Reviewed Mar 22, 2026the property is very spacious,i would say it is the most specious property in Beer Sheva that I saw for the last five years. the property has two full bathrooms that is very convenient if you are not travel alone. The host is very accommodating. The host provides all the necessary bathroom amenities for the initial period. The apartment is located in a very convenient place with easy access to all the essential stores. Parking is free and located right outside the apartment windows.

Stains on couch. Location wasn’t great. Loud at night. Washing machine but no dryer and apartment wasn’t warm enough to dry clothes. Also, no clothes washing soap.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025הכל היה מושלם, הכל נקי, מיטות נוחות עם מזרנים איכותיים, מקלחות מבריקות! יש מזגנים חדשים ועובדים מצויין, מטבח מאובזר עם כל מה שצריך אפילו מכונת קפה! הסבר הגעה מפורט וברור. יש פארק גדול ומקסים מעבר לכביש, שפע של חניה. בעל הדירה תמיד זמין לכל שאלה! בהחלט נחזור שוב

My children and I visited my mother during this trip, and your apartment made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. My little one even said the apartment reminded him of "Icon of the Seas" because it felt so special! It was great to come back to such a cozy space after spending time with Grandma.
The only thing we missed was a dishwasher, which would have made things even more convenient.

1. No toaster. 2. We were surprised that there were only stairs and no elevator but 17 stairs was manageable for us. Maybe not for someone with a lot of luggage or disabled.

For longer stay lack of dishwasher could be annoying. Check with the owner the water heating procedure.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2023The apartment is recently renowned. Typical Israeli style is well equipped, the bathrooms are clean, the view is lovely, and the position is safe and easy to reach. The host gives you a lot of explanation but is very strict about checkout, which could be uncomfortable, especially on genius high levels where this is almost always present.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2023Gilad has a very beautiful apartment in a quiet part of Be'er Sheva. It's situated in a typical 1960's three story apartment building in an area that is getting beautified at the moment. Everything in the apartment was new and clean and it has more amenities than I could have wished for, a big open kitchen with a big fridge, TV's in the living room and in the bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Modern rain shower and hand shower with plenty of hot water. Gilad was super hospitable and explained everything, like the check-in procedure, very well. There's free street parking right in front of the building. The university area is at walking distance and appears to have a lot of modern cafes and restaurants. There's many small supermarkets very close to the apartment. All in all I highly recommend this place, I will definitely want to go here again.
I have no complaints at all, it was a great experience.
