We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious, and we especially loved having the jacuzzi inside. The location was great, with a supermarket conveniently nearby. Our host was also very kind and welcoming—she met us at the entrance and even helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. We had a wonderful experience and really appreciated her hospitality!

Nuestra estancia en Lotza Studios fue genial. El apartamento era muy acogedor, limpio y estaba cuidado al detalle, con cocina totalmente equipada, utensilios, toallas y baño con secador; además, pudimos disfrutar de la piscina del complejo, que fue un plus. Está muy cerca de Oia, a unos 15 minutos andando, y queremos destacar especialmente la atención de los propietarios: nos facilitaron el traslado desde el puerto, nos esperaron en la entrada de Finikia para ayudarnos con las maletas y, a la salida, nos ayudaron igualmente. Todo perfecto y totalmente recomendado.

L'endroit était incroyable, et l'hôte très sympathique et prévenant , l'hôtel est à 20 min de óia mais la route à pied se fait bien , le jacuzzi à l'intérieur était très sympathique mais génère de l'humidité.

Struttura molto bella e confortevole, ideale se si viaggia con amici e si vuole avere la propria privacy perché il nostri appartamenti avevano due ingressi separati per le camere. Le camere sono pulite e comode, inoltre la vasca idromassaggio è una coccola in più se ci si vuole rilassare.

Purtroppo gli appartamenti si trovano tra i vicoli di Finkia a pochi minuti da Oia, ma è una zona non accessibile con la macchina, se non fino ad un certo punto, anche se la location è caratteristica potrebbe essere scomoda per chi non vuole camminare troppo

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Bardzo czysty i zadbany. Sprzątany codziennie, z wymianą pościeli i ręczników co trzy dni a także na życzenie. Jakuzi w apartamamencie dopełniało miłe wieczory. Niewielki basen z jakuzi na zewnątrz pozwalał schłodić się w ciągu dnia. Bardzo dobre położenie apartamentu. 10 minut spaceru i byłem w centrum Oia. Położenie to zapewniło ciszę o dobry odpoczynek. Gospodrze bardzo mili i pomocni. Organizowali nam wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy. Tranfery na lotnisko, na plażę, do tawern i z tawern, wycieczki. Zawsze z uśmiechem. Cały personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Dbał o nasze wygody. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Spędziłem w tym obiekcie również ubiegłoroczne wakacje i jeszcze tam wrócę. To były już piąte wakacje na Santorini. Choć to mała wyspa to jeszce wszystkiego nie zobaczyłem. Gorąco polecam ten obiekt, na skraju najpiękniejszej miejscowości na Santorini.

Really spacious, beautiful interior located in a beautiful quiet village away from the hustle and bustle. Property Manager was very communicative and helpful from the beginning. Will definitely return.

There was a very odd smell, almost like vomit coming from the fridge, the staff did come and check on the smell on our second day but it would have been nice to be told from the onset that there was an issue from the beginning as they were aware of it from when we checked-in.

Location was perfect. 3 amazing restaurants within 100m and a short walk to oia. Outdoor area was great.

Everything, from the privacy of separate bedrooms, to having your own private jacuzzi. Everything went above expectations. The staff, Vasilis, was extremely caring for us, went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a lovely welcome from Vasilis, who was always on hand if we needed anything. Organised our transfers and late check out which was so helpful. The property was perfect for a family of 4. It was comfortable, cool and looked great. Indoor hot tub was a nice touch, which the kids loved, and outdoor pool and chairs was a lovely spot for relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. The fact the property was 1km outside of Oia was perfect. Easy to walk to the centre and to the bus stop, which was even closer. The small village of Finikia was beautiful and peaceful. It has 3 excellent restaurants in short walking distance. Meze Meze was our favourite 😍 We highly recommend Lotza Studios 🫶 It is also close to an excellent sunset spot without other tourists 🌅

Der kleine Pool war toll und eine schöne Abkühlung. Die Zimmer waren sauber! Durch die Feuchtigkeit war z.B. der Fön verschimmelt. Das war nicht so schön. Ansonsten war alles fein! Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Kitchen was very small and not fit for purpose. Thus we decided to eat outside.

La personne qui nous a accueilli et qui gère l'hotel a été super et de très bon conseil. Il a été à l'écoute et nous a aidé dès que nous avions besoin d'un conseil.

Loved our little piece of quiet paradise at Lotza Studios. It’s in a great spot in Finikia, away from the crowds and tourist chaos of Oia, but still really easy to get in and out. It’s about 5 minutes to MIA’s and the entrance to Oia, and around 15 minutes to the centre. Our cave room was brilliant, full of character and really comfortable, with a fridge and freezer that we stocked from the nearby mini market. Vasilis has been great and even sorted us out with ice for G&T hour 🥳 We’ve also got our own little crew of friendly cats keeping us company, which has made my daughter’s stay. She is in heaven.

Destacaría la tranquilidad del entorno y sus vistas! La ubicación es muy buena también, no pilla muy lejos de oía. Además, dispone de un hermoso jacuzzi que hace la estancia más relajante si cabe. También se agradece que a pesar de que surgiese un mal entendido con la opción del desayuno en la reserva, finalmente el alojamiento se hizo cargo de solventar el problema. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

A great location with a good choice of restaurants on the doorstep. Loved the hot tub, very refreshing after a day sightseeing.

Minor niggle as there were no mosquito screens, so had to rely on air conditioning at night if it was too hot. Would’ve been nice to open the windows instead.

The owner of the property met us at the parking lot (you have to walk to the property because the streets are 'walking only' streets). He gave us a tour of the village, recommendations on where to eat, and how to get into the pool/apartment. The apartment was clean and large. We loved the little patio and private hot tub. The entire space was comfortable. The owner was also helpful in giving us recommendations on where to go on the island, helping us rent a car for the day, or how to use the bus system. Overall, a great experience.

We do not have many complaints. We had wonderful weather and spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, or visiting the island. The only 'thing' we did not love was the shower head is not mounted on the wall, like in the US, but attached to the faucet and long chain. You have to physically pick up the shower head and hold it to rinse. Not a huge deal, but something that we were not used to and made showering for our children a little difficult.

Our stay at Lotza Studios in Santorini was a memorable one, especially as it was our first visit to Greece and Santorini. The hotel played a part in making the trip special and enjoyable. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the location. While it is not right in the heart of Oia, this actually comes with its own advantages. Unlike many accommodations in Oia and Fira that require navigating countless steep steps, Lotza Studios is much more accessible and convenient, especially for families and travellers who prefer to avoid carrying luggage up and down stairs. A lovely touch from the hotel was the fresh fruit basket provided daily. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and added to the overall experience.

The main downside for us was the room layout. The jacuzzi was located within the main living area, which may appeal to some guests but was not particularly practical for our family’s needs. A separate or more private placement would have enhanced the comfort and usability of the space.

This was a cute little place! It was convenient location near Oia. It was a short 15 minute walk to Oia. We were a family of 4, so we liked that we had two bathrooms. The little store nearby was a fun surprise, the staff were nice and helped if we forgot anything. Staff at Lotza studios went above and beyond! Gives advice and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious each morning.

L'appartement se trouve à 1,5 km du centre d'Oia, ce qui est acceptable. L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et l'architecture est très typique, on se croirait dans la maison des Barbapapa, les enfants ont adoré. Je conseille l'option petit déjeuner qui est copieuse et très bonne. Le jacuzzi intérieur est appréciable.

Le jacuzzi dégage une odeur de chlore et pas mal d'humidité, il faut aérer. En avril il fait un peu frais dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement était très bien . Très bien équipé. Le personnelle était disponible, accueillant, très sympas.

Lo único q cambiaría son las camas que están abajo porq es un poco incómodo el colchón sobre el piso. El resto excelente

部屋はサントリーニ島ならではのCave型で、部屋も広く、清潔で、家族４人で過ごすには申し分ない広さでした。 またジャグジーも非常に清潔で、汚れに敏感な日本人も安心して入ることができ、洞窟内のジャグジーでゆったり過ごすこともできます。また小さめですがプールもついています。 朝食もパンとヨーグルト、フルーツを施設内に持ってきてくれますが、どれもおいしかったです。 またオーナーがとても親切な方で、当日タクシーの発着場所にお迎えにきてくれました。また帰りも同じ場所まで荷物を運んでいただき、とても助かりました。部屋だけでなく、人の温かさにも触れられるホテルです。

ホテル自体の品質とは全く関係ないのですが、季節がらか、虫が多く、外で朝食を食べることができませんでした。 あとトイレに紙を流すことができませんが、これもまたどのホテルでも同じです。

Sehr , sehr freundliches Personal ( hat unsere Koffer vom Taxi Stand bis zum Apartment getragen , ob wohl es steil war und die Koffer sehr schwer) . Frühstück sehr schön angerichtet . Lage Top - paar Gehminuten zum Zentrum Oia und auch zum Strand. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe vom Hotel. Für kleine Lebensmittel Einkäufe paar kleine Läden vorhanden. Whirlpool mit toller Aussicht Richtung Meer. Alles einfach toll . Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Lotza son unos magníficos apartamentos en Finikia a un paseo de Oia a pie. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy auténticas y con un jacuzzi que hace las delicias de los niños. El desayuno servido en la terraza es magnífico y su personal es extraordinariamente amable. A un par de minutos hay restaurantes muy recomendables y en conjunto permite disfrutar de la isla en un entorno tranquilo y de máxima calidad. Como ejemplo de la amabilidad del personal, nos dejamos unas gafas en la habitación el día que nos íbamos y nos las acercaron al aeropuerto para que no perdiésemos el avión. Gracias a todo el equipo de Lotza!!

Havre de paix! C'est un cocon dans lequel on se sent immédiatement bien. Tout est bien pensé, raffiné, agréable a reYgarder. Literie xxl et confortable. Salle de bains super jolie. Chambre spacieuse. L'endroit est calme et dans un quartier très joli, loin de la foule. Il y a des restaurants et un market si besoin. Le petit déjeuner est apporté alhzurz qui vous convient pour être pris en terrasse. Le responsable des lieux est très attentif et tout le personnel est souriant, discret et sympathique. La piscine jacuzzi, bien fraîche, contraste agréablement avec la chaleur même en septembre. C'est un lieu incontournable. Apaisant et ressourçant. On a envie d'y rester indéfiniment ....
