Absolutely nothing. We loved everything. There are stairs to get up to the living spaces so it may not be suitable for those who have a challenging time with stairs. For us it was perfect.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities suitably equipped for snatching a quick breakfast and for cooking evening meals (although we didn't do the latter in our case). The restaurants in the vicinity were also excellent and there were a handful of convenience stores within easy walking distance where breakfast cereal, croissants, etc. could be purchased. The owners are very friendly and easily contactable if any question does arise.

Might want to consider getting a lock box for check in to make it smoother. Parking can be difficult as Main Street gets very busy. It was expensive but the central location was perfect

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Great location in Westport, close to it all! Our place was immaculate and well appointed and the kitchen was nicely stocked and even a full size fridge! We would have loved to have stayed longer.
The only feedback is the bathroom next to the double bed and twin bed did not seem to have hot water even after the red switch was turned on in the other bedroom.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Amazing location right in the heart of Westport. It’s a busy town and there are shops and bars right beneath. We loved the people watching. The apartment was sparkling clean. Exactly as pictured. We loved the window seats. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is well appointed. It was nice to have a home for our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The street below can be noisy. The widows close easily and block out most of the sounds.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Comfortable and capacious well beyond usual vacation rental standards, even luxurious. Felt like it was equipped by the owners to pamper their own friends and family. Impeccably clean as well. Location couldn't be better. Host was lovely and works in the shop below.
There's street noise that might bother some in the front room, but good sound insulation when windows were closed and not a problem for us.

It is also quiet despite its central location. The beds are very comfortable, and we had an excellent nights sleep. Check-in/out was simple, and the owners are very friendly people. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Westport

The shower in the main bathroom isn’t worth using unfortunately. And it would have been good to have had a heads up about it. But there is an electric shower in the en-suite which is fine. Would be good to have more detailed/written instructions about the water, shower, heating.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2024No 10 Bridge Street is an exceptional apartment, especially for a group of family and friends. It is impeccably decorated and comfortable. The attention to detail for guests is second to none, even milk in the fridge and tea and coffee. The beds are better than hotel quality. There is no better location for a stay in westport, right beside the best restaurants and bars. There is also 24-hour parking close by. Susan is a lovely host and very friendly. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2024Susan was a lovely host and was so nice to let us in early. She gave us a tour of her spacious two floor beautiful apartment and made sure all our questions were answered. She was so friendly and encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything. It was a clean, quiet and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking (there's a grocery store a few minutes walk away) and she left milk, tea and cookies for our arrival. There was a washing machine and dryer in the corner of the kitchen (away from the cooking area) and laundry detergent was supplied. The town location was fantastic with many shops, restaurants and pubs on our street and the next street over. There were a couple of parking lots a few minutes walk away. It's a bustling little town, but was quiet and peaceful inside. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt like locals. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
If you have trouble with stairs be aware it was one flight up from street level to living room/kitchen level, and another flight up to the bedrooms/bathrooms level. If that's not an issue-- don't hesitate to stay. We loved it!

The apartment excelled our expectations, having two bathrooms was a bonus and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer!
The low water pressure in the showers, but our family in Westport explained that they all have low water pressure! It didn't detract from our stay in any way.

Two story apartment -- pictures did not do it justice, with a great kitchen and two new bathrooms, one very spacious with a large bathtub. The living room was very spacious with an electric fireplace. Conveniently located across from two great bars with Irish music every night -- Porterhouse and Matt Molloy's.

Susan was the most amazing host, met me with keys and did a full tour of the property. The apartment is fully equipped and more, including washing powder for the machine and dishwasher tablets. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels could say so many more positives. It’s situated on bridge street in the middle of Westport perfect location with Matt Malloy’s and The Porter House across the road and JJ O’Malleys just a couple of doors down. All of which I would recommend. I wouldn’t think twice about booking again for a short stay or even a longer holiday.

Shower in ensuite didn't work. Water went from cold to extremely hot, quite dangerous really. Shower in main bathroom was ok but had no pressure and water was not hot enough to shower or take a bath on 2 mornings.
