Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Если не придираться ,то смело можно ставить 8.район тихий.рядом парк с детской площадкой.сами апартаменты найти не составило труда. Бойлер и кондей работают отлично,кухня укомплектована,за исключением чашек. На окне электрические ставни.удобно. на улице удобные стулья, можно утром попить кофе на свежем воздухе. Но нужно учитывать, что дворик общий на две квартиры.Постельное чистое, что несомненно радует. Парковка на улице.мест почти нет. Но нам посчастливилось.
Берите с собой кружки.в апартаментах три стакана,один из которых битый.)) Диван был весь в крошках,грязный. Туалет был грязный.моющие под раковиной в ванной комнате)) Матрас жёсткий,но я такие люблю. А ,и ещё..разуваться не стоит.мы все разулись при входе.белые носки моментально стали серыми....вот...

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Ami egészen remek volt, az a szállásadó rugalmassága és igyekezete a probléma megoldásra. Mivel nem működött a vízmelegítő, ezért azonnal egy jobb minőségű és nagyobb apartmant ajánlott fel, ugyanazon az áron.
Az eredeti szálláson nem működött a vízmelegítő, ezért még az este folyamán át kellett költöznünk egy másik apartmanba. A kiköltözés során vettük azt is észre, hogy a bejárati kapu nem záródik magától

Everything is dirty. Cost ₪815 for dusty place, towels and beds have hair everywhere, dusty and broken bathroom window and broken window screen in the living room. Unsanitized place, the host is accomodating yet it's self check-in/out so didn't really help much. I have collected photos since i arrive at the place yet the allowed photos here is not enough. I have seen many red flags in previous guests reviews, but still i gave it a chance maybe they learned from the past guest's callout. I must say they never learn, my 2 night stay cut short because of i can not stand with this place 🤢 Please don't be the next victim of this place, waste of money and time

Solo había dos toallas de mano y pocos cubiertos.-

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025Although the location was great. Next to a park and close to a grocery store. Walking distance from the hospital and university, the place was terrible!
The place reeked from cigarettes. The sofa was broken beyond use. There were 4 of us and we did not have enough room to sleep. We stayed for 2 nights. We sent several messages to the owners but got no response until after we left (3 days later). Clearly, no thought or care was put to ensure a good experience for the guests. There was no coffee available but even worse, there were also no cups or glasses to drink from, or a kettle to boil water. There was a small patio in the front but it was filthy, there were a couple of plastic chairs but they were so dirty they were not usable.

Arrived, got inside and immediately left. The room had a smell of urine, the room is located on a roof between old and ruined houses, electrical and metal cables all over the “balcony”

I felt like so many people stayed there before. Dirty, deteriorated couch, human hair between the bedsheets (that felt very cheap). Dirty table with cigarette burns, pee marks on the toilet seat, no cup for the toothbrushes, no sponge to clean the dishes, a 10 year old coffe (measured for one cup only),dirty dishes in the closet, missing equipment, dusty windows. The room needs repainting. Very disappointing
