Am avut o experiență minunată în această locație superbă din Oia! Priveliștea este absolut spectaculoasă, atmosfera este liniștită și totul este foarte bine întreținut. Un plus uriaș pentru Dora, care a fost super amabilă și primitoare pe tot parcursul șederii noastre. Ne-a ajutat cu toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie și s-a asigurat că ne simțim excelent. Profesionalismul și căldura ei au făcut experiența și mai specială. Recomand cu toată încrederea această locație oricui își dorește un sejur de neuitat în Santorini. Cu siguranță ne-am întoarce!

El desayuno bastante normalito. No hay agua en el desayuno, a la dueña le costó ponernos tres vasos de agua, uno para cada uno, nos dijo que si queríamos agua que la podíamos comprar en la máquina, agua pedimos, no coca- cola, cervezas… AGUA. Creo que es básico tener agua en el desayuno

La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La piscine est belle et offre une très belle vue. Parking gratuit Propreté : rien à redire

Déçue du petit déjeuner : plutôt pauvre en proposition et identique tous les jours. Belle vue mais à minutes de voiture de tous les grands lieux touristiques. Pas de savon pour le corps dans le douche, pas de shampooing.

Really bad. TG we only stayed one night and I felt sorry for people staying longer. Wish I’d read the reviews before booking. The rooms are grim. The bed was like sleeping on springs, and the noise of it - I’m surprised no one else mentioned it. The owner is a bit of a crank and grunts at everyone.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war schön und der Poolbereich war in Ordnung. Leider waren das für uns auch schon die einzigen wirklich positiven Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts.

Leider können wir das Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer waren in einem schlechten und teilweise unsauberen Zustand. Die Dusche war dreckig, Farbe blätterte von den Wänden und die Steckdose im Bad funktionierte nicht. Ein alternatives Zimmer, das uns gezeigt wurde, war sogar noch schlechter. Besonders schlimm war der starke Ameisenbefall im Badezimmer mit einer sichtbaren Ameisenstraße. Die Ameisen gelangten sogar in persönliche Gegenstände und in den Rasierer meiner Freundin. Nach der Benutzung hatte sie Ameisen auf der Haut unter ihrer Achsel. Das bereitgestellte Geschirr war stark verschmutzt. Selbst nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten und es erneut gereinigt wurde, bekamen wir es wieder dreckig zurück. Ein großes Sicherheitsproblem war, dass unsere Zimmertür innerhalb der ersten drei Tage zweimal vom Personal unverschlossen zurückgelassen wurde, während unsere Wertsachen unbeaufsichtigt im Zimmer lagen. Die Rezeption ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Danach war niemand erreichbar, auch nicht über die Notfallnummer. Als uns das Toilettenpapier ausging, haben wir mehrfach angerufen und per WhatsApp geschrieben. Nach über fünf Stunden ohne Hilfe mussten wir selbst welches kaufen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten überwiegend schlecht gelaunt, wenig hilfsbereit und Beschwerden wurden teilweise heruntergespielt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend: kaum Auswahl, hauptsächlich Toast, Käse, einfacher Aufschnitt und Eier sowie sehr dünner, wässriger Kaffee. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft für uns weder den Bildern noch dem erwarteten Standard. Die Summe aus mangelnder Sauberkeit, Ameisenbefall, Sicherheitsproblemen, schlechter Erreichbarkeit und fehlender Hilfsbereitschaft machte den Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.

Lovely clean property very near the nice quiet end of Plaka beach. Close enough to local restaurants to walk easily in 5-10 minutes. Property is quite small but has everything you need and is in pristine condition. Lovely balcony. Would definitely recommend. The host is super helpful and gave great recommendations for the island. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.

The staff is so rude, the older lady was so rude, even during buffet breakfast she was continuosly seeing us anytime we were going to take something to eat and make us feel unconfortable. The room as described isn’t 2 rooms it’s just 1 room with 2 double bed and 1 single bed.

Muy buena estancia. Las instalaciones están muy bien, el desayuno es bueno y el atardecer desde la piscina es espectacular. Oia está a unos 25 minutos caminando, aunque es recomendable tener coche para moverse. Como puntos negativos, la WiFi no funcionó ninguno de los cuatro días y la terraza superior no estaba abierta para disfrutar del atardecer. En general, lo recomendamos especialmente por las vistas, la piscina y la tranquilidad del alojamiento.

Could have been more polished inside rooms - very basic.

I have never experienced such poor reception service at a hotel in this price range. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was unprofessional, and unhelpful. The explanations provided for the lack of assistance were unconvincing and did not justify the poor level of service. The overall hospitality was disappointing, and the breakfast quality and variety were also far below what should be expected for the price paid. Unfortunately, this created a very negative first impression and affected our entire stay. We expected a much higher standard of courtesy, service, and comfort, but instead we felt unwelcome and it put a real damper on our holiday.

Tem somente 2 funcionários que não podem com a demanda, a recepção fecha muito cedo, o que dificulta em caso de imprevistos como necessidade de água potável. Um dos dias não foi feita a limpeza no nosso quarto.

La camera è pulita sommariamente, gli asciugamani presentano macchie. Il bagno al mio arrivo era sporco. La colazione povera e non hanno acqua per la colazione. Alla nostra richiesta di avere almeno quattro bicchieri d’acqua (eravamo in quattro) ci è stato riso in faccia. La struttura è a 15 minuti a piedi dall’inizio del centro pedonale di Oia, la strada non è illuminata e non ha un marciapiede, ma questo ovviamente non è colpa della struttura.

Die Aussicht auf unserem Balkon war hervorragend. Die Anbindung zum Public Transport war gut, das Zimmer war passabel.

Die ganze Anlage und die Zimmereinrichtung waren lieblos genauso lieblos ist das Frühstück angerichtet worden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal hat so gut wie nicht stattgefunden. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer, war auf ein Minimum reduziert. Es gab noch nicht mal eine Ersatz Klorolle.

La résidence est belle, avec de jolis exterieurs. Il faut savoir que la vue ne donne pas sur Oia et qu'il faut marcher 30mn ou prendre un bus devant l'hôtel pour aller au village. L'avantage, c'est d'être loin de la foule avec des restau sympa à proximité. le petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse est copieux sans être original.

The rooms looked quite different from the photos on Booking, and they weren't as clean as we expected. The juice at breakfast tasted very watered down we even noticed that the lady staff repeatedly adding water to it so it can last longer 😅 Oia is about a 20–25 minute walk away, which wasn't a problem for us, but keep in mind that you'll have to walk alongside the road since there isn't a proper pedestrian path for much of the route.

We would like to clarify that our disappointment was never related to the kindness or effort of your staff. In fact, a young lady at the hotel was extremely helpful and did her best to assist us. She even arranged a decorated room for us, and we truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She was the only part of our stay that left us with a positive impression. However, this did not resolve the main issue. We booked and paid for a Superior Room, but upon arrival we were given what appeared to be a standard room, which was far from what we had expected. The alternative room that was offered to us was also not the room type we had booked. Even your own staff mentioned that the room was “not very good” and suggested that we could move there the following day. Since it still was not the room category we had reserved, we declined the offer. Our review reflects our disappointment with the accommodation we received, not with the staff member who genuinely tried to help us. We sincerely thank her for her excellent service and efforts.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately our experience was nothing like what was advertised in the photos. We booked and fully paid for a Superior Room several months in advance. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for our room, and at check-in we were informed that the Superior Room we had reserved had been given to another guest. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that our reservation had been confirmed and paid for months earlier. What made the situation even worse was that the hotel never informed us in advance. We received no message or notification before our arrival, even though they already knew our reserved Superior Room would not be available. At the very least, they could have contacted us through Booking.com before our check-in date. If they had informed us in advance, we would have had the opportunity to cancel our reservation and book another hotel instead. Instead, we only found out after arriving, when we had no realistic alternative. After we complained, the staff showed us another Superior Room and said we could move there the following day. However, the room was not clean and was in poor condition, so it was not an acceptable option. Instead, we were placed in a very small standard room, even though we had paid for a Superior Room. The room we received was not comparable to a Superior Room and did not even meet the standard of a Deluxe Room. Despite our complaints, the hotel made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. Overall, we did not receive the room we had booked and paid for, and the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made our stay very disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht – einfach atemberaubend und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Kind of far from everything, had to get a bus to town but there is no way of getting bus back from oia to hotel. There aren’t any nearby shops and the hotel doesn’t do room service, so you can’t really get food. Staff were nice, but not very helpful. Breakfast was terrible and there was no water served with it, even after asking.

Hotel in una posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro di Oia, raggiungibile comodamente sia a piedi che in auto. La vista è semplicemente mozzafiato: consiglio di ammirare almeno una volta il tramonto direttamente dall’hotel, perché ne vale davvero la pena. La struttura è accogliente, in perfetto stile greco, tutta bianca e con una splendida piscina. Comodo parcheggio gratuito. Inoltre, il personale è stato molto gentile, nonostante il nostro arrivo oltre l’orario di check-in previsto. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato penalizzato da alcuni aspetti. La colazione offriva poca scelta ed era sempre la stessa; inoltre, nonostante avessi segnalato in anticipo la mia intolleranza al lattosio, non sono state previste alternative adeguate e il personale non ha saputo indicarmi con precisione gli alimenti adatti. Anche la pulizia della camera è stata superficiale: venivano rifatti i letti, cambiati gli asciugamani e passata la scopa, ma in una settimana non è mai stato lavato il pavimento con il mocio. Inoltre, il bagno non veniva pulito accuratamente e lavandino, WC e doccia rimanevano sporchi. Non era presente un vero kit di cortesia: erano disponibili teli piscina, mini phon, e solo dispenser di sapone per le mani, uno dei quali veniva indicato anche come detergente per doccia e shampoo. Infine, abbiamo trovato solo due bottigliette d’acqua di cortesia all’arrivo in camera; nei giorni successivi non sono più state rifornite e l’acqua non era disponibile nemmeno durante la colazione, ma andava acquistata direttamente in struttura.

We had a fab stay at Agnadi, the staff were lovely, the rooms were very nice and clean. The pool area offers a great view, and a couple of really nice restaurants within a 5 min walk! Walking distance to Oia as well, but in a quieter area for some peace. On site laundry, they even folded and dropped it back off to us. Overall a great stay.

20-25 min walk to Oia (and very hot - which isn’t their fault!!!) but if you are wanting to be walking distance to town, especially during summer, then it can be a tough walk from here in the heat.

La paz que había allí, sin ruidos, el sitio es bonito y está bien cuidado. Los dueños viven allí mismo y se desviven. La piscina está muy cuidada y en silencio. Las vistas del atardecer son espectaculares. Tiene aire acondicionado y una pequeña nevera con menaje de cocina. Tiene parking incluido, lo cual es una maravilla. No está en Oia, está a 25 minutos andando.

El desayuno es muy básico, pero está incluido en el precio y es barato en comparación con el resto de alojamientos. La cama sonaba un poco cuando nos movíamos y del baño salía agua.

The cleaning lady did not do the room one day and she was trying to find an excuse to justify it. The breakfast does not have much variety and food is of low quality.

建物の外観はまるでイアの中心にいるようで最高。自分の部屋以外にもくつろげる場所が沢山あり、お部屋やベッドの広さも私たちには十分。朝日は見えないけど夕日はバッチリ見えてとても興奮しました。徒歩15分くらいで24時間営業のスーパーマーケットもあり、小腹が空いた時に利用できました。本当に満足です。

お部屋の隅に小さい蟻がいましたが多くはなく、私たちはあまり気になりませんでした。イアまで徒歩で行くには遠かったです。すぐ近くのバスを利用すれば問題ありません。

Beautiful view, the staff and owners is so friendly and treat you like family. Close to the buss stop. Calmer area as it is not in the center of tourist hotspots.

Limited options for lunch and dinner as you are 20min walk from Oia. Breakfast standard would have loved bit more variation. Rooms could be bit more sound proof. Walking into Oia can be hard on a very warm day and it is also not very pedestrian friendly.

It’s in a slightly awkward spot between Fira and Oia but once you figure out the busses it’s fine! Would recommend getting an ATV if you’re staying for more than two nights

Good location, restaurant next door is definitely worth visiting, the villa is close to Oia (15 minute walk, 5-10 minute drive). Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, the view however was phenomenal. The pool was nice, clean, quiet, plenty of sun loungers if you like to tan or relax by the pool listening to music. The receptionist, young man, was very nice and helpful, helped plan our days out and liaised with other companies so everything ran smoothly.

Great location, 25 min walk away from Oia

We booked the Superior sea view loft room, and showed them all the reservation receipts, but when we arrived they gave us another room, and insisted that we booked another cheaper one without views. As we arrived late we took the room as we were exhausted, and the next day they called the manager and gave us our booked room. While they resolved this, we still didn’t stay in the correct room until the next day and had to move everything again.

Cuando llegamos tenían la piscina inoperativa por obras y supongo que porque el alojamiento estaba prácticamente vacío. ( aunque nos permitieron usar la del hotel de alojamiento contiguo)

The best accommodation I have stayed in so far! Perfect location — only 15 minutes walking from Oia, but much quieter, more private, and without the crowds. The place is absolutely idyllic with a breathtaking view and a great pool. The guy at reception and the girl working at breakfast and maintaining the property were incredibly kind and welcoming, and really made the stay even better. Breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view was a highlight every morning. Everything was spotless. We would definitely come back! Die beste Unterkunft, in der ich bisher je übernachtet habe! Perfekte Lage — nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von Oia entfernt, aber viel ruhiger, privater und ohne Menschenmassen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut idyllisch, mit atemberaubender Aussicht und einem tollen Pool. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Mitarbeiterin, die sich um das Frühstück und die Pflege der Anlage kümmert, waren unglaublich freundlich und haben den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit perfektem Ausblick war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The Location is great. A bit of a walk to Oia but it was perfect for us.far from the crowd. The best thing we liked was the staff. Constantine was great and very helpful. The rest of the staff were great too!

Lit pas confortable et extrêmement bruyant. Porte de la chambre très bruyante. Salle de bain ouverte sur l’extérieur ce qui laisse passer le bruit et les odeurs. Chambres très mal insonorisées, on entend les chambres d’à côté et les gens qui marchent / discutent / téléphonent proche des chambres. Petit déjeuner rudimentaire, autant aller manger ailleurs. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort : bruit le matin tôt proche des chambres, ne trouve pas de solution pour le petit déjeuner en cas de départ avant 8h du matin. Piscine froide, inutile de compter dessus en dehors de juillet / août
