Nothing every convenience is thought of. A little fridge for travellers is so helpful, tea coffee etc in a little sitting room. You don’t always get that.

A gem of a BnB that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Beautifully decorated, clean and with lots of thoughtful touches. The owners couldn't have been lovelier and gave us tips and advice for the next part of our trip. Great breakfast to top it all off!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Gegend von Killarney zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen das O'Sullivan's sehr gerne weiter.

Nous avons apprécié les hôtes très sympa et toujours de très bon conseils. La chambre très belle, très confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner et le café avec des gâteaux à disposition sont à la hauteur des hôtes.

Juste un petit bémol pour l emplacement car un peu éloigné du centre avec une route un peu difficile surtout quand on a pas l habitude de la conduite à gauche mais c est juste histoire de..

We had a great stay here. Bernie and Seamus are fabulous hosts who run one of the best places we have stayed in on our trip so far. The rooms are comfortable and it was nice to have a living room area to sit in during the evening. The breakfast was fabulous.

Man spürt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohlbefinden der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Nach einem sehr guten Frühstück und ausgestattet mit hilfreichen Tipps konnten wir den Tag erfolgreich genießen und waren froh, abseits des Trubels in Killarney eine ruhige Unterkunft gehabt zu haben.

Zum liebevoll frisch gereichten Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ, bekamen wir stets tolle Ausflugstipps, die es uns leicht machten diese wunderschöne Gegend voll erleben zu können. Dit was een fantastische accommodatie! Bernie is een heel gezellige, humorvolle gastvrouw die er alles aan doet om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ze heeft goede to do en to don't tips om de omgeving van Killarney te verkennen. Er is een prachtige zitkamer voor de gasten met thee- en koffiefaciliteiten. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in de eetkamer en er is een ontbijtmenu, dus voor ieder wat wils. De kamer is ruim, erg schoon en Bernie maakt zelfs bij een verblijf van maar 2 nachten je kamer weer helemaal tiptop in orde na 1 nacht.

De ligging is perfect aan de ring of Kerry en vlakbij Killarney. De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die je voorzien van tips over de omgeving en het ontbijt was super! We voelden ons erg in de watten gelegd

Welcomed by wonderful hosts who took the time to give us some great info on the surrounding area and things to do. They were very thoughtful and accomodating. The breakfast is outstanding - plenty of choice from Irish breakfasts, French toast, pancakes and so on. Plenty of space to park, large bedroom and bathroom. Lovely views whilst eating breakfast, 10min drive from Killarney.

No complaints, as close to perfect as it gets. Highly recommended!

A casa é lindíssima. Nos receberam muito bem. Parece que pensam nos mínimos detalhes, tudo é de muito bom gosto, limpo e bem arrumado. A sala do café da manhã é um encanto, e o café da manhã estava excelente. A sala comum também é linda.

Both hosts were amazing, very accommodating and shared lots of information. Bed was great, very comfortable with a modern ensuite.the home is easily accessed with a fob!

The entire home including our room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated; the hosts made use feel very welcome and were eager to offer advice and recommendations on local attractions and restaurants. The hosts clearly put a great deal of effort and care into their B&B, and it was an excellent location for visiting Muckross House & Gardens and the Gap of Dunloe.

No complaints, we had a wonderful time staying here!

Absolutely fantastic stay with Bernie and Seamus. Right from the word go, we were welcomed and treated so well. Our room was beautiful , and the facilities throughout are great-they have thought of everything. Breakfasts are delicious-you definitely won’t be hungry. Great advice for places to visit and routes to take. Would definitely stay again 😊

Ein bezauberndes B&B mit ganz viel Herzlichkeit und viel Liebe zum Detail! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr lecker und die Gastgeber haben uns sehr gut beraten! Zu Fuß etwas weit in die Stadt, aber das wussten wir vorher. Perfekte Ausgangslage für den Nationalpark!

Tout était parfait : une chambre cosy, très propres, du beau linge de maison, une jolie vue sur le jardin et un endroit très calme à 2 pas du centre de Killarney où se trouve toute l’animation et les restaurants que l’on peut souhaiter. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est extra !!! Le « mini » Irish breakfast est déjà hyper copieux et savoureux! Le petit « plus » qui distingue cet établissement des autres à mon sens est Bernie, qui est une VRAIE hôtesse : toujours soucieuse de notre bien-être mais aussi et surtout attentive et pleine d’un réel intérêt pour ses hôtes ! Elle s’informe quotidiennement des programmes de la journée et donne une foule de conseils précieux pour visiter sa belle région. Elle est formidable!

Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai moment : des produits faits maisons et des conseils de visite adaptés. Le lieu est excentré de l'activité de Killarney dans un site très vert et très calme sans être isolé. Je conseille ce B&B à tous les visiteurs de cette magnifique région de l'Irlande.

We had the best time here. Bernie was an excellent wealth of knowledge in all things Killarney, she knew exactly where to point us if we didnt have anything planned & even if we did she helped us fine tune those plans. In a 10 day trip across Ireland, at O'Sullivans I had the best full Irish Breakfast here. The B&B was in a gorgeous setting & was so cozy. Would come back here again in a heartbeat if ever in County Kerry/Killarney area.

No! We had a fabulous time.

The B&B is in a rural setting, very quiet and peaceful. The host (Bernie) was extremely helpful about where to go for the Ring of Kerry. Breakfast was very good. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Despite the rather unwelcoming Welcome Sheet, we would stay there again as Bernie was the most helpful host we had on our tour around Ireland.

There was no blind on the bathroom window (it overlooked the garden). I felt a bit awkward about that. The radiator in our room did not seem to work, but the room temperature wasn't too bad so I didn't mention it. The plug sockets are difficult to reach as they are behind the bedside cabinets. I found Bernie's written rules a bit unwelcoming, which seemed in contrast with her very welcoming persona overall. Rules like no pyjamas for breakfast! Who the hell wears PJs to breakfast when they are away? Probably a very small percentage of the population? There was another rule about fake tan and also no washing and drying of clothes. It just came across as too negative and unwelcoming and I think could be rewritten to give a better first impression.

My partner and I stayed for a couple nights for a local wedding in Killarney. Bernie and his wife were so accommodating to us and our schedule as we were arriving late initially. Our room was clean and ready for us to use. Then, the next morning we had the breakfast which was delicious and enjoyed interacting with the hosts and other guests. My boyfriend needed an iron for his shirt and the host went above and beyond and offered to do the ironing for him to help.

We had a great 2 night stay. Bernie & Seamus were fantastic hosts. They have a lovely, comfortable, warm home. We had a delicious breakfast each morning. They were kind enough to drop us down to Muckross hotel for our wedding as well.

The property was in a nice quiet area with all of the amenities you could need. The room was a great size with a very comfy bed. There was also a communal lounge area to relax in with books, a tv, tea and cookies. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were incredibly helpful with suggestions for what to do for the day and routes to get to our next destination.

Firstly , we had a lovely stay at this B&B .shamus and Bernie the hosts were very friendly and accommodating , making us feel at home. The breakfast was a highlight with a freshly prepared menu of food to choose from including delicious local products that gave a true taste of the area . Their warm hospitality made the trip even more special and personalized , especially after staying in hotels.

Just take into account that the location is bit off the beaten track , especially if arriving at night as the roads are windy
