Location, staff and the size of the facility.
Nothing.
the location was perfect for us to start on the ring of Kerry the next day.
It was a little dated
Great location. Fabulous room. Good facilities. Wonderful hosts
Apartment was very clean and comfortable, host was very friendly and accommodating
Nice, clean kitchen and comfortable bed
Dim lighting at living room
Everything about the place was perfect...not 1 complaint
Great location and quiet
Plenty of space and all the appliances for a good stay.
Mountain view was oversold in our apartment. Just a small glimpse through skylight and trees. Power saving light bulbs left the place somewhat gloomy.
Great locstion to explore region. Parking. Appartment is equipped with everything.
Large space with good facilities Great shower Quiet location
Some of kitchen crockery was old and needs updating
A wonderful, cozy and beautiful apartment (with two full bathrooms!) in a great location in an amazing area. Margaret was very welcoming and nice. Yard was nice too but due to rain we didn't quite use it.
The dining table is awful and breaks your back.
Spacious loft with full amenities. Clean and comfortable. Great communication from owner re location and entry. A little way out town but location instructions excellent.
Exactly like photos but once actually there the carpet (1970s?), lounge and dining very outdated, needs a facelift and lighting in lounge needs a better brighter fixture as very dark in evening.
Very spacious in great location. Host was in contact quickly to advise where to go upon arrival etc
Checking in was easy remotely. There's a good amount of space. It isn't too far from the sights. Very friendly and quick to respond to messages. There is a washer and dryer.
The facilities are a bit older and outdated. Our kitchen was missing a lot of basic things to cook with, but they were able to respond quickly to provide them (it seems a group had rented both and taken away supplies from this one).
It was a small space but had everything we needed, good value for money! The location is also perfect for some beautiful walks and close enough to town to walk or cycle in.
Good location. Nice full service kitchen.
Outdated. Very worn carpet and tile. Bed sags a bit. Hard to find with no signage
It was very clean, and cosy! A lovely property and very spacious! There were lots of extra blankets on the beds and the suites were nice and warm!
Very cozy, quiet place. There is everything you need. If necessary, you can always contact the hostess and ask or clarify something. Next time we will definitely come back to you.
Loved that we had a whole place to ourselves, appreciated the full facilities. The host communicates well via message and was responsive. Easy to park car and drive to where we wanted. I’d stay here again.
Full kitchen wasn’t equip with all the cooking items you would need eg baking tray or dish or many pots/pans - would be nice to have a few more of these!
Very large 2 bathroom apartment in quiet countryside area close to Killarney and National park.
Oven hadn't been cleaned and needed to clean the rack before using. Rest of amenities were clean.
very neat, comftable, good value for money
It was so spacious and comfortable with everything provided that you would need
Apart from been a bit far out from Killarney there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about it
Spacious and accommodating.

Quiet and comfortable. Helpful and kind hosts.
Location was so handy for us attending bikefest , comfortable clean homely feel to the apartment we had everything we needed ,tea and coffee available when we arrived after long day in the road was really appreciated
The location was very super convenient to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry.
Location, easy check in and check out, had everything we needed, private, secure
beautiful setting, large and spacious! best shower so far and it was lovely to be able to wash a few things!
can’t think of anything!
owner very helpful and we loved the location !
The full kitchen was such a benefit for us! Quiet location, stable next door with friendly horses, and Margaret was a great host.
Very spacious apartment with ample room for a family of four. The baby cot was a nice touch. Two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We never met the host, however they kept in contact and were always helpful. Within walking distance of Muckross House.
The property is about a mile outside Killarney, a bit too far to walk if the weather is inclement. The property isn't well sign posted, however follow the hosts instructions and you'll have no problems.
spacious, comfortable and close to town and quiet
very peaceful area, not far from Killarney town,
Spacious, comfortable and clean.
The host was lovely.
Unfortunately, the keys were left out so another party took them so when we finally sorted out the muck up there was a dirty nappy in the bin, no tea or washing powder. The host was lovely however we stayed there as were traveling for 2 weeks and wanted to use the washing machine, however you cant use it at night time so makes it redundant to use unless you wish to spend you day sitting in the room.
It’s a nice, spacious studio, like in the pictures. The double bed is good, so is the bedside light (for reading, lights in lounge area and kitchen a bit dim for our liking). The shower is really spacious. And there’s actually room to put things in the bath! Oven, microwave, grill, dishwasher (two big for the amount of crockery, really), washing machine and tumble dryer are good! During our stay we were the only ones in the house so it was lovely and quiet, nothing to be heard apart from the rain, birds, occasionally distant noises from the road. It’s very conveniently situated for access to the nature park, Ring of Kerry, good walks, the town, but away from the bustle. All in all we liked it and would have prolonged our stay if they hadn’t been fully booked.
There's no actual mountain view, it's blocked by a tree. And (as seen in the pictures) you can't just look out of the windows without standing on somthing. The kitchen equipment we find a bit stingy (no salad bowl, no peeler or cheese grater, probably not enough saucepans if you stayed with four people.) Lights in the lounge area too dim for reading, inconveniantly placed in the kitchen area (your shadow falls into the sink and also on the table.) And ther's only one switch for (fairly bright) light in the sleeping area and rather dim light in the lounge area. So difficult if part of the guests want to sleep and others stay up. Hot water takes quite a while to arrive and then there's a dip in pressure every 30 seconds or so. (But all in all the shower is still good!)
spacious apartment with all the facilities you could ask for. nicely decorated as well with interesting 2nd shower and lovely wooden table. very close to Killarney National Park
it was a bit of a drive to Skellig Michael ferry but we managed to use it as a base for both that trip and walks in Killarney National Park.
LOVE the house very much. Hosts are very nice and we really appreciate for their help. Highly recommend!!!!!
It is really perfect!!
The location was ideal for us, we like peace and quiet and that's what we got. It's just the right distance from town. Beautiful area.
Nothing. The place was exactly what it looks like on the Internet.
