quaint place this is it. Can easily accommodate up to six people, and is in a beautiful setting. The apartment is very well appointed and has all necessities. Very nice. It is in a quiet country setting, but still close to services and not far from Dublin.
I liked everything about the stay.
It was clean - large - plenty of room - absolutely amazing hosts - real taste of country Ireland but with plenty to do/ amenities close by. Loved every minute:-)

This is a gem of a place for adults and kids alike.
Peaceful setting. Comfortable beds and clean.
Spotless, great amenities, very friendly hosts, basically perfect, beautiful landscape, rare find A+++.

The Mews is a little pocket of peace perfectly located near the M7 between Newbridge and Naas. The property is picture postcard perfect with the added bonus of having all of the modern day comforts that a business or leisure traveller needs. Aisling and Leo are perfect hosts and have really created a beautiful luxury space for couples or small groups to enjoy. The setting is so pretty and private yet very well situated close to restaurants, shops and the local tourist trail. We cannot wait to come back.
Lovely House in a lovely quiet location. House is super clean and well laid out. Was perfect for our stay. Nice Kitchen facilities and very comfy beds.
Lovely location
Alpacas and sheep
Very clean. Lovely helpful host. Gorgeous gardens We were attending a wedding nearby so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy The Mews for long enough
We didn't stay longer.
Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The location was perfect.
Nothing We loved it.
A fabulous property. Really comfortable, clean and peaceful. The hosts were very nice too!
Nothing really
Very comfortable house. It seems newly built and furnished. I really liked it.
It was just a bit further into the countryside than we thought it was. Everything else was perfect. Very clean, Well looked after, everyone was polite, all was good.
Comfortable, clean, well equipped, very friendly host.
All good
The host was wonderful and was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. The house itself was lovely and clean and perfectly met our needs.
Beautiful property Great communication and friendly host
Our host was amazing. So good to us. Kept in constant contact with us before our stay. Dropped us down to our venue in horrific weather. House was just amazing.
That we hadn't booked a second night. We would have loved to explore around the area.
I absolutely loved this gem of a place. Leo and Aisling could not have been friendlier and the house itself exceeded all expectations. I was only there for one night but it had everything you could want or need and the grounds were equally as beautiful. Highly recommend!!
Beautifully done
Bit chilly downstairs
The alpacas! Also the hosts were friendly and approachable. The location was excellent, very quiet and peaceful. The property was clean and very comfortably furnished.
