Beautiful room, fantastic sunset terraces - great attention to detail by the hosts... gave great recommendations. Delicious breakfasts. I will tell all my friends to visit.

The location and view are stunning. The manager Irene and the owner have been so kind. They asked us each day, how our day was, made restaurant reservations and helped us out in every way!

Pour accéder à le chambre il faut descendre une dizaine de marches entre deux parois étroites. En bas, plus de lumière, une odeur de chlore irrespirable, un taux d humidité malsain malgré les deux appareils en fonction pour déshumidifier. Impossible de faire rentrer de l air dans cette grotte. En plus , il y avait une petite pièce juste à côté de la chambre qui est la buanderie ! Le personnel vient tôt le matin pour faire tourner des machines et faire sécher le linge ce qui contribue à rendre l endroit inconfortable au possible. Ce n est pas normal de faire dormir des personnes dans cette pièce. Nous avons , moyennant un supplément conséquent , 200euros, changé de chambre la deuxième nuit.

Everything was wonderful. The owner and the staff, especially Irene and Oni, deserve 10/10. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is perfect, just a few steps from the main street of Fira while still feeling peaceful. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I had a great experience at Aroma Suites and would happily stay here again.

Perfektní lokalita poblíž autobusového nádraží, zároveň klidná a blízko do centra. Nádherný výhled, který jsme měli takřka pro sebe. A to na několika etážích. Hostitelka navíc byla ochotná dát nám hromadu místních tipů na výlety, který jsme samozřejmě využili.

Tutto. Ero già stata in questa struttura 4 anni fa e tornare è stato un vero piacere. La posizione è ottima, come meravigliosi sono stati Irina e Costas nel farci sentire sempre accolti e fornendoci i migliori consigli. La camera non era grandissima, ma pulita, fresca e con quel tocco di "semplicità speciale" (ossia arredo essenziale, ma con grande gusto). Graditissime le cialde del caffè, come anche la crema corpo (meravigliosa). La struttura ha anche un rooftop ove ammirare il tramonto in pace. Il top, ad ogni modo, resta il mattino: uscire dalla stanza e fare colazione con quel panorama ....è un'esperienza che resta dentro l'anima. Consigliatissimo.

E' solo un consiglio: chiederei agli ospiti la scelta tra una colazione dolce o salata. In questo modo amplierei l'una o l'altra opzione (es. per il dolce, aggiungerei la frutta e dei biscotti).

Otroligt läge med utsikt över calderan. Stor luftig cave suite med unik design. Bekväma sängar. Personalen var genuint hjälpsam och omtänksam. Vi fick bra tips på utflykter och hjälpte oss med bokning samt transfer från och till färjan. Trevlig varierad frukost. Bra läge i Fira.

Det berörde inte oss, men det är en bit att gå med flera trappor längs vägen, att tänka på.

It’s a bit pricy

The suite is just minutes from the shops and restaurants in the main part of town. The views from our balcony were spectacular! And the service was top notch.

It was a bit awkward getting our luggage from the road up to the suites. However, the staff took care of handling that for us.

Great location with amazing views! Irene was amazingly welcoming. She was very attentive and approachable. She was always available with recommendations.

Really, there were no down sides. The sister property had a refreshing pool and they even brought my luggage over because my flight was late afternoon. I was able to shower in the spa before my flight.

Staying at Aroma Suites was an amazing experience—the best hotel I have ever visited. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The host was very kind, met us, and allowed an early check‑in at no extra charge, and recommended great locations and restaurants. The hotel itself is excellent, but the view is the highlight—you will want to stay forever. I can’t wait to return.

The views from this property are amazing but what made our stay even better was the warm reception from the owner Farios and his staff Ireni. We came from Athens, my wife broke her ankle at the Acrópolis and had to have surgery two days before our flight to Santorini. We had clearance from the doctors to flight so we decided to go after all. Mr. Farios and his assistant made our stay so much enjoyable under the circumstances, accommodating us to a more accessible room and checking on often us to see how my wife was doing. His wife drove me to the farmacy to get a walker for my wife. The assistant Ireni brought us breakfast to our room and help me making calls to find a place to buy medication for my wife. They truly made us feel like we were staying with family. Needless to say that we have to come back under better terms to really enjoy Aroma Suits again and all the Santorini attractions.

Absolutely the perfect spot! Close to the bus station, restaurants and a supermarket. Had fantastic views and sunsets. Staff has fantastic with daily housekeeping. Arranged taxis when ever required. A few small steps to get to the accommodation.

La struttura è estremamente curata e rispecchia perfettamente il tipico stile delle Cicladi, con i suoi colori bianco e celeste che creano un'atmosfera autentica e rilassante. Le camere offrono una splendida vista sulla caldera e ciascuna dispone di uno spazio panoramico dove viene servita la colazione ogni mattina. La colazione è uno dei punti di forza: sempre fresca, varia e diversa ogni giorno, con un ottimo equilibrio tra proposte dolci e salate. L'arredamento è essenziale e raffinato, ma non manca davvero nulla: cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, aria condizionata, acqua in camera, dispenser con sapone, shampoo, crema corpo e ciabattine. La doccia, ampia e incastonata nella roccia, dona un tocco unico all'esperienza. Il vero lusso, però, è il tramonto: poterlo ammirare dalla terrazza dell'hotel, lontano dalla folla e in totale tranquillità, magari sorseggiando una birra o un calice di vino, è un'esperienza indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale anche allo staff, sempre gentile, premuroso e discreto, capace di far sentire gli ospiti accolti con grande professionalità. Una struttura che consiglio senza alcun dubbio.

Kafouros & Irene looked after us so well and were so welcoming. The sunset views were incredible! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was so yummy with a beautiful view. Such a wonderful place, would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the villa and found it exactly as advertised. Located in central Fira, it is perfectly tucked away from the busy main area, offering both convenience and privacy. The balcony provides a stunning sunset view, truly one of the best in Santorini. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a lovely and much-appreciated addition to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Atencion superlativa !!!!. con muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes cercanos y una amabilidad impresionante de Fanis y la recepcionista (disculpas por olvidar tu nombre)!!! It was well appointed, and the view was amazing.

I think the bed needed box springs. And the shower was a nuisance trying to keep the water from overflowing into the rest of the bathroom.

Com certeza a melhor estadia de toda a viagem, uma vista incrível da caldeira, o quarto excelente, cama boa, atendimento ótimo e as dicas de passeios foram sensacionais. Bem localizado bem no meio de fira, dá pra fazer tudo a pé é dos passeios é claro. Não que seja algo que desagradou mas o café da manhã é bem simples, como é padrão na Grécia. Eu trazia iogurte e frutas do mercadinho pra complementar pois nao tem no que eles servem, mas foi assim por todos os locais da Grécia, acredito que seja o padrão deles.

Nothing. The only thing I would say if you don’t like a few stairs or have difficulty walking or bad knees don’t take the spa room but there are other rooms available at the hotel that don’t have stairs and you’ll be fine

Fantastic location, really big room and long area with a great hot tub. Nice views from the terrace which was up a set of stairs, to be fair the room was down a lot of stairs. Santorini is very steep and almost everywhere has stairs. The staff were great in moving bags for us (I’d injured my knee at the previous stop so we needed this assistance). Breakfast on your own terrace was nice, but we didn’t really know when it would happen or where so we missed out the first morning. Decent little fridge and sink area. Decent sized bed, firm.

The hot tub flooded the bathroom because the drain didn’t seem to work well enough. When asked to help, the staff same immediately and mopped the room for us. It was pretty hot inside the room even with the aircon and two dehumidifiers and it wasn’t excessively hot outside. It was ok but would have loved it a little cooler. Also no kettle but a coffee machine for the coffee drinkers. Didn’t really matter just pointing it out.

la chambre ou on ne peut occulter une fenêtre : empêche de dormir à cause de la lumière exterieure. Le lit à 2, ou une personne ne peut facilement quitter le lit si l'autre dort. Trop de couvertures oreillers et coussins inutiles qui empêchent le rangement de nos affaires dans la petite armoire. Pas de possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner avant 8h30 et pas la possibilité de le prendre à l'abri en cas de vent, de pluie ou de froid. Excursion proposée par Aroma Suites à un tarif bien supérieur à ce qui se pratique dans d'autres hotels de Santorin. Pas de conseils touristiques si besoin.

Wunderbarer Ausblick! Zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum und an der Bushaltestelle. Das Frühstück wird auf den Balkon gebracht, das ist natürlich mega luxus. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, la vue sur la Cladeira est une des meilleures. L'endroit est calme et aménagé avec goût. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et font tout pour que vous viviez une expérience incroyable !

The views from our room (we stayed at the villa) are something to never forget! Santorini is one of a kind and Fira, in my opinion, is the perfect choice. Fanis is a great host, gave us excellent tips, arranged transfers and made our trip easier! I recommend Aroma Suites a thousand times!

Des couchers de soleil fabuleux ! Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et avons pu récupérer notre chambre avant l’heure, celle-ci étant déjà prête. Nous avons également été très chaleureusement conseillés par l’adorable jeune femme de l’accueil, qui nous a aidés à profiter pleinement de Fira et de ses environs. Comme nous repartions très tôt le lendemain matin, elle a même tenu à organiser notre petit-déjeuner dès le soir, une attention particulièrement appréciée. L’hôtel ne dispose pas de piscine sur place ce qui n'est pas gênant, mais nous avons eu accès à celle d’un hôtel partenaire situé à quelques mètres. La vue est absolument incroyable, tout comme l’emplacement de l’établissement, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du centre-ville accessible à pied. Nous étions en scooter et avons pu nous garer très facilement à proximité de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

L’emplacement était parfait, le personnel très attentionné. Un excellent déjeuner servi à notre chambre c’était génial! Les indications avant notre arrivée ont grandement facilité l’accès à l’hôtel. La chambre propre, les installations très bien.

The staff were exceptional and treated us like family. They tried to fix our broken suitcase for us. Especially thanks to Irini and Vasili.

It was a great location, easy walk to buses to go to oia, room was superb, nothing was an issue with the host Fanis and staff. Breakfast was so lovely set up outside every morning over looking ocean. View was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend.

Le site , vu sur le coucher de soleil, le logement avec un très bon couchage et un jacuzzi. Petite remarque / le jacuzzi aurait été dehors ça serait mieux. Panis , le propriétaire des lieux est adorable, proche et a votre écoute. Il veut vous faire plaisir. Tout le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Exceptionnel Merci

Shared balcony, very close to the next room

This was one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, with the most kind and loving hostess. We rented 2 spaces: a one bedroom studio for my husband and me and a 2-bedroom, 2-level apartment with full kitchen and a hot tub for our son and his family. Both were fantastic. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet. Nice bath products. Comfortable private outdoor terraces for both apartments. The views from each were just spectacular. We could see the whole caldera spread out below us and the beautiful white buildings climbing up the hillside. And we were super close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The free public parking lot was about an 8 minute walk away. The hostess Julia made us a wonderful breakfast every morning and she was super kind and friendly. We were in Santorini over Orthodox Easter weekend and Julia made sure we knew about all the special events taking place for Easter. She made us an Easter dinner reservation at a wonderful “locals” place that was fantastic. Every recommendation she gave us was excellent. We drove all over the island and we think Fira is the best place to stay.

The toilet’s seat kept coming off

We’ve stayed in 3 room types here over the last year and it’s just always such a pleasure. It’s in a gorgeous location, the resort is quaint and the staff is all amazing. It’s clean, well kept, and in a great spot to walk all around Fira. We feel so at home and welcome at Aroma, and the vibe/atmosphere is perfect. 👌🏼

Off the coast of Athens is the Instagram famous Santorini, known for its blue beaches, blue domes, white cliffside hotels and scenic caldera. Here I found the most wonderful gem for my stay. Aroma suites is just by the sea, it is cozy, personal, offering amazing volcanic views. Our host Julia is the icing on the cake. From the moment we landed, she was extremely helpful, kind, caring to the point that she offered her own jacket when she saw I didnt pack for unexpected rsins. She made sure our whole stay was comfortable and we were well taken care of. Her speciality breakfasts were over the top. We had the privilege of tasting homely lokumades and some other local delicacies. She has incredible knowledge of local attractions, how to get there and helps with arranging taxi. We took the catamaran to see red beach, white beach, hot springs and sunset with Julia's help. Everything was managed to exceptional standards. The room itself was so pretty, great bed, tidy bathroom and overall looked so Instagram-able. It was overlooking the sea and the active volcano. Clean, well maintained. I can't recommend Aroma Suites enough! If I could I would give it hundred stars ✨✨✨✨✨✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Έκτός ότι θα απολαύσετε την καταπληκτική θέα από το όμορφο,καθαρο,δωμάτιο σας ,θα ξεκινήσετε την ημέρα σας με ένα πλούσιο ,νοστιμότατο ,φρεσκότατο πρωινό από τα χεράκια της κυρίας Ιουλίας και της κυρίας Νταρινα. Οι οποίες είναι πολύ ευγενικές και πρόθυμες να σας εξυπηρετήσουν .

El único inconveniente es que la habitación olía mucho a pintura y era incomodo acostumbrarse al olor de la pintura... es una pena que no lo tengan previsto y ventilen con tiempo la habitación. Además una vez finalizada la instancia se nos ha cobrado 0.5euros por cada día de un impuesto que no estaba indicado en el precio, lo he tenido que buscar por internet: el término Τέλος ανθεκτικότητας (Impuesto de Resiliencia frente al Cambio Climático) es un nuevo impuesto estatal en Grecia

Esistono poche persone al mondo gentili come Fanis, il proprietario di questo splendido posto con vista tramonto. Avevo letto tante recensioni positive su di lui e non posso che confermarle. È una persona squisita, educata, premurosa e gentile. Sin da prima di arrivare in struttura si è preoccupato che tutto fosse perfetto. Più volte al giorno si è interessato di sapere come stesse andando e se avessimo bisogno del suo aiuto per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha fatto sentire protetti e come a casa, con le sue deliziose colazioni con vista. Ci ha regalato una giornata in spiaggia a Kamari e, prima della partenza nel pomeriggio, di usufruire durante l’intera mattinata della piscina e delle docce in un altro suo meraviglioso hotel sempre a Fira (Uma Ray suites). Davvero se ne incontrano poche persone come Fanis, grazie di tutto e ti aspettiamo a Bari! Giorgia e Sergio

Rooms looked much nicer in the pictures. Spa wasn’t working all the time. Breakfast, well not the best unfortunately. Could be cleaner as well. For the amount of money they charge everything should be perfect in my opinion.

JULIA (the receptionist lady) wow what an incredible human being. I came to Greece on a solo birthday trip and she made it extra special. I am so incredibly thankful for her. The place has the most amazing views, breakfast included, Julia is available at any time via WhatsApp. The room was cozy and the guests next to my suite were also sweet.

Fantastic stay in Fira — the location made it easy to reach the main sights, and the hosts were consistently helpful and caring. The jetted tub was a wonderful way to unwind after sightseeing, and the breakfast was tasty and well presented. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini.

Minor gripe - the air conditioner isn’t centred, though it didn’t affect us since we visited in winter.

Hostess!! Julia is a shining star! She greeted us at the shuttle car and haul our luggage up and down the stairs into our room. She has been so helpful during our entire stay. She responded to all our questions and requests with her signature smile and satisfying results. That's genuine hospitality. Breakfasts are of good quality and variety. With the view of ocean, it's a great way to start a day.

Shower did not drain well and caused accumulation of water during showers. The shower door is not completely shut, either that caused water spill over the bathroom floor.

This property went above and beyond to help us answer questions, book tours and transfers. They even carried our luggage to and from our accommodation. Beautiful views and very comfortable bed. Definitely recommend!

4-room little hotel in the very heart of Fira. Everything is within walking distance. 15 minute walk to the closest winery. The owner manages the property himself and very nice and helpful. We had a room with a spa inside which was very cute. The room is sizeable with two ACs good enough to keep the air cool and dry. Extremely quiet.

The owner promised our friends (we booked 3 out of 4 rooms for our group) that on the day of their departure his employee would come early to cook them breakfast and help bring up their luggage. So, they had to wake us up to help them with their luggage and find the taxi that was waiting for them (the owner personally booked it, it it was waiting in the right spot for them) The employee never showed up. The owner profusely apologized later when we were having breakfast. The explanation was - it was raining the the employee decided not to take an early ride on his scooter (22 km). Not sure that I believe that was the case. But unfortunately not everyone can control their own employees.
